Subject : Licensing condition pertaining to West German

Capital Goods Credit of 1980-81.

No, IPC/23(10/80 —Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 43-ITC(PN)/80, dated 12-11-80 notifying the terras and conditions governing the assurance of import licences under the West German Capital Goods Credit of 1980-81 (47) 1212 GI/80 48 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC 1] 2. Ii has been decided to substitute Para 7 of Annexure III in the Appendix to Ihe aforesaid Public Notice No, 43-ITC (FNJ/80, dated 12-11-80 by the following :—

of this djte and unless a suit or action to enforce these claims is commenced within another H years thereafter, i.e upto , all Govern- ment rights under this guarantee shall be forfeited jnd we shall be relieved and discharged from all liubiliLy thereunder."
