NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 28lh December. 1982
G S.R- 775(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Committee Officer in the Northern Zonal Council Secretariat (Ministry of Home Affaiis), namely:—

(2) They shall come into force on the date of theirpublmlion in the 'JJS;UI Gazette.
2 Classification and scale of pay.—The number of posts, its classification and the acalo of pay attached thereto shall be as speci-
fied in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule below.
3 The method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications, etc-—The method of recruitment ago limit, qaaliiljatioivi and other

4. Disqualiu'cation.--No person,—

Government from time to time in this regard.
