सा० का० ति० 898 (अ) भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( सवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाए अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुये , केन्द्रीय सरकार मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (सबर्ग सख्या का निर्धारण) बिनियम 1955 में और आगे सशाधन करने के लिए एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनानी है

G.S.R. 898 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub rule ( 1 ), and the lirst proviso to sub rule (2) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the tollowing Regulations further to amend the Indian Adminis- trative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, namely :-
1. (1 ) Those Regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Tenth Amendment Regulations , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force on the late of their publica- tion in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955, for the heading 'Madhya Pradesh' and the entrics ( ccurring the cunder the following shall be substituted, namely --

सा ० फा० ति ० 900 ( अ) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम ( 2) के माथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) को बारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रश्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श में भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्- द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का मिश्रतन) ग्यारवा संशोधन विनियम 1983 है ।
( 2) वे सरकारी राजपक्ष में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) विनियम, 1955 की अनुसूची में " उत्तर प्रदेश " शीर्षक और उसके अधीन प्रतिष्टिमों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः--

In exercise , of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951) , read with sub-rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub- rule (2 ) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administra- tive Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Eleventh Amendment Regulations , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .

सा० का० नि० 901 (अ) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम II के साथ पठिग अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तिय का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1954 में भौर आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( बेतन ) भाठयां संशोधन नियम, 1983 है ।

( 2) ये सरकारी राजगल में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेया ( बेसन) नियम , 1954 में
(क) "अनुसूची- III-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय सेवा में ममय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद" सारणी में " उत्तर प्रदेश" के पहले कालम में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियों तथा दूसरे और तीसरे कालमों में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रति- स्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:-
