"इस योजना के अधीन किए गए निर्यातों के संबंध में शुद्ध सोने की वस्तु के मूल्य पर कम से कम 15 प्रतिशत और मूल्य जोड़ा जाएगा । जड़े गए मूल्य की गणना प्रत्येक मास के शुरू में भारतीष 2. नीति में निम्नलिखित संशोधन नीचे सकेतित उपयुक्त स्थानों पर किए गए समझे जाएगे:--

के लिए स्वर्ण आभूषणों और वस्तुओं के निर्यात के लिए योजना ।
में की जाएगी उदाहरणार्थ , यदि नियांग को जान वली और बेची जाने ६ानी मत्र का जहाजे पर्यम्त निशुल्क मूल्य 100 १० है तो प्रतिपूर्ति कीमत पर गणना किए गए शुद्ध सोने का मूल्य 87 रु ० या इससे कम होना चाहिए । जड़ित मदोंके मामले और सोने और अन्य मदों का कुल मूल्य अर्थात् मणि, रत्न, मोती और वहुमूल्य धातु यदि कोई हो, जिमका उपयोग मिर्यानिम उ पाद के विभिर्माण में किया जाता है . 87 रु ० होना चाहिए । "
(2 ) वर्तमान कंडिका 7 को निम्न- लिखित द्वारा प्रतिम्थापित किया जाएगा:
हस्तशिल्प तथा थकरषा निर्यात निगम लि० , नई दिल्ली द्वारा अधिसूचित कीमत पर मिर्यातित मत्रों में मुख मोने की माला के मूल्य के संदर्भ में की जाएगी उदाहरणार्थ यदि निर्यात की आने बाली मद का जहाज पर्यस्त निशुल्क मूल्य 100 रु ० है तो अधिसूचित कीमत पर गणना किये गए सोने का मूल्य 87 रुपये या इससे कम होता वाहिये । जड़ित मदों के मामले में सोने और अभ्य मदों का कुल मूल्य अर्थात् मणि , रक्त , मोती और अन्य बहुमूल्य धातु यदि कोई हो, जिसका उपयोग निर्यातित उत्पाद के बिनि र्माण में किया जाता है , 87 रु ० या इससे कम होना चाहिये ।
( 2) वर्तमान कंडिका 7 को निम्म मिलित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापिन किया
जाएगा: --
"विवेश में प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में मोने की खरीद भारतीय स्टेट बैंक या जहां पर प्रदर्शनी लगाई गई हो उस जगह पर उनके विधिवत प्राधिकृत अभिकर्ता की सहायता से की जाएगी इस बात का सुनिश्चय किया जाएगा कि सोने की चुकाई गई कीमत इतनी हो जओ निर्यातित आभूषणों के लिए न्यूनतम 15 प्रतिशत से अधिक निर्धारित मूल्य में किसी भी समय कटौती न करें । सोने की मात्रा की गणना करने के प्रयोजन के लिए हस्तशिल्प और हथकरना लिर्याम निगम उन सीमा शुष्क प्राधि- कारी द्वारा जिसने निर्यात की स्वीकृति दी थी यथा प्रमाणिन निर्यातित यह सव की सोने की वस्तु के भार को निम्नलिखित में, जो भी उपयुक्त हो, उमसे गुणा करेगा:-
1. यदि घोषणा कैरेट्म में है तो जमके कैरेट्स को 24 में विभाजित करके , अथबा " इस योजना के अन्तर्गत स्वर्ण आभू- षणों और सामानों के (जड़े हुए गहनों को छोड़कर ) किये गए निर्यात किसी भी अन्य प्रकार के प्रोत्साहन के पात्र नहीं होंगे । लेकिन जब इस योजना में, जड़े हुए स्वर्ण आभूषणों और सामाभों का निर्यात किया जाता है तो वे आयात प्रतिपूर्ति के लिये पात्र होंगे किन्तु वे इस शर्त के अधीन होंगे कि उनमें जोड़े हुए वास्तविक मूल्य उपर्युक्त पैरा-6 में विए गए के अनुसार 15 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं होंगे । जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क मूल्य का'निर्धारण करमे के विचार से सीमा शुल्क की साध्या- कित बीजक में यथा प्रवशित सोने एवं अन्य कीमती धातुओं के मूल्य को निकाल विया जाएगा । उन्हें। मत्रों के लिए और उसी सीमा तक आयात प्रतिपूर्ति की अनुमति परि- शिष्ट 17 की क्रम सं ० त-4 के सामने वी गई स्वीकृति के अनुसार दीजाएगी । "

( 1) वर्तमान कंडिका 6 को निम्म- लिखित दुवारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:
2. यदि घोषणा शुद्धता में है तो, उसकी शुद्धता/ शुद्ध सोने के इस प्रकार ' परिगणित आंकड़े एक ग्राम के 10वं भाग के लगभग तक गिने जाएंगे । किमी भी प्रकार के अपभ्यय भाग के लिए कीई छूट नहीं दी जाएगी ।"

New Delhi , the 31st July, 1984 Subject : Import and Export Policy for April 1984--March 1985.
F. No. 1 / 24/ P/ REP / 74- EPC - Vol . XI .-- Attention is invited to the Import and Export Policy for April 1981- March 1985 . published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 18 - ITC( PN )/ 84 dated the 12th April , 1984 , as amended .
2. The following amendments shall be deemed to have been made in the Policy at appropriate places indicated below:--

( 1 ) The existing para 6 shall be substituted by the follow- ing:-
सोने की मात्रा के नूल्य से कम से कम 15 प्रतिशत और अधिक मूल्य के लिए बल दिया जाएगा जोड़े गए मूल्य की गणना उपयुक्त कंडिका 3 के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचित कीमत पर मिर्यातित आभूषण में शुद्ध सोने की मात्रा के भूम्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए की जाएगी और वह उस तारीख को लागू होगी जिस तारीख को यह नृष्थ नीचे के पैश 14 के अंतर्गत लाइसेंस प्राधिकारियों द्वारा संबंध जहाजरानी बिल पर पुष्ठांकन क्रिया जाना है और यह निर्यात की जाने वाली मदों के जहाज पर्यन्त मिशुल्क मूल्य के लिए होगी । उदाहर- णार्थ , यवि जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क मूल्य 100 रु ० है तो शुद्ध सोने का मूल्य 87 रु ० या इमसे कम होना चाहिए । प्रड़ित मदों के मामलों में उनके निर्माण में प्रयुक्त शुद्ध मोने, रत्नों, मणियों या मोतियों और अन्प बहुमूल्य धातु यदि कोई हो, का कुल मूल्य 87 रु० या हममे कम होला चाहिए ।"
APPENDIX 22 ANNEXURE I Scheme for ex- portofGold Jewellery against Gold supplied by the foreign buyer.
(2) वर्तमान कंडिका 10 को निम्न- लिखित व्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा
of15° "A minimum value added over the value of gold content will be in- sisted upon in respect of exports made under the Scheme . The value added will be calculated with reference to the value of the gold content in the iteins exported , at the price notified by Handi- crafts and Handlooms ExportCorporation , New Delhi as the price of the gold , at the beginning of each month . For exam- ple , if the f.o.b. value of the items to be exported is Rs . 100 , the value of gold calculated at the notified price shouldbe Rs . 87 or less . In the case of studded items , the total value of gold and other items , namely, sto- nes, gems , pearls and other precious metals , if any, used in the manu- facture of th items ex- ported, shouldbe Rs . 87 or less ." "इस योजना के अधीन स्वर्ण आभु- षणों और बस्तुओं ( जड़ित भिन्न) का निर्यात किसी अन्य प्रोत्साहन के लिए पात्रता प्रदान नहीं करेगा , लेकिन सोने के जड़ित अभूषणों और वस्तुओं का इस योजना के अधीन किया गय। निर्यात इस शर्त के अधीन आयान प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए पात्रता प्रदान करेगा कि कुल जोड़ा गया मूल्य 15 प्रति- शस से कम नहीं होगा जैसा कि उपर्युक्त पैरा 7 में त्रिया गया है । जहाज पर्यम्त निशुल्क मूल्य का निश्वय करने के लिए सीमा शुल्क कार्यालय द्वारा साक्ष्यांकित बीजक में यथा प्रशित सोने और अन्य बहुमूल्य धातुओं के मूल्य को निकाल दिया जाएगा या आयाल प्रतिपूर्ति की अनुमनि उसी मद और उसी सीमा तक दी जाएगी जो परिशिष्ट 17 में क्रम सं ० १० 4 को सामने अनुमेय है । "
2) The existing para 7 shall be substituted by the follow- ing :-

"Exports of gold ornaments and articles ( other than studded) made under the Schome will not be eligible for any other incentive .

minimum value added of 15% for the jewellery exported . For the pur- pose of calculating the quantity of gold , HHEC will multiply the weight of the gold con- tent of the exporied item , as certifiedby the Cutm . authority which allowed the export , by the follow- ing whichever is appro- priate :-
(i ) Their caratage devided by 24 , if the declaration is in carals ; or
6 Exports of gold ornaments and articles , when studded , made under the Scheme will , however , be eligible for import replenishment subject to the condition that the net value added will notbe less than 15 °. as provided in para above . For the purpose ofdetermining f.o.b, value the value of gold and other precious metals as shown in the Customs attested invoice , shall be excluded. Import re- plenishment of the same items and to the same ex- tent , as allowed against Sl. No. P. 4 in Appendix 17, will be admissible . "

( 1 ) The existing para 6 shall be substituted by the follow- ing :
(ii ) Their fineness if the declaration is in fineness . The figure of pure gold so calculated will be re- rounded to the nearest It0h of a gamma . Nce allowance will be allow- ed for any wastage . "

ANNEXURE III Gold Jewellery Export Promo- tion and Re- plenishment Schome.
"A minimum value added of 15% over the value of the gold content will be insisted upon in respect of the goods exported and sold under the Scheme . The value added will be calculated with reference to the value of the gold content in the items ex- ported and sold . For ex- ample , if the f.o.b. value of the item exported and sold is Rs . 100 , the value of gold to be replenished shall be Rs . 87 or less . In the case of studded items, the total value of the gold and other items , namely , stones , gems . pearls and other precious metals , if any , used in the manufacture of the item exported and sold shallbe Rs . 87 or less . "
(2) The existing para 7 shall be substituted by the following :--
"A minimum value added of 15 % over the value of the pure gold content will be insisted upon in respect 5 of exports made under the Scheme and for the pur- pose of replenishment of gold. The added value will be calculated by re- lating the value of pure gold content in the jewe- llery exported , at the price notified under para above , as ruling on the date on which the relevant Shipping Bill is endorsed by the licensing authority under para 14 below, to the f.o.b. price of the items to be exported , for example , if the Co.b. price is Rs . 100/- , the value of pure gold should be Rs . 87/ or less . In the case of studded i.em , the total value of pure gold , stones or gem, or pearls , as well as other precious motals , ifany , used in their manu- factures , should be Rs . 87/- or less . " "Purchase of gold as re- plenishment will be made abroad with the assistance of the State Bank of India or their duly authorised agent at the place where the exhibition is held . It will be ensured that the price of gold paid is such that it does not at any rate erode the prescribed 5

(2) The existing para 10 shall be substituted by the follow- ing :-
"Exports of gold ornaments and articles ( other than studded ) nnde under the Scheme will not be eligible for any other incentive . Exports of gold ornaments and articles , when studded , made under the Scheme will , however, be eligible for import replenishment subject to the condition that the net value added will not be less than 15 % as provided in para 7

above . For the purpose of determining f.o.b. value the value of gold and other precious metals as shown in the Customs attested invoice , shall be excluded . Import replenishment of the same items and to the same extent , as allowed against Sl . No. P. 4 in Appendix 17, will be ad- missible . "
(3) Para 21 ( 1) shall be deemed to have been deleted and the subsequent sub - paras shall be re -numbered as ( i ) and ( ii) .
