राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, ़18़ नवम्बर, 2024 .—गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1998(1998 का अधिनियम 9) की धारा 27(2) के प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में, गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय के प्रबंध मंडल ने 27.12.2022 को संपन्न हुई अपनी 78 वीं बैठक में कार्यसूची की मद सं 78.14 के संकल्प के द्वारा 'संविदा आधार पर या समकक्ष नियुक्ति' से संबंधित वर्तमान अध्यादेश 14 के खण्ड-vII में निम्न संशोधनों को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दीः
| सभी प्रकार के कुल अनुमेय अवकाश 30 दिन से अधिक नहीं होंगे । | 1. सभी प्रकार के कुल अनुमेय अवकाश 30 दिन से अधिक नहीं होंगे। 2 . |
यह संशोधन, प्रबंध मंडल द्वारा दी गई स्वीकृति-तिथि, अर्थात् 27.12.2022 से प्रभावी होगा।

No. GGSIPU/Coord/Ord.14/78th BOM/Amend/2022-23/345.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in its 78th meeting held on 27.12.2022 vide resolution to agenda item no. 78.14 approved the following amendments in the clause vii of the existing Ordinance 14 related to 'Appointment on Contract Basis or equivalent' of the University:

This amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of approval by the Board of Management i.e. 27.12.2022.
