GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.
No.GH/V/217 of 2025/UDUHD/MSM/e-file/18/2024/8837/L: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 5 read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No. 27 of 1976), the Government of Gujarat hereby, - (i) declares the areas within the Revenue Limits of villages of Mahesana and Sabarkantha District specified in Schedule A annexed hereto to be the development area;
