Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Balkaur Singh, M.L.A., one seat namely, 42 – Kalanwali (SC) Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 25th September, 2019
