It is hereby notified that Shri Balkaur Singh, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 42 – Kalanwali (SC) Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 25th September, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 25th September, 2019. Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Balkaur Singh, M.L.A., one seat namely, 42 – Kalanwali (SC) Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 25th September, 2019
