संख्या 52/65/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 52/65/2021-2क1, दिनांक 21 सितम्बर, 2021 के सन्दर्भ में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में सभी जारी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर परिषद, कालका, जिला-पंचकूला के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्न अनुसार प्रकाशित करते है :-

सीमाओं की अनुुसूची वार्ड नं० 01 :- पुराना कसोली रोड, जहां से खेड़ा सीता राम की सीमा षुरू होती है, दीप हैयर ड्रैसर पुराना कसोली रोड से आरम्भ होकर पुराना कसौली रोड पर उत्तर दिषा की ओर सिद्ध बाबा बालक नाथ मन्दिर से होते हुए आगे उपासना प्ले स्कूल से होते हुए उत्तर दिषा में हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिम दक्षिण दिषा की ओर हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद कालका की सीमा से होते हुए टिब्बी मोहल्ला की सीमा तक, वहां से अप्पर मौहल्ला को षामिल करते हुए मकान नं० 23 से नगर परिषद, कालका कार्यालय तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 2 की सीमा के साथ खेड़ा सीमा राम दीपक निवास मकान नं० 160 से होते हुए सामने कृपाल सिंह के मकान के साथ नीचे कसौली रोड दीप हैयर ड्रैसर पुराना कसौली रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 02 :- दुर्गा जनरल स्टोर मकान नं० 187 पुराना कसोली रोड खेड़ा सीता राम से आरम्भ होकर वहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं० 1 की सीमा के साथ-2 पुराना कसोली रोड से होते हुए हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दक्षिण दिषा की ओर हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा से होते हुए हरियाणा हिमाचल बैरियर तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नेषनल हाईवे से होते हुए बावड़ी के साथ-2 नेषनल हाईवे की पष्चिम दिषा में सत्य नारायण मन्दिर से होते हुए धोबी मोहल्ला जहां से पुराना कसोली रोड षुरू होता है तक, तत्पष्चात वहां पर ग्रोवर आप्टिकल की दुकान से पुराना कसोली रोड पर उत्तर दिषा की ओर होते हुए पुराना कसोली रोड की पष्चिमी दिषा में मकान नं० 552/4 नेहा जनरल स्टोर तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से खलील गली में पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर मकान नं० 89 सचदेवा हाउस से दक्षिण दिषा में मकान नं० 1116 अष्वनी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात अष्वनी के मकान के सामने वाली गली में पष्चिम की ओर घूमते हुए आर. के. षर्मा के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर मकान नं० 93 अषोक तलवार के मकान से होते हुए दक्षिण दिषा में परेड मोहल्ला की मुख्य गली तक, तत्पष्चात अहाता चत्तर सैन को षामिल करते हुये तथा परेड मोहल्ला की मुख्य गली के चौंक से उत्तर दिषा की ओर मकान नं० 847-848 से होते हुए उत्तर दिषा की ओर नगर परिषद के भवनाें तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-2 गुरबक्ष कलोनी व मिलटरी की सीमा से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर नदी के साथ-2 सिंग्ल ग्राउण्ड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वापिस उत्तर दिषा की ओर नदी के साथ-2 हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा से होते हुए गुरूबक्ष कलोनी व टिब्बी मोहल्ला से होते

वार्ड नं० 03 :- नेषनल हाईवे पर हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा उत्तरी पूर्वी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर नैषनल हाईवे पर उत्तर पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं० 2 की सीमा के साथ-2 कालका माता मन्दिर से होते हुए गांधी चौंक पर बालाजी रोड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से बालाजी रोड पर पूर्व की ओर खटीक मोहल्ला में नदी तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर होते हुए नदी के साथ-2 होते हुए नदी के किनारे बने श्री प्रीतम सफाई कर्मचारी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नदी के पष्चिमी दिषा में जोगिन्द्र के मकान से मौजा भैरों की सैर व तत्कालीन नगर पालिका, कालका की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए सुरेष पुत्र श्री अमरनाथ के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नदी में होते हुए रामबाग के साथ नदी पर बने पुल तक, तत्पष्चात पुल से पूर्व उत्तर दिषा में वाटर वर्कस से होते हुए खेतो में बनी पानी की कूप के साथ-2 उत्तर दिषा में होते हुए टिपरा रोड पर बने सतपाल पुत्र श्री अन्नतराम के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से टिपरा रोड पार करके हरियाणा-हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा से होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे पर हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 04 :- गांधी चौंक बालाजी रोड से आरम्भ होकर नैषनल हाईवे पर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर मेन बाजार की पूर्वी दिषा की ओर होते हुए सब्जी मण्डी के गेट से होते हुए रामबाग रोड के साथ रेलवे पुल से होते हुए बस स्टैण्ड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्वी दिषा की ओर रेल लाईन पार करके मकान नं० 1444 के आगे से सीधे चलते हुए कमला नगर के तोमर निवास से होते हुए मकान नं० 1445 के आगे से, जगदीष षर्मा के मकान से होते हुए नदी के पष्चिमी तट तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नदी के पष्चिमी तट के साथ-2 उत्तर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए रामबाग के साथ रामबाग रोड के पुल तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं० 3 की सीमा से होते हुए गांधी चौंक बालाजी रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 05 :- नये चण्डीगढ़ षिमला नेषनल हाईवे की पष्चिमी दिषा में टिपरा की रेलवे कलोनी में बने सोसाईटी के पार्क तथा सोसाईटी के कार्यालय के बीच वाली गली से आरम्भ होकर गली में पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर जाते हुए मकान नं० 1015 हेमलता के मकान से होते हुए गली के अन्तिम मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिम उत्तर दिषा की ओर भैरो की सैर व टिपरा की सीमा से होते हुए उत्तर दिषा में टिपरा रोड पर बालाजी हनुमान मन्दिर रोड के साथ बने पुल तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद कालका की सीमा से उत्तर दिषा को होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे के साथ लगते संजीव कुमार के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात नेषनल हाईवे पार करके पूर्व दिषा की ओर टिपरा हरियाणा में तारा चन्द पुत्र परसराम के मकान से हरियाणा हिमाचल प्रदेष की सीमा व नगर परिषद कालका की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए ध्यान चन्द के मकान से होते हुए चुंन्नी सिंह सरदार के मकान से होते हुए नगर परिषद कालका की सीमा कौषल्या नदी तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिमी दिषा में टिपरा कांगूवाला की सीमा से होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे पार करके सोसाईटी कार्यालय व सोसाईटी के पार्क तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 06 :- टिपरा कालका रोड पर वार्ड नं० 3 की सीमा के साथ भैरों की सैर से आरम्भ होकर टिपरा कालका रोड की दक्षिण दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं० 3 की सीमा के साथ-2 रामबाग रोड पर बने पुल से होते हुए कांगूवाला, मौजा भैरों की सैर व कमला नगर वार्ड नं० 4 की सीमा से दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए आगे पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर षिव नगर व कमला नगर के बीच वार्ड नं० 4 की सीमा से होते हुए रेलवे लाईन तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर घाटीवाला, रामसर, कांगूवाला की सीमा से धर्मपुर रोड वार्ड नं० 7 की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये नेषनल हाईवे तक, तत्पष्चात नेषनल हाईवे पार करके नेषनल हाईवे के साथ-2 पूर्व उत्तर दिषा की ओर षिवलोतियां षिव मन्दिर कौषल्या नदी के किनारे पर नगर परिषद की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर कांगूवाला की सीमा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा से होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे तक, तत्तपष्चात नेषनल हाईवे पार करके वार्ड नं० 5 की सीमा के साथ-2 पष्चिमी उत्तर दिषा की ओर जातेे हुए टिपरा कालका रोड पर वार्ड नं० 3 की सीमा तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 07 :- रेलवे लाईन का रेलवे पुल, जो वार्ड नं० 6 की सीमा से लगता है, वहां से आरम्भ होकर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-2 दक्षिण दिषा की ओर रेलवे लाईन के साथ लगे बिजली के ट्रांसफार्म से पूर्व दिषा की गली जो धर्मपुर रोड पर प्रीत होटल के सामने से होकर धर्मपुर रोड से होते हुये दी प्ले पैन स्कूल की तरफ जाते हुये पूर्व दिषा की ओर धर्मपुर रोड से होते हुए मैडीकल स्टोर तक, तत्पष्चात मैडीकल स्टोर के सामने लक्ष्मी करियाना स्टोर के साथ-2 चलते हुये अत्तरी जरनल स्टोर तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से बाई तरफ जाते हुये घाटीवाला की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुये नेषनल हाईवे की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात नेषनल हाईवे को पार करते हुये नगर परिषद की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात नगर परिषद की सीमा से कांगूवाला की तरफ चलते हुये वार्ड नं० 6 की हद तक, तत्पष्चात वार्ड नं० 6 की हद के साथ-2 चलते हुये रेलवे लाईन तक, तत्पष्चात रेलवे लाईन के साथ वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा के साथ चलते हुये ट्रांसफार्म वाली गली तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 08 :- गांव बिटना की हद से आरम्भ होकर नेषनल हाईवे के साथ पिंजौर की तरफ चलते हुये पूजा पैलेस के सामने तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से बिटना रोड से होते हुये षिव कालोनी गली गुरूद्ववारा के सामने दुकान मोनू आटो मोबाईल के साथ एच. टी. लाईन के साथ चलते हुये चौधरी चरण सिंह के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात एच. टी. लाईन के साथ चलते हुये धर्मपुर कालोनी के सामने घाटीवाला को शामिल करते हुये आई.टी.आई. रोड तक, तत्पष्चात आई.टी.आई. रोड से बिटना गांव की हद तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।3930 HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), NOV. 22, 2021 (AGHN. 1, 1943 SAKA) वार्ड नं० 09 :- बिटना रोड गुरूद्ववारा साहिब के सामने वार्ड नं० 10 और वार्ड नं० 8 की हद के साथ गोयल जरनल स्टोर वाली गली के साथ अन्दर जाते हुये ए-वन हेयर ड्रेसर की दुकान से षुरू करते हुये वार्ड नं० 10 की सीमा के साथ चलते हुये धर्मपुर रोड पार करते हुये नायक बुटिक तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से रोनक होटल तक, तत्पष्चात रोनक होटल से कालका की तरफ जाते हुये रेलवे लाईन तक, तत्पष्चात रेलवे लाईन के साथ-2 चलते हुये ट्रांसफार्मर वाली गली तक, तत्पष्चात ट्रांसफार्मर वाली गली से होते हुए प्रीत होटल धर्मपुर रोड तक, तत्पष्चात प्रीत होटल से प्ले पेन स्कूल के सामने सरकारी प्राईमरी स्कूल तक, तत्पष्चात प्राईमरी स्कूल के साथ चलते हुए लक्ष्मी करियाना स्टोर तक, लक्ष्मी करियाना स्टोर के साथ वाली गली से होते हुए मकान नं० 232 के साथ चलते हुए एच.टी. लाईन वाली गली तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से एच.टी.लाईन के साथ वार्ड नं० 8 की सीमा के साथ बिटना रोड गुरूद्ववारा साहिब की तरफ चलते हुए ए-वन हेयर ड्रेसर की दुकान तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 10 :- नेषनल हाईवे पर रेलवे अन्डर ब्रिज के पास धर्मपुर रोड पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर से आरम्भ होकर चमन लाल पूर्व पार्षद के मकान से होते हुए धर्मपुर रोड के मोड़ पर चन्देल एलीमीनियम वर्कस मकान नं० 41 राम रत्न दादरी की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर पूर्व दिषा में जाते हुए प्रीत ईण्डटरीज (प्रीत) की दुकान तक तथा वहां से पूर्व दिषा की ओर की गली जो इकबाल सिंह की दुकान से षुरू होती है इस गली में वार्ड नं० 8 की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुए बिटना रोड तक, तत्पष्चात बिटना रोड से बिटना रोड पर पष्चिमी की ओर जाते हुए नेषनल हाईवे पर बिटना रोड के चौक तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर नेषनल हाईवे पर जाते हुए नेषनल हाईवे पर रेलवे अन्डर ब्रिज के पास धर्मपुर रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 11 :- नेषनल हाईवे पर रोनक होटल के साथ बिटना रोड चौंक पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर से आरम्भ होकर बिटना रोड का मोड़ जो उत्तर दिषा की ओर मुड़ता है उस मोड़ पर पहाड़ी के साथ से दक्षिण दिषा में चौना चौंक को जानी वाली गली जो खेड़ा मन्दिर के सामने से गुजरती है उस गली में दक्षिण की ओर आजाद पब्लिक सीनियर सकैण्डरी स्कूल की तरफ से होते हुए चौना चौंक में विष्वकर्मा कलोनी की ओर मकान नं० 1578-बी वर्मा साईकल स्टोर तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर राजकीय सीनियर सकैण्डरी स्कूल पिन्जौर व नगर परिषद, कालका कार्यालय की ओर जाने वाली गली जो स्कूल के साथ-2 जाती है उस गली से दक्षिण की ओर होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे तक, तत्तपष्चात नेषनल हाईवे से नेषनल हाईवे पर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर पुलिस स्टेषन के सामने से होते हुए सरकारी अस्पताल तक, तत्तपष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर नेषनल हाईवे पर होते हुए फारेस्ट कम्पलैक्स के गेट के सामने से होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे पर रोनक होटल के साथ बिटना रोड चौक तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 12 :- पुराना नेषनल हाईवे पर फारेस्ट ऑफिस व पुलिस स्टेषन के साथ लगती गली जो सरकारी स्कूल के साथ-2 जाती है, उस गली से आरम्भ होकर नेषनल हाईवे पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुए बाबड़ी के सामने से होते हुए षिवम ज्वैलर्स, बतरा सैल पवाईन्ट, सुनार की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से जो गली उत्तर दिषा की ओर धारा मण्डल व गुरूद्वारा को जाती है उस गली में उत्तर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए धारा मण्डल तक, तत्पष्चात धारा मण्डल की सामने वाली गली जो पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाती है उस गली में पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए त्रिचौंक तक, तत्पष्चात त्रिचौक से पूर्व दिषा की ओर मकान नं० 1940-बी 2 सुरेन्द्र साहनी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से चाैंक पार करते हुए पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुए षमषान घाट तक, तत्पष्चात यहां से सैनी मौहल्ला के साथ जाते हुए नैषनल हाईवे तक, तत्पष्चात नेषनल हाईवे के साथ चलते हुय मल्ला मोड़ चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात मल्ला मोड़ चौक से पूर्व की ओर कौषल्या नदी पर बने पुल तक, तत्पष्चात पुल से उत्तर की ओर कौषल्या नदी के पष्चिमी तट के साथ-2 होते हुए षिवलोती मन्दिर तक जहां पर वार्ड नं० 6 की सीमा लगती है, तत्पष्चात वहां से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर घूमते हुए नये नेषनल हाईवे तक, तत्पष्चात नये नेषनल हाईवे पर उत्तर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए बिटना रोड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण-पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर बिटना रोड पर वार्ड नं० 7, 8 की सीमा के साथ-2 जाते हुए वार्ड नं० 11 की सीमा तक जो बिटना रोड के पहाड़ी के साथ वाले मोड़ पर लगती है तथा जहां से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चौना चाैंक की तरफ गली जाती है वहां से वार्ड नं० 11 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए चौना चाैंक तक, तत्पष्चात चौना चौक से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं० 11 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए पुराना नेषनल हाईवे पर फारेस्ट ऑफिस व पुलिस स्टेषन के साथ लगती गली तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 13 :- नये नेषनल हाईवे से मल्ला रोड पर जाते हुए कौषल्या नदी पर बने हुए पुल से आगे भोगपुर दमदमा रोड से आरम्भ होकर वार्ड नं० 14 की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये गांव दमदमा, गांव भोगपुर तथा ईषरनगर को षामिल करते हुये हिमषिखा कलोनी आन्ध्रा बैंक वाली गली से अन्दर जाते हुए मकान नं० 671 से षुरू करते हुए मकान नं० 620, 619, 589 व 483 की लाईन को चलते हुए पार्क तक, तत्तपष्चात उक्त पार्क के सामने मकान नं० 435 से 474 वाली गली पार्क के सामने तक, तत्तपष्चात पार्क के सामने तक मकान नं० 474 से 455 की ओर सामने टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज तक वहां से बाई ओर मुड़ते हुए मकान नं० 454 से 310 तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से मकान नं० 268 तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से मकान नं० 212 से 223 के साथ चलते हुए सामने वाले मकान नं० 111 से 97 के सामने गुरुद्वारा साहिब तक, तत्पष्चात मकान नं० 97 से मकान नं० 22 से होते हुए मकान नं० 4 के सामने मकान नं० 644 से होते हुए विराट नगर आश्रम तक, तत्पष्चात विराट नगर आश्रम से नगर परिषद्‌ की हद के साथ चलते हुए ईशरनगर मेन बाज़ार नये नेषनल हाईवे पर भोगपुर दमदमा रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), NOV. 22, 2021 (AGHN. 1, 1943 SAKA) 3931 वार्ड नं० 14 :- नेषनल हाईवे मल्हा रोड चौक की लाईटों से मल्हा रोड पर कौषल्या नदी के पुल से आरम्भ होकर नेषनल हाईवे पर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुए एच.एम.टी. के बस स्टैण्ड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुए कौषल्या बांध के उपर से पूर्व दिषा की ओर होते हुए कौषल्या नदी के पूर्वी तट तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से कौषल्या नदी के पूर्वी तट पर दक्षिण की ओर होते हुए इस्लाम नगर माजरी की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात इस्लाम नगर माजरी व डी.एल.एफ. के मध्य की सीमा से पूर्व की ओर इस्लाम नगर माजरी की दक्षिण दिषा से होते हुए इस्लाम नगर, विराट नगर तथा डी.एल.एफ. के मध्य की सीमा से पूर्व की ओर होते हुए नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर की ओर घूमते हुए ब्रहम ऋषि आश्रम की उत्तर दिषा की ओर से वार्ड नं० 13 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे मल्हा रोड चौक की लाईटों से मल्हा रोड पर कौषल्या नदी के पुल तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 15 :- वार्ड नं० 14 की सीमा जो कौषल्या डैम से कौषल्या नदी के तट पर लगती है, वहां से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की ओर हाउसिंग बोर्ड कालोनी की उत्तर दिषा की ओर से वार्ड नं० 14 की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की ओर हुडडा द्वारा बनाई गई डबल रोड से होते हुए निचला पंगा ईस्लामनगर व गुरूद्वारा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 14, 13 की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व दिषा में नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से रायपुर गांव से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर रायपुर गांव से पूर्व दिषा की ओर से नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा के साथ-2 पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर होते हुए गांव भगवानपुर की पूर्व दिषा व नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर होते हुए अमरावती की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात अमरावती की उत्तर पूर्व दिषा में बने हुए फलैट में से कोसमोस ब्लाक, मैरी गोल्ड ब्लाक, डैफोडिल ब्लाक, टूलिप ब्लाक, कारनेषन ब्लाक के दक्षिण दिषा वाली रोड से डी.एल.एफ. व अमरावती की बीच की सीमा से पष्चिमी की ओर होते हुए उत्तर दिषा को मुड़कर कौषल्या नदी के तट तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 16 :- नेषनल हाईवे जहां से अमरावती जाने के लिए कौषल्या नदी के उपर पुल बना हुआ है तथा अमरावती के नेषनल हाईवे से अन्दर जाने का रास्ता है, वहां से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए नदी का पुल पार करके पूर्व दिषा में घूमते हुए आईनोस माल तक तथा आईनोस माल की उत्तर दिषा में रोड पार करके मकान नं० 71, 70 के सामने वाली गली, जो उत्तर दिषा में जाती है उस गली के मकान नं० 66 से 62 तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से मकान नं० 62 के पीछे बाग की बाउण्डरी से उत्तर दिषा की ओर अमरावती व डी.एल.एफ. की सीमा व वार्ड नं० 15 की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व की ओर होते हुए नगर परिषद की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण पष्चिम दिषा की ओर नगर परिषद की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे जहां से अमरावती जाने के लिए कौषल्या नदी के उपर पुल बना हुआ है तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 17 :- अमरावती पुलिस स्टेशन से आरम्भ होकर वार्ड नं० 15 की हद के साथ चलते हुए वार्ड नं० 16 की हद शुरू होने तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दुकान नं० 16 के सामने की तरफ मकान नं० 172 से 174 तक होते हुए उक्त के साथ दाई तरफ चलते हुए मकान नं० 171 तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त के साथ वार्ड नं० 16 की हद के साथ चलते हुए मकान नं० 701 से 685, 719 से 702 के साथ चलते हुए मकान नं० 802 तक अर्थात कौशल्या नदी तक, कौशल्या नदी के साथ चलते हुए रामपुर स्युड़ी गांव की सीमा तक, जो नेशनल हाईवे तक लगती है तथा वहां से रामपुर स्युड़ी की सीमा के साथ नदी पार करके सूरजपुर जाने वाली मैंन सड़क तक व सूरजपुर रेलवे लाइन के साथ चलते हुए गांव मानकपुर ठाकुरदास की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 20 की हद के साथ चलते हुए वार्ड नं० 19 की हद एच.एम.टी. बस स्टैंड की ओर नेशनल हाईवे को पार करते हुए कौशल्या नदी के साथ अमरावती पुलिस स्टेशन तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 18 :- अमरावती के पास नेषनल हाईवे के उपर बन रहे ओवर ब्रिज से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिमी उत्तरी दिषा की ओर नगर परिषद, कालका की सीमा के साथ होते हुए महादेव कॉलोनी को शामिल करते हुए नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा की पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर होते हुए मानकपुर ठाकुरदास की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से रेलवे लाइन के साथ वार्ड नं० 17 की हद के साथ वापिस आते हुए महादेव कॉलोनी तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से सूरजपुर वाला रोड पार करते हुए वार्ड नं० 17 की हद के साथ चलते हुए नेशनल हाईवे तक, तत्पष्चात नेशनल हाईवे से पिन्जौर की तरफ जाते हुए अमरावती ओवर ब्रिज तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 19 :- नेशनल हाईवे पर मल्ला चौंंक से आरम्भ होकर नेशनल हाईवे पर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर नेशनल हाईवे व वार्ड नं० 14 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए एच.एम.टी. बस स्टैंड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 17 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए सुभाष नगर की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात सुभाष नगर की सीमा के पश्चिम दिशा से सेक्टर-30 व सुभाष नगर की सीमा से होते हुए सेक्टर-28, 30 के डिवाईडिंग रोड तक, तत्पष्चात वार्ड 20 की सीमा के साथ चलते हुए दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सेक्टर 27, 28 व 30 से होते हुए नालागढ़ रोड से पहले जहाँ पर सेक्टर-27 व शिव शक्ति कॉलोनी की सीमा शुरू होती है वहांं तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दिशा की ओर शिव शक्ति कॉलोनी व सैक्टर 27 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए शिव शक्ति कॉलोनी के अन्दर घूमते हुए तथा वहां से पूर्व की ओर पिन्जौर गार्डन की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए नेशनल हाईवे मेन रोड पर डेरा बाबा तोप नाथ की समाधि के सामने तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 12 की सीमा के साथ सैनी मौहल्ला को शामिल करते हुए वार्ड नं० 12 की सीमा व नेशनल हाईवे के साथ-साथ होते हुए नेशनल हाईवे पर मल्ला चौंक तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 20 :- नालागढ़/बद्‌दी की तरफ जाते हुए शिव शक्ति कॉलोनी से आरम्भ होकर बसंत ट्रेडिंग कम्पनी की दिवार के साथ चलते हुए नालागढ़ की ओर बाई तरफ उत्तर पूर्व दिशा की तरफ वार्ड नं० 23 की सीमा के साथ चलते हुए रेलवे लाइन तक, तत्पष्चात रेलवे लाइन से पश्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए रेलवे फाटक तक बद्‌दी रोड को पास करते हुए मानकपुर3932 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), NOV. 22, 2021 (AGHN. 1, 1943 SAKA) ठाकुरदास रोड के साथ चलते हुए हुड्‌डा रोड तक, हुड्‌डा रोड के साथ दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए एच.एम.टी. की हद तक, तत्पष्चात एच.एम.टी. की हद के साथ पूर्व दिशा की ओर चलते हुए शिव शक्ति कॉलोनी को शामिल करते हुए नालागढ़ रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 21 :- नालागढ़ रोड रेलवे फाटक से आरम्भ करके पूर्व दिशा की ओर रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ वार्ड नं० 20, वार्ड नं० 23 व वार्ड नं० 24 की हद के साथ टगरा गांव की हद तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पश्चिम की ओर वार्ड नं० 22 की हद के साथ नालागढ़ रोड तक, तत्पष्चात नालागढ़ रोड को पार करके, नालागढ़ रोड के साथ चलते हुए जट्टा माजरी रोड तक, तत्पष्चात जट्टा माजरी रोड के साथ चलते हुए अन्दर गुरुद्वारा साहिब की दिवार के साथ नगर परिषद्‌ की पश्चिमी सीमा तक, उक्त हद के साथ चलते हुए रेलवे लाइन तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त रेलवे लाइन के साथ चलते हुए गांव मानकपुर ठाकुरदास की दक्षिणी हद के साथ चलते हुए आटा चक्की तक, वहां से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए नालागढ़ रोड रेलवे फाटक तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 22 :- नेशनल हाईवे नालागढ़ रोड पर नालागढ़ की ओर जाते हुए नेशनल हाईवे पर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की पश्चिमी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर गांव बसावल से नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए गांव बसावल की दक्षिणी दिशा में नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की अन्तिम सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व की ओर मुड़ते हुए अवतार सिंह के मकान के साथ चलते हुए कैरों कोल्ड ड्रिंक बार जट्टां माजरी नालागढ़ रोड तक, तत्पष्चात नालागढ़ रोड पार करते हुए वार्ड नं० 21 की सीमा के साथ-साथ टगरा व माजरा महताब की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की अन्तिम सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु नेशनल हाईवे पर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की ंअन्तिम सीमा व गांव बसावल की सीमा तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 23 :- नालागढ़ रोड पर नालागढ़ जाते हुए गांव लोहगढ़ की सीमा पर नोकवाल आदर्श कॉलोनी की दक्षिण दिशा से आरम्भ होकर गांव लोहगढ़ व गांव धमाला की सीमा के बीच से पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर होते हुए वार्ड नं० 20 की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर वार्ड नं० 20 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए तथा रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ होते हुए रेलवे फाटक पार करके वार्ड नं० 21 की सीमा के साथ-साथ व वार्ड नं० 21 व वार्ड नं० 22 मिलान बिन्दु तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 22 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर मुड़ते हुए गांव टगरा हकीमपुर की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुड़ते हुए गांव वासुदेवपुरा व गांव धामाला की सीमा से होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु नालागढ़ रोड पर नालागढ़ जाते हुए गांव लोहगढ़ की सीमा पर नोकवाल आदर्श कॉलोनी की गली तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 24 :- नेशनल हाईवे नालागढ़ रोड पर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाते हुए नेशनल हाईवे पर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की पश्चिमी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर गांव बसावल से दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर नगर परिषद्‌ कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए गांव बसावल की दक्षिणी दिशा में नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की अन्तिम सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व की ओर मुड़ते हुए नगर परिषद्‌ कालका की सीमा से होते हुए वार्ड नं० 23 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा व टगरा हकीमपुर की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर घूमते हुए वार्ड नं० 25 टगरा हकीमपुर व वार्ड नं० 28 की सीमा के साथ-साथ टगरा व माजरा महताब तथा धमाला व बसावल की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की अन्तिम सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु नेशनल हाईवे पर नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की अन्तिम सीमा व गांव बसावल की सीमा तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 25 :- चंडीगढ़ शिमला नेशनल हाईवे पर बने रेलवे फाटक/अंडर ब्रिज से नेशनल हाईवे पर उत्तर दिशा की ओर जाते हुए बिटना स्युड़ी में एस.टी.थॉमस स्कूल व वार्ड नं० 9 की सीमा से एस.टी.थॉमस स्कूल के उत्तर दिशा वाली गली जो पूर्व दिशा को जाती है, वहां से आरम्भ होकर इस गली में पूर्व दिशा की ओर वार्ड नं० 9 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए रेलवे लाइन तक, जहाँ पर वार्ड नं० 9 तथा वार्ड नं० 7 की सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व उत्तर दिशा की ओर रेलवे लाइन व वार्ड नं० 7 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए वार्ड नं० 7 व वार्ड नं० 6 की सीमा के मिलन बिन्दु तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से रेलवे लाइन के पुल के निचे से गुजर रही नदी से रामनगर की सीमा से दक्षिण पश्चिम सीमा की ओर होते हुए पी.डब्लू.डी. रेस्ट हाउस व बी.डी.पी.ओ. कार्यालय के बीच वाली सड़क से होते हुए गांव गीदड़ावाली व टगरा हकीमपुर की सीमा व पॉवर हाउस से पश्चिम दिशा पर बने नाले के पुल तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर नाला के साथ-साथ होते हुए पपलोहा रोड पर रामनगर के साथ नाला पर बने पुल तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पपलोहा रोड पर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाते हुए गांव टगरा हकीमपुर व गावं टगरा साहू के मोड़/चौंक तक तथा वहां से टगरा हकीमपुर दक्षिण दिशा में जाने वाली सड़क से पश्चिमी दक्षिणी दिशा में गांव टगरा हकीमपुर व गांव टगरा साहू की सीमा से होते हुए दक्षिण दिशा में वार्ड नं० 24 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए वार्ड नं० 23 की सीमा रेलवे लाइन तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से वार्ड नं० 22 व रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिशा की ओर होते हुए रेलवे फाटक/अंडर ब्रिज तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से नेशनल हाईवे तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर जाते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु बिटना स्युड़ी में एस.टी.थॉमस स्कूल व वार्ड नं० 9 की सीमा से एस.टी.थॉमस स्कूल के उत्तर दिशा वाली गली, जो पूर्व दिशा को जाती है, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 26 :- अम्बाला शिमला नेशनल हाईवे पर जहाँ रेलवे स्टेशन के साथ नेशनल हाईवे पर रेलवे अण्डर ब्रिज है तथा रेलवे स्टेशन की दक्षिणी पूर्वी दिशा जहाँ से शक्ति नगर की सीमा आरम्भ होती है वहां से आरम्भ होकर नेशनल हाईवे से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर लोअर कुरारी को जाने वाली रोड से जाते हुए शक्ति नगर के अन्तिम मकान पीली कोठी तक,HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), NOV. 22, 2021 (AGHN. 1, 1943 SAKA) 3933 तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर शक्ति नगर व रेलवे कॉलोनी के बीच वाली सड़क से होते हुए शक्ति नगर के अन्तिम मकान श्री हरिन्द्र सिंह मकान नं० 964 तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दिशा की ओर शक्ति नगर व रेलवे कॉलोनी की सीमा से होते हुए मकान नं० 955 वर्षा सिंह के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण की ओर रेलवे कॉलोनी व शक्ति नगर/प्राइवेट भूमि की सीमा से होते हुए रेलवे कॉलोनी के अन्तिम मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर रेलवे कॉलोनी, लोअर कुरारी व आज़ाद कॉलोनी की दक्षिणी दिशा से होते हुए रेलवे स्टेशन की ओर से आने वाले नाले तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिणी दिशा में नाले के साथ-साथ व थोड़ी दूर चलकर पूर्व की ओर मुड़ते हुए खेतों के बीच से होते हुए अजय चौधरी, वकील के मकानों की दक्षिण दिशा से होते हुए अजय चौधरी वकील के मकानों को जाने वाली सड़क से होते हुए हाऊसिंग बोर्ड की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर हाऊसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी तथा बसंत विहार कॉलोनी की सीमा से होते हुए हाऊसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी के मकान नं० 340 तक, तत्पष्चात मकान नं० 340 के सामने से मंगला स्वीट्‌स तथा पीपल की ओर जाने वाली गली से होते हुए रामनगर व बसंत बिहार की सीमा वाली गली जो टगरा पपलोहा रोड पर जाती है उस गली से होते हुए टगरा पपलोहा रोड तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व की ओर मुड़ते हुए वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए नेशनल हाईवे पार करके रेलवे लाइन तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर रेलवे लाइन तथा वार्ड नं० 6 एवं वार्ड नं० 4 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए बस स्टैंड तक, वहां से नेशनल हाईवे उत्तर दिशा की ओर होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु अम्बाला शिमला नेशनल हाईवे पर, जहाँ रेलवे स्टेशन के साथ नेशनल हाईवे पर रेलवे अण्डर ब्रिज है तथा रेलवे स्टेशन की दक्षिणी पूर्वी दिशा जहाँ से शक्ति नगर की सीमा आरम्भ होती है तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 27 :- रामनगर कालका से पपलोहा रोड पर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर जाते हुए जहाँ पर रामनगर कालका की सीमा समाप्त होती है तथा विकास विहार कॉलोनी की सीमा शुरू होती है तथा जहाँ पर शमशान घाट भी है वहां से आरम्भ होकर पपलोहा रोड पर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर पपलोहा रोड पर वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए पपलोहा रोड पर टगरा हरि सिंह के अन्तिम मकान तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दिशा में टगरा हरि सिंह व टगरा कलीराम की बीच की सीमा से पूर्व दिशा की ओर होते हुए वार्ड नं० 26 की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर वार्ड नं० 26 की सीमा के साथ-साथ एवं हाऊसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी व बसंत विहार की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु रामनगर कालका से पपलोहा रोड पर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर जाते हुए जहाँ पर रामनगर कालका की सीमा समाप्त होती है तथा विकास विहार कॉलोनी की सीमा शुरू होती है तथा जहाँ पर शमशान घाट भी है तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 28 ः- टगरा पपलोहा रोड पर जहाँ पर टगरा हकीमपुर व टगरा साहू की सीमा मिलती है तथा वहां से टगरा हकीमपुर को सड़क जाती है उस बिन्दु से आरम्भ होकर पपलोहा रोड पर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाते हुए भारत नगर से पपलोहा रोड पर आने वाली सड़क के मोड़ तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पपलोहा मोड़ से थोड़ा आगे चलकर बिजली के ट्रांसफार्मर के पास से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाने वाली गली जिस गली में कार वाशिंग है उस गली में होते हुए कंगुवाला व माजरा महताब के मध्य की सीमा से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर होते हुए नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की पश्चिमी सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से माजरा महताब की पश्चिमी दिशा से एवं नगर परिषद्‌, कालका की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिणी पूर्वी दिशा की ओर होते हुए वार्ड नं० 24 की सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात वहां से पूर्व दिशा में वार्ड नं० 24 की सीमा से होते हुए तथा वार्ड नं० 25 की सीमा के साथ-साथ उत्तर दिशा की ओर होते हुए टगरा हकीमपुर व टगरा साहू की सीमा से होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु टगरा पपलोहा रोड पर जहाँ पर टगरा हकीमपुर व टगरा साहू की सीमा मिलती है तथा वहां से टगरा हकीमपुर को सड़क जाती है उस बिन्दु तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 30 ः- कालका रेलवे रोड पर उप-मण्डल अधिकारी(ना0) कार्यालय की पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर से उप-मण्डल अधिकारी(ना0) कार्यालय की दिवार व पापुलर शॉप के मध्य से पूर्व दिशा की ओर जाने वाली गली के बिन्दु से आरम्भ होकर गली में पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए सुनील के मकान नं० 368 से मकान नं० 347 व मकान नं० 301, मकान नं० 302 व मकान नं० 294 व मकान नं० 315-316 तक, तत्पष्चात गली पार करके हाउस नं० 404/1 दर्शन लाल के मकान से होते हुए मकान नं० 387-388 तक तथा वहां से दक्षिणी दिशा में घूमते हुए खेड़ा मन्दिर से आगे पश्चिमी दिशा में होते हुए फ्रेण्ड कॉलोनी के3934 HARYANA GOVT. No. 52/65/2021-2C1 :- In pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification no. 52/65/2021-2C1, dated 21st September, 2021 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Council, Kalka, District – Panchkula as under:-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01:- Starting from Old Kasauli Road from where boundary of Khera Sita Ram, Deep Hair Dresser on old Kasauli Road moving North towards Siddh Baba Balak Nath Mandir thence moving north towards Upasna Play School upto Haryana Himachal Pradesh border. Thence moving south west from Haryana Himachal Pradesh boundary and M.C. Kalka Boundary upto boundary of Tibbi Mohalla. Thence moving from House no. 23 to the office of M.C. Kalka including upper Mohalla. Thence from the boundary of ward no. 2 moving along Kheda Sita Ram house of Deepak house no. 160 in front of house of Kirpal Singh along old Kasauli Road upto deep Hair Desser, which is the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 02:- Starting from Durga General store house no. 187 old Kasauli Road Kheda Sita Ram to boundary of ward no. 1 in north moving along old Kasauli Road upto the border of Haryana Himachal Pradesh. Thence from National Highway moving along Bawdi from Satya Narayan Mandir to Dhobi Mohalla where old Kasuali Road starts. Thence moving from Grover Optical Shop towards north to old Kasauli Road to old Kasauli Road in west upto house no. 552/4 Neha General Store. Thence moving west in Khalil Gali from house no. 89 Sachdeva House upto house no. 1116 of Ashwani in south. Thence moving west in the street in front of Ashwani's house till the house of R.K. Sharma . Thence including Ahata Chattar Sain moving in south from house no. 93 of Ashok Talwar upto main Road of Prade Mohalla. Thence from Chowk of Main Road of Prade Mohalla in north moving along house no 847-848 in north upto the Residences of Municipal Councillors. Thence moving along Railway Line in west to Gurbaksh Colony and boundary of Military in west moving along the river upto single ground. Ward No. 03:- Starting from National Highway along Haryana Himachal Pradesh boundary and Municipal Council Kalka Boundary in North-East towards North-West along the Boundary of Ward No. - 2 from Kalka Mata Mandir upto Bala Ji Road Gandhi Chowk, thence moving on Bala ji Road in east upto river in Khatik Mohalla. Thence moving south along the river upto house of Sh. Pritam Safai Karamchari built on the banks of river, Thence moving towards West of River from house of Joginder upto Bhairo ki Ser and moving from boundary at Present M.C. Kalka upto house of Sh. Suresh S/o Sh. Amarnath. Thence moving from Rambag along Bridge built on river and thence from water works in North-East along the choe in agriculture fields upto house of Sh. Satpal s/o Sh. Anant Ram on Tipra Road in North, Thence moving across Tipra Road towards boundary of Haryana Himachal Pradesh and MC, Kalka, which is the starting point.

Ward No. 04:- Starting from Bala ji Road towards South along National highway and then from Main Bazaar in East to gate of Sabji Mandi to Rambag Road upto bus-stand. Thence towards East across railway line towards # 1444 to residence of Tomar Kamla Nagar to # 1445 of Sh. Jagdish Sharma upto West end of the River. Thence along this end towards Rambag in North upto the bridge on Rambag Road. Thence moving along boundary of Ward No. 3 upto Bala ji Road, which is a starting point.

Ward No. 05:-Starting from New Chandigarh-Shimla National Highway towards Road passing through society park and society office in Tipra railway colony in West towards # 1015 of Smt. Hemlata house to last house of the Road. Thence moving towards North West to Bhairo ki sair and from Tipra boundary in North to Tipra Road at Bala ji Hanuman Mandir Road along with the bridge thence along Haryana Himachal Pradesh boundary and M.C. Kalka boundary to North side along with National Highway adjoining house of Sh. Sanjiv Kumar and across National highway towards East side and Tipra Haryana near house of Sh. Tara Chand S/o Paras Ram to Haryana Himachal Pradesh boundary along with house of Sh. Dhiyan Chand thence moving along house of Sh. Chunni Singh Sardar to M.C. Kalka boundary till Kaushalya river and West side in Tipra Kanguwala boundary across National Highway till Society office and Society park which is the starting of this Road.

Ward No. 06 :- Starting from Bhairon ki Sair along the boundary of Ward No. 3 on Tipra Kalka Road, along the boundary of Ward No. 3 towards Tipra Kalka Road, through the bridge on Rambagh Road, Kanguwala, Bhairon Ki Sair and Kamla Nagar. Thence from boundary of ward no. 4 in south and further towards the west direction between Shiv Nagar and Kamla Nagar till the railway line through the boundary of Ward No. 4, from there towards the west direction from the boundary of Ghatiwala, Ramsar, Kanguwala to Dharmapur Road. Thence moving along the boundary of Ward No. 7 up to the National Highway and crossing the National Highway along the National Highway towards the east north direction to the boundary of the Municipal Council on the bank of the Shivlotia Shiv Mandir Kaushalya River. Thence moving towards the north direction of Kanguwala and the Municipal Council through the border of Kalka to the National Highway and crossing the National Highway along the boundary of Ward No. 5 towards the west-north direction from the starting point till the boundary of Ward No. 3 on Tipra Kalka Road is to the starting point.

Ward No. 07:- Starting from Railway Bridge which is along the boundary of ward no. 6 moving along Railway Line in South to the Electric Transformer along the Railway Line towards east on the Road which runs in front of Preet Hotel on Dharampur Road via the Play Pen School in east upto Medical Store on Dharampur Road. Thence moving along Laxmi Kiryana Store in front of Medical Store upto Attri General store. Thence turning left along the boundary of Ghatiwala upto boundary of National Highway. Thence Crossing the National Highway upto boundary of M.C. Kalka. Thence moving from Boundary of M.C. Kalka towards Kanguwal upto Boundary of ward no. 6. Thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 6 upto Railway Line. Thence moving from Railway Line along the boundary of ward no. 25 upto the transformer which is the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 08:- Starting from Village Bitna Border and moving along National Highway towards Pinjore upto in front of Pooja Palace. Thence moving on Bitna Road in front of Shiv Colony Gali Gurdwara with Shop Monu Auto Mobile along H.T Line upto house of Choudhary Charan Singh. Thence moving along H.T Line including Ghatiwala In front of Dharampur Colony upto ITI Road. Thence from ITI upto Bitna which is the starting Point of this ward.

Ward No. 09:- Starting from in front of Bitna Road Gurudwara moving along boundary of ward no. 8 and 10 to Goyal General Store Road which leads to A-one Hair Dresser. Thence moving moving along the boundary of ward no. 10 crossing Dharampur Road to Nayer Boutique upto Raunak Hotel. Thence moving from Raunak Hotel towards Kalka upto Railway Line. Thence moving along Railway Line upto Transformer wali Gali. Thence moving from Transformer wali Gali upto Preet Hotel on Dharampur Road. Thence moving from Preet Hotel upto Govt. Primary School in front of Play Pen School. Thence moving along Primary School upto Laxmi Kiryana Store. Thence moving from Road near Laxmi Kiryana Store moving along house no 232 upto H.T Line Street. Thence moving along boundary of ward no. 10 near H.T Line towards Gurdwara Sahib on Bitna Road upto A-one Hair Dresser which is the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 10:- Starting from Dharampur Road in east near Railway under Bridge on National Highway, moving from house of Sh. Chaman Lal, Ex.MC upto Chandel aluminum works, #41 shop of Ram Ratan Dadri on Dharmpur Road . Thence moving North East upto Preet Industries. Thence moving East to gali near shop of Iqbal Singh along boundary of Ward 8 in Cast upto Bitna Road. Thence moving from Bitna Road in West towards N.H upto Junction of Bitna Road. Thence moving North on N.H towards starting point Dharampur Road near Railway Crossing.

Ward No.11:- On National Highway Raunak Hotel along with Bitna Road towards East Starting from Bitna Road which turns towards North on that turn along the Hill to Chauna Chowk in South which crosses from the front of Kheda Temple. From that Gali moving from South towards Azad Public Senior Sec School along with Chauna Chowk to Vishawkarma Colony till #1578-B Verma Cycle Store. Then from there Staring from West and Govt. Senior Secondary School Pinjore and Municipal Council office Gali which runs along the School form this Gali to South till National Highway then from National highway towards West in front of Police Station till Govt. Hospital. Then moving from North to National Highway towards Front Gali of Forest Company to starting point of National Highway along with Raunak Hotel till Bitna Road Chowk.

Ward No. 12:- On National Highway the Street adjoining the Forest Office and Police Station that goes along with Government School. Starting from that street, to National Highway towards East, Passing in front of Babri till, Shivam Jewellers, Batra Sell Point, thence from the Street which goes to Dhara Mandal and Gurudwara in the north direction of that street. Thence from moving to Dhara Mandal and the Street in front of Dhara Mandal going towards East, till Trichok and towards East from Trichok House No. 1940 B2 till Surendra Sawhney's house. Then from crossing the chowk, going in the east till Samshan Ghat, going along with Saini Mohalla till National Highway, then going along with National Highway, to Malla Mod Chowk and east to Malla Mod Chowk till the Bridge over Kaushalya River and from the bridge northwards along the Western Bank of Kaushalya River and from the Bridge northwards along the Western Bank of Shivloti Temple where the Boundary of Ward No. 6 ends. From there going in west direction till New National Highway and going north on New National Highway till Bitna Road and from there in south-west direction on Bitna Road along the boundary of ward no. 7, 8. Up to the Boundary of Ward No. 11, which is located at the turn along the hill of Bitna Road and from where the gully goes in the south direction towards Chauna Chowk, from here on the Boundary of Ward No. 11 through 2 to Chauna Chowk and From Chauna Chowk towards west direction along the Boundary of Ward No. 11, through 2 to Old National Highway where the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 13:- Starting from Road on the National Highway to Malla Road, towards Bridge on Kaushalya River then Starting from Bhogpur -Damdama Road, along with the Boundary of Ward No. 14 including Village Damdana, Bhogpur and Isharnagar then moving inside the street of Himshikha Colony Andhra Bank then Starting from house number 671 towards the house number 620, 619, 589, 483 line till the park, in front of the said park, house number 435 to 474 street in front of the park from house number 474 to 455 and in front of the Telephone Exchange. Thence turning left from there till the exchange, from house no. 454 to 310, from there to house no. 268, from there to house no. 212 to 223, from house no. 111 to 97, in front to Gurdwara Sahib, from house no. 97 to house no. 22 Via house no. 4 in front of house no. 644 to Virat Nagar Ashram, from Virat Nagar along the Boundary of the City Council to Ishar nagar main market from where to the starting point.

Ward No. 14:- Starting from National Highway Malla Road Chowk lights on the Bridge of Kaushalya River on Malla. Going towards South direction on National Highway till HMT Bus Stand then from then moving toward East direction of Kaushalya Dam moving above East till Eastern Coast of Kaushalya River thence moving from Eastern coast towards west till the border of Islam Nagar Majri thence from the Border between Islam Nagar Majri and DLF, towards the south of Islam Nagar Majri. Through Islam Nagar, Virat Nagar and DLF from the middle of the mean of the East, going towards the limits of the Municipal Council Kalka, then walking from there towards the north, along the boundary of Ward No. 13 from the north side of Brahmrishi Ashram till the starting point of Kaushalya river bridge.

Ward No. 15:- Starting from the Boundary of Ward No. 14, which is on the Banks of Kaushalya River from Kaushalya Dam, towards the east along the boundary of Ward No. 14. Then moving along the East side double Road built by HUDA till Nichla Panga Islam Nagar and Gurudwara and then moving along the boundary of Ward No. 14, 13 till the boundary of Nagar Parishad Kalka then from there towards Raipur Village in the west towards Raipur Village in East along the boundary of Nagar Parishad Kalka. Thence moving towards the west direction of Village Bhagwanpur and from the boundary of Nagar Parishad Kalka to the border of Amravati in the west direction. Thence moving from the flat built in the north-east direction of Amravati, Cosmos Block , Merry Gold Block, Daffodil Block, Tulip Block, Carnation Block to The South Direction Road From The Between DLF And Amravati From The West Direction Through North Back upto The Starting Point to The Bank of the Kaushalya River.

Ward No. 16 :- Starting from National Highway from where there is a bridge over the Kaushalya River to go to Amravati and the way to enter Amravati from the National Highway. Thence going in the north direction, crossing the river bridge and moving in the east direction till INOS Mall and Crossing the Road in the north direction of INOS Mall, the street in front of house no. 71, 70, which goes in the north direction, from house no. 66 to 62 of that street and from there to the north direction from the Garden fence behind house no. 62 to Amravati. and the boundary of DLF and the boundary of Ward No. 15 and from there to the Boundary of the City Council and from there to the boundary of the City Council in the south-west direction, the starting point of National Highway from where to go to Amravati.

Ward No. 17:- Starting from Amravati Police Station, walking along the boundary of Ward No. 15 till the boundary of Ward No. 16, from there on the opposite side of Shop No. 16 from House No. 172 to 174, moving along the said side to House No. House No. 701 to 685, 719 to 702 running along the extent of Ward No. 16 along with the above up to 171 upto House No. 802 ie up to Kaushalya River, Running along Kaushalya River to the extent of Rampur Sayudi Village, which National Highway and from there crossing the River along the boundary of Rampur Sayudi to the main Road going to Surajpur and going along the Surajpur Railway line to the boundary of Village Manakpur Thakurdas, from there to the extent of Ward No. 20. The limit of number 19 is HMT. Crossing the National Highway towards the Bus Stand, along the Kaushalya River till the Amravati Police Station ie from where it started.

Ward No. 18 :- Starting from the Over Bridge being built over the National Highway near Amravati, going towards the western northern side along the boundary of the Municipal Council Kalka, including Mahadev Colony, towards the western side of the boundary of the Municipal Council, Kalka to Manakpur Thakurdas. To the border, from there along the Railway Line back to the boundary of Ward No. 17 till Mahadev Colony, from there crossing the Surajpur Wala Road along the boundary of Ward No. 17 National Highway Amravati going from National Highway towards Pinjore Emergency up to over bridge from here to the starting point.

Ward No. 19:- Starting from Malla Chowk on the National Highway, on the National Highway in the south direction along the border of National Highway and Ward No. 14, till HMT Bus Stand and from there along the boundary of Ward No. 17. Thence from the west of Subhash Nagar border to Sector-30 and Subhash Nagar border, Sector-28, 30 to Dividing Road of Sector 30 and going along the boundary of Ward 20 towards South direction towards 27 passing through 28 and 30 before Nalagarh Road till where the boundary of Sector-27 Shiv Shakti Colony begins and from there to the east side along the boundary of Shiv Shakti Colony and Sector 27, Shiv Shakti Colony Roaming inside and from there going east to the border of Pinjore Garden. Thence moving to the north In front of Dera Baba Top Nath's Samadhi on the National Highway Main Road and from there along the boundary of Ward No. 12 including Saini Mohalla, the boundary of Ward No. 12 and along the National Highway, the starting point Malla on the National Highway.

Thence moving along Railway Line towards south end of Mankapur Thakurdas upto Atta Chakki. Thence moving east upto Railway barrier which is the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 22 :- Starting from National Highway Nalahgarh Road towards Nalahgarh to west end of M.C. Kalka on National Highway crossing Baswal moving along boundary of M.C. Kalka towards South of Baswal upto last end of M.C. Kalka. Thence moving east along the house of Avtar Singh upto Kero Cold Drink bar Jattan Majri on Nalagarh Road. Thence crossing Nalahgarh Road moving along the boundary of ward no. 21 and boundary of Tagra and Majra Mehtab upto last boundary of M.C. Kalka. Thence moving west along the boundary of M.C. Kalka upto the starting point boundary of M.C. Kalka on National Highway and Boundary of Baswal.

Ward No. 23 :- Starting from Nalagarh Road towards Nalagarh on south boundary of Lohgarh through dividing boundary of Lohgarh and Dhamala in east upto boundary of M.C. Kalka. Thence moving along boundary of M.C. Kalka towards east upto boundary of ward no. 20. Thence moving north along the boundary of ward no. 20 and Railway Line crossing Railway barrier moving along the boundary of ward no. 21 upto the Joining Point of ward no. 21 and 22. Thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 22 upto the boundary of ward no. 25. Thence moving west upto the boundary of Tagra Hakimpur. Ward No. 24 :- Starting from west boundary of M.C. Kalka nalahgarh Road on national highway to Baswal in south moving along the boundary of M.C. Kalka upto the last boundary of M.C. Kalka in south. Thence moving east towards boundary of M.C. Kalka and moving along the boundary of ward no. 23 upto the boundary of ward no. 25 and boundary of Tagra Hakimpur. Thence moving west towards ward no. 25 Tagra Hakimpur and moving along boundary of ward no. 28 Tagra and Majra Mehtab and boundary of Dhamala and Baswal upto the last boundary of M.C. Kalka. Thence moving south along the boundary of M.C. Kalka upto the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 25:- From the Railway Gate/Under bridge on Chandigarh Shimla National Highway going towards North on National Highway upto St. Thomas School in Bitna Sayudi upto the boundary of Thomas School and Ward No. 9. Starting from the north side lane of St. Thomas School in this Gali towards the east, moving along the boundary of ward no. 9 upto Railway Line where Boundary of ward no. 7 and ward no. 9 meet. Thence moving east along Railway Line and Boundary of ward no. 7 upto the meeting point of ward no. 7 and ward no. 6. Thence Crossing the under Bridge of Railway Line along the River to South West of Boundary of Ram Nagar towards dividing Road of PWD Rest House and BDPO office upto village Gidawali and boundary of Tagra Hakimpur to west of bridge near power house. Thence moving north along the Nala on Paploha Road upto the bridge on Ram Nagar. Thence moving on west of Paploha Road toward Tagra Hakimpur upto the junction of Tagra Sahu. Thence moving south on the Road to Tagra Hakimpur toward the Road on south west along the boundary of Tagra Hakimpur and Tagra Sahu towards south along boundary of ward no. 24 upto boundary of ward no. 23 Railway Line. Thence moving along boundary of ward no. 22 and Railway Line in east upto Railway under bridge and National Highway. Thence moving north upto the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 26:- Starting from Ambala Shimla National Highway, where there is a Railway under bridge on the National Highway with the Railway Station and the Road Starting from the south-east direction of the Railway Station from where the border of Shakti Nagar starts, from the national highway in the western direction to Lower Kurari. Going from the last house of Shakti Nagar till Peeli Kothi and from there in the south direction and going through the Road between Shakti Nagar and Railway Colony till Shri Harindra Singh House No. 964, the last house of Shakti Nagar and from there to Shakti in the east direction 955 through the boundary of the city and the Railway Colony till the house of Varsha Singh and from there to the last house of the Railway Colony through the boundary of the Railway Colony and Shakti Nagar / private land and from there in the west direction. Colony, through the southern direction of Lower Kurari , Azad Colony till the drain coming from the Railway Station and from there along the Drain in the southern direction and walking a short distance to the east through the middle of the fields. Thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 26 in south and housing board and boundary of Basant Vihar up to Paploha Road Ramnagar Kalka which the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 28 :- Starting from Tagra Paploha Road where boundaries of Tagra Hakimpur and Tagra Sahu meet towards west upto junction at Paploha Road from Bharat Nagar. Thence from Road near Electricity Transformer in west toward Kanguwala and center of boundary of Majra Mehtab in west moving along boundary of M.C. Kalka in south up to boundary of ward no. 24. Thence moving toward east along the boundary of ward no. 24 and boundary of ward no. 25 in north towards the boundary of Tagra Hakimpur and Tagra Sahu which is the starting point of this ward.

Ward No. 29 :- Starting from the point where the border of Tagra Kaliram and Tagra Harisingh Ward No. 27 meets on Paploha Tagra Road, going west on Paploha Road along the boundary of Ward No. 28, up to the western boundary of Municipal Council, Kalka and thence Turning north-east from the city council, passing along the boundary of Kalka to the boundary of Ward No. 2 and the border of military along the boundary of Railway and Military towards the south. Thence moving towards Kalka to the Road leading to Bharat Nagar Paploha Road in west on that Road before the Railway Gate going east on the Road leading to Valmiki Mandir from Valmiki Mandir to Railway House No. 331. Thence moving South from the Government Primary School of the Railway through the East facing Road, in front of the Office of the Senior section Engineer Power to the Main Gate of the Railway Station upto the Railway station in east, thence Via the National Highway and from there in the western direction towards the railway station. Thence moving South towards boundary of Ward No. 26 till the middle street of Railway Colony and Shakti Nagar and from there to the south-west direction along the boundary of Ward No. 26 upto the, thence moving along the boundary of Ward 26 and Ward No. 27, in south-west which is the starting point on Paploha Tagra Road till the point where the boundary of Tagra Kaliram and Tagra Hari Singh Ward No. 27 meets.

Ward No. 30 :- Starting from the point of the street going from the west side of the SDM office on the Kalka railway Road, going from the middle of the SDM office wall and the popular shop to the east direction, Sunil's house number 368 to house number 347 and House No. 301. House No. 302 and House No. 294 and House No. 315-316 and crossing the street and passing through House No. 404/1 Darshan Lal's house to House No. 387-388 and from there walking in the southern direction to Kheda Ahead of the temple would have been in the western direction Railway from this house to the house number 1188/1 of the friend colony and from this house to the house number 1189 and from there to the east direction and then through the street going towards the south, in front of the Stone Book High School. Ward No. 31 :- Starting from Road of SDM Office on Railway Road in west which is the starting point of ward no. 30 upto Railway Road, thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 30 in west from railway Road to Paploha Road Bharat Nagar Kalka in north west and along the boundary of ward no. 29 thence along boundary of military up to boundary of ward no. 2, thence from boundary of military and ward no. 2 in north east up to Gurbaksh colony and boundary of military, thence moving along boundary of ward no. 2 in east up to M.C. Kalka quarters, thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 2 in north up to main Road of Prade Mohalla thence moving from east of main Road of Prade Molalla to ward Gandhi Chownk covering all the houses up to Ahaata Chatter Sain Sabzi Mandi in front of library. Thence from east near the Road of Doctor Trivadi towards boundary of ward no. 2 in north up to Neha General store house no. 552/4, thence moving along boundary of ward no. 2 in south up to junction of national highway, thence from national highway moving along boundary of ward no. 3 in south up to Gandhi Chownk thence moving from Gandhi Chowk towards south of national highway along the boundary of ward no. 2 up to junction of Sukhadmal Road and Devidas Road, thence moving along the boundary of ward no. 30 towards west which is the starting point of this ward.
