(h) The Scheme shall be valid upto 06 months from the issuance of the Notification by the Government and no further extension/ claim shall be entertained after expiry of validity period of Scheme on any ground or on the pretext of any litigation/ Court Case or Arbitration Proceedings.
(i) By virtue of this, the Corporation will incur a loss of Rs. 3.12 crore for which the State Government will be requested to compensate the loss to the Corporation on account of waiving of interest of loanees.
