संख्या यू0 डी0-ए0 (1)-8/2005.--इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 28-10-2014 से संलग्न अनुसूची 'क' में विनिर्दिष्ट कतिपय स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ घुमारवीं में सम्मिलित करने हेतु एक प्रस्ताव, उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह सप्ताह के भीतर उपायुक्त, बिलासपुर के माध्यम से प्रभावित व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप आमन्त्रित करने के लिए तारीख 31-10-2014 को राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किया गया था;

31-राजपत्र/2015-15-05-2015 (755) 756 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 मई, 2015/25 वैशाख, 1937 और विर्निदिष्ट अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त आक्षेपों पर सरकार द्वारा विचार किया गया तथा विनिश्चय किया गया;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अनुसूची 'क' में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ घुमारवीं में सम्मिलित करते हैं।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 11th May, 2015

No. UD-A (1)-8/2005.—Whereas a proposal for inclusion of certain local areas in Municipal Council, Ghumarwin specified in Schedule 'A' attached to this Department notification of even number dated 28-10-2014 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 31-10- 2014 for inviting objections of the affected persons through Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur within six weeks from the date of publication of the said notification ;

And whereas, objections received within the specified period have been considered and decided by the Government ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to include the local areas, as specified in Schedule 'A', in the Municipal Council, Ghumarwin.

स्ांख्या यू0 डी0-ए0 (3)-1/2015.-हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के द्वितीय परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची-1 का संशोधन करने और नगर पंचायत मैहतपुर, जिला ऊना, हिमाचल प्रदेश को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं।

कोई भी व्यक्ति, जो प्रस्तावित घोषणा पर आक्षेप करना चाहता है, वह अपने आक्षेप, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, सम्बद्ध उपायुक्त के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (शहरी विकाास), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को लिखित में प्रस्तुत कर सकेगा। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त हुए आक्षेप यदि कोई हैं, पर प्रारूप अधिसूचना को अन्तिम रूप देने से पूर्व सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 11th May, 2015

No. UD-A(3)1/2015.—In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh proposes to amend Schedule-I of the Act ibid and to declare Nagar Panchayat Mehatpur, Distt. Una, (H.P.) as Municipal Council.

762 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 मई, 2015/25 वैशाख, 1937 Any person who desires to object to the proposed declaration, should submit his objections in writing to the Addl. Chief Secretary (UD) to the Government of H.P. through the concerned Deputy Commissioner within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

The objections, if any, received within the above stipulated period shall be taken into consideration by the Govt. before finalizing the draft notification.

HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 5th May, 2015

No. EDN-A-Kha(1)14/2009.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the placement of Dr. Amar Dev, Joint Director Higher (Colleges), to the post of Additional Director, Higher Education (Colleges) in his own pay scale on regular basis, with immediate effect, in public interest.

The above officer shall be on probation for a period of two years or till the date he retires from the Government Services whichever is earlier.

Dr. Amar Dev, Joint Director Higher Education (Colleges) is hereby directed to report for duty within three days as Additional Director of Higher Education (Colleges), H.P. at Directorate of Higher Education and submit his joining report through proper channel.

No. EDN-A-Ka(9)-2/81-V-Loose.—In continuation of this department's notification No. EDN-A-Kha(13)1/2000, dated 23rd September, 2014, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the posts of Principals(College Cadre)/Pracharya(Sanskrit Colleges) in the Higher Education Department which will fall vacant under promotional quota upto 31-12-2015, the promotion against that posts shall be governed by the provisions of existing Recruitment and763 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 मई, 2015/25 वैशाख, 1937 Promotion Rules for the post of Principals(College Cadre)/Pracharyas(Sanskrit Colleges Cadre) notified by this department vide notification No. EDN-A-Kha(3)5/99 dated 18-03-2004 and further amended from time to time, and any post of the Principal (College Cadre)/Pracharya (Sanskrit Colleges) that will fall vacant under promotional quota after 31-12-2015, the promotion against that post(s) of such a candidate shall be governed by the provisions of the H.P Higher Education Regulations 2012 noted on 17th March, 2012.
