ಅನುಸೂಚಿ-ಬಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಪರಿಮಿತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅನುಸೂಚಿ-ಎ ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂಬರುಗಳ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಲಿ ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ‘ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ ವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಉದ್ಘೋಷಿಸಿ, ‘ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ ಎಂದು ಸಹ ಪದನಾಮೀಕರಿಸಲು
