ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ 371(ಜೆ) ಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬAಧಿಸಿದAತೆ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂ:13868/2020 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ 16ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ನ 2ನೇ ಬಿಂದುವಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡದವರನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮರುಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ 2014ರಿಂದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾವಲೋಕಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
