ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ ೩೭೧(ಜೆ) ಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬAಧಿಸಿದAತೆ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂ:೧೩೮೬೮/೨೦೨೦ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ ೧೬ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ನ ೨ನೇ ಬಿಂದುವಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡದವರನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮರುಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ ೨೦೧೪ರಿಂದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾವಲೋಕಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
