ವಿಷಯಃ- ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರು, ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆದೇಶ ಜಾರಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಃ- 1. ಮಾನ್ಯ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ. LCA-II, 128/2012, Dated: 14.9.2012.

2. ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣô ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶದ ದಿನಾಂಕ 04.10.2012.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖದನ್ವಯ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದವರು 05 ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರು, 05-ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರರು ಮತ್ತು 02 ಆದೇಶ ಜಾರಿಗಾರರ ಒಟ್ಟು-12 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೆುಾಳ್ಳಲು 1ನೇ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಃ 15.11.2012 ಸಂಜೆಃ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ವಿಳಾಸಃ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ , ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅನ್ವಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರು, ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆದೇಶ-ಜಾರಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿ / ಗಣಕೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೈಬರಹದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಕಣಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣôಃ-

ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರುಃ

1. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯವರು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರೌಡದರ್ಜೆ (Senior Grade)ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

3. ಅದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಡಿಪಿಎಆರ್ 59 ಎಸ್‌ಸಿಆರ್ 2012 ದಿನಾಂಕ 07/07/2012 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕ 22/03/2012 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಙõ್ಞಾನ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.

ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣô ರೂಃ 11600-200-12000-250-13000-300-14200-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಬತ್ಯೆಗಳು.

ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರುಃ

1. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯವರು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಕಿರಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ (Junior Grade)ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

3. ಅದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಡಿಪಿಎಆರ್ 59 ಎಸ್‌ಸಿಆರ್ 2012 ದಿನಾಂಕ 07/07/2012 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕ 22/03/2012 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಙõ್ಞಾನ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.

ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣô ರೂಃ 11600-200-12000-250-13000-300-14200-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಬತ್ಯೆಗಳು.

ಆದೇಶ-ಜಾರಿಗಾರರುಃ

1. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲನಾ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣô ರೂಃ 11000-200-12000-250-13000-300-14200-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಬತ್ಯೆಗಳು.

ಃಃ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃಃ (ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ)

ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ 18 ವರ್ಷ

ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ - 35 ವರ್ಷ

2ಎ/ 2ಬಿ/ 3ಎ/ 3ಬಿ - 38 ವರ್ಷ

ಪ.ಜಾ/ಪ.ಪಂ/ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 - 40 ವರ್ಷ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ, ವಿದವೆಯರಿಗೆ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಾನಃ

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು (ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟ್ರಿಯಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರು / ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರರುಃ

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು ಶೇಕಡಾವಾರು ಅಂಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 15 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸುವ ಅಂಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸುವ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. 1 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 5 ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಂತೆ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು (1 ಃ 5 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ).

ಟಿಪ್ಪಣôಃ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಟ 100 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು , ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 50 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನವು 5 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳುಃ

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಫೋಟೋ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು (Xerox Copy) ಸ್ವಯಂ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣôಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

1. ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು.

2. ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ, ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ,/ ಜನನ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಸಂಚಿತ ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಉದೃತ ಭಾಗ

3. ಸೈನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ / ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿಹೊಂದಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ)

4. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ನಮೂನೆ ಡಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ , ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ-ಇ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು 2-ಎ , 2-ಬಿ , 3-ಎ , 3-ಬಿ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ ಎಫ್ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.

5. ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು / ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಒಂದು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಎರಡು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು.

6. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಃ ಸಿಆಸುಇ/96/ಸೇನನಿ/2005 ದ ದಿನಾಂಕ 10.8.2005ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲು ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ , ಪರಿಶಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ತಿರಸ್ಕøತಗೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೂ ಅನರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.

7. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ರ ಜೊತೆ ನಮೂನೆ-1 ರಲ್ಲೂ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.

8. ವಿದವೆಯರು , ಜೀತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾದ ಇನ್ನಿತರರು ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಕೋರಲು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.

ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳುಃ-

ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂದಬರ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಗರಿಪ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

1. ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು.

2. ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೊಂಡು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಎಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವರೋ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಅಥವಾ 10ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆಯೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

3. ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜನಗಣತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಎಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವರೋ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅಥವಾ 05 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿ , ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆಯೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

4. ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6. ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪುರಸ್ಕøತವಾದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಔದ್ಯಮೀಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡು ಗ್ರಾಮಸಮೂಹ ಪರಿಶೀಲಕರಾಗಿ ಈಗ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಮೂಹ ಪರಿಶೀಲಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

1. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಫೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ, ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮಾರನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನವು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗುವುದು.

2. ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಕೋಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 5 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ (Postal Stamp) ವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ವ-ವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಒಂದು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.

6. ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಪತ್ರ ಬರದಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

7. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂದವಾಗಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಆಸ್ವದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS 22.11.2012.

The Applications invited as per this office Notification No. 1/2012, dtd: 5.1.2012, but no applications received towards the Notification from the eligible candidates. Therefore, the applications are further called for from the eligible candidates through this Re-Notification.

The Applications in the prescribed Proforma are invited from eligible candidates, who are qualified as on the last date fixed for receipt of the applications for appointment to the One Post of Stenographer in the Unit of District and Sessions Court, Chickballapur. The details of Vacancy & reservation are classified as under:-

I. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER :-

1) The candidates must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination

2) The candidates must have passed Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions of the Karnataka Secondary Examination Board or possess an Equivalent Qualification.

3) The Computer knowledge is a must for the candidates and they have to pass Computer Literacy Test within their Probationary Period vide Order No. DPAR 59/SCR/2012, dated: 7.7.2012 w.e.f. 22.3.2012.

Scale of Pay:- Rs.14550-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000-600-24600-700-26700 with admissible allowances.

II. AGE LIMIT :

The candidates must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date fixed for filing applications and must have not attained the age of :

1) 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC/ST and Category-I.

2) 38 years in case of persons belonging to any of the category-IIA, or II-B or III-A or III-B of other Backward Classes and 1) 35 years in case of others as on last date fixed for submission of his/her application.

2) Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation under II-A Category should furnish the certificate/s in the prescribed Form & such Certificate/s should have been issued by the competent authority. The candidates should note that, if on verification, certificate is found to be false, the candidates who made such false claim will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provision of Indian Penal Code and such candidates will also forfeit their claims for such selection.

III. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT :

The Selection of Candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Sub- Ordinate Courts (Ministerial and other Posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2007.

The Test will be conducted for the post of Stenographer. The candidates must have to appear before the District and Sessions Judge in the premises of District Court, Chickballapur at their own costs.

IV. The Qualifying test for selection of the Stenographer.

1) A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute shall be given for a duration of about five minutes and candidate shall transcribe the notes within forty five minutes.

2) The number of candidates for the post of Stenographer to be included in the eligible list of candidates for interview shall be equivalent to 05 times to total number of vacancies notified.

V. PROBATION :

Candidate will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provisions of KCS (Probation) Rules 1977 shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to candidates so selected. During the probation the candidates shall pass the Kannada Language Examination and Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post under the K.C.S.(Kannada Language Examination) Rules 1974.

VI. APPLICANTS WHEN CALLED FOR INTERVIEWS MUST APPEAR AT THEIR OWN EXPENSES.

The Candidates should submit their Applications, complete in all aspects, together with copies of all the testimonials attested by the candidates in support of their age, qualification caste and income in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority so as to reach the District and Sessions Judge, Chickballapur on or before 22.11.2012. Envelope containing the application should be super scribed as "Application for the Selection to the Post of Stenographer."

1) The In-service candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.

2) Defective/Incomplete/applications are liable to be rejected.

3) The candidates who attempt to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidature shall not be eligible for selection.

VII. APPLICATION IN THE PRESCRIBED PROFORMA SHOULD BE FILLED IN BY THE CANDIDATES IN THEIR

OWN HANDWRITING AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING TESTIMONIALS:

1) Copies of Marks Cards attested by the candidates.

2) The Candidates claiming the benefit under reservations shall produce a certificate in the form prescribed by the Government issued by the Competent Authority.

3) The Persons claiming reservations under the quota of Rural and Kannada Medium shall produce certificates issued by the competent authority.

4) Three Certificate of good character, one from the Principal of College/Head Master/Head Mistress or Institution in which he/she had last studied and two from respectable persons unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character 5) Copy of SSLC/TC in support of Age proof attested by the candidates.

6) Citizenship certificate (where the candidate is not a citizen of Indian by birth) issued by the DC/District Magistrate of the District in which the candidate is residing.

7) One pass port size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application from with self-attestation.

8) Applicants to produce self addressed envelope with required prescribed postal stamps of Rs.5/- for intimation regarding interview.

9) Any application received after the due date and incomplete application will not be entertained.

10) If he or she does not get intimation for the interview it shall be presumed that he/she is not eligible for the interview. No correspondence will be entertained there after if any of the Candidate is not called for the interview.

11) The number of vacancies on the classification as noted above is subject to variation.

12) The candidates should submit their requisitions in the Application Proforma enclosed to this Notification either typed, or computerized or Xerox of the Proforma.

13) The Candidates who have all ready applied for the post of Stenographers in this office vide Notification No.

1/2012, dated: 5.1.2012 need not apply now. As their applications will be considered for this Notification also.

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಛಾಯಾ ಪ್ರತಿ (ಫೋಟೋ ಕಾಪಿ/ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್) ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಯಂ-ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರತಿ (ಒರಿಜಿನಲ್) ಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

1. ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು.

ಇತರೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳುಃ

1.. ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 6 ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಅಂಚೆ ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ (Postal Stamp) ವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ವ-ವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಒಂದು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವ-ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.

5. ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಪತ್ರ ಬಾರದಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6.. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂದವಾಗಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಆಸ್ಪದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೂಚನೆಃ

1. ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯ ಬಯಸುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದ 10 ರೂ.ಗಳ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡಿ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನು " ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ರಾಮನಗರ " ರವರ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದು ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡಿ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಣಾ ದಿನದಿಂದ 15 ದಿವಸಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದಿರಬಾರದು. ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಯಸುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 30 ರೂ. ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಿದ ಸ್ವ-ವಿಳಾಸ ಬರೆದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು 10 ರೂ. ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡಿ.ಡಿ.ಯ ಸಮೇತ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

3. ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರೂ.50 (ಎಸ್.ಸಿ/ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ.30) ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡಿ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನು "ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ರಾಮನಗರ" ರವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದು ಪ್ರೊಸೆಸಿಂಗ್ ಶುಲ್ಕವಾಗಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕಃ 19.11.2012 ರ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 4.00 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ, ರಾಮನಗರ ರವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Minimum qualification required for the post of Driver:

1. Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.

2. Must be holding Current Heavy Vehicle Driving License .

05. AGE LIMIT:

As on 09-11-2012 the applicants must have attained the age of 18 years and not attained the age of

(a) 40 years in case of persons belonging to S.C./S.T. & Category-I.

(b) 38 years in case of persons belonging to Category-II-A, II-B, III-A & III-B of other backward classes and

(c) 35 years in case of Others.

(d) Ex. Service men, physically handicap, widow etc, as per Rules.

06. Candidates claiming the age relaxation shall submit the necessary certificates in support of their claim.

(a) Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation under the reservation categories should furnish the certificate/s in the prescribed form. Such certificate/s should have been issued by the competent authority. The candidates shall note that if on verification, the certificate is found false the candidates who made such false certificates will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provision of IPC and such candidates will also forfeit their claims for such selection.

(b) If sufficient number of candidates in women, Ex-servicemen candidates are not available then they shall be filled up by such accessories by men candidates and other candidates belonging to the same category respectively.

07. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:

Selection of candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions as contemplated in the Karnataka Subordinate Courts (Ministerial and Other posts Recruitment Amendment) Rules 2007.

08. For Ex-Military persons

As per the G.O. No. DPAR/163/REC/2006, dated : 26-06-2007 age relaxation under Ex-Military person will be by 3 years + Number of years of service rendered by him in the Armed Force of the Union.

09. Tests will be conducted for the posts of Stenographer, Typist & Typist-Copyist and Driver.

10. No person shall be eligible for appointment if he/she is disqualified under the Karnataka Civil Services ( General Recruitment ) Rule 1977 or any other Rules applicable.

11. The person who attempts to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidate for any quarter shall not be eligible for appointment.

12. Last date of submission of application in the prescribed form completed in all respects, along with the necessary testimonials either by post or in-person is before 5-00 PM on 09-11-2012. Envelope containing the applications should be subscribed as "Application for the post of Stenographer, Typist, Typist- Copyist, Driver"

a) Application not completely filed/undersigned/not accompanying required documents or testimonials & the applications received after due date will be rejected summarily.

b) The In-service candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.

c) Defective / incomplete applications and applications not in prescribed form are liable to be rejected without notice.

d) If any candidate does not get intimation for interview, it shall be presumed that he/she is not eligible for the interview.

No correspondence will be entertained thereafter with the candidates who have not been called for the interview.

e) The candidates has to produce the original certificates when called for. If the relevant certificate are not produced when called for, his/her application is liable to be rejected without notice.

f) The candidate should furnish their complete and correct address, so that, any communication by the office reaches them correctly.

g) The candidates who attempt to obtain extraneous support for his / her candidature shall not be eligible for selection.

13. Applications in the prescribed proforma should be filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting and must be accompanied by the following.

a) Copies of marks card attested by the candidates.

b) Candidates claiming the benefit for reservation under SC/ST/II-A/II-B, Ex-serviceman, rural quota, and Yojan(PDP) quota shall produce a certificate issued by the competent authority.

c) Three certificates of good character, one from the Principal of College/Head of the institution in which he/she has last studied and two from respectable persons unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character.

d) Copy of SSLC Marks Card/LC/TC in support of age proof attested by the candidates.

e) Citizenship certificate (Where the candidate is not a citizen of Indian by birth) issued by the DC/District Magistrate of the District in which the candidate is residing.

f) One recent pass port size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application form with signature across the same.

g) Those candidates who are willing to get the letter of intimation for the skill test by RPAD shall enclose self addressed cover affixing stamp of Rs. 28/- and those will to get the intimation by ordinary post shall enclose self addressed cover affixing stamp of Rs. 5/-. This office is not responsible for any Postal delay sent by Ordinary Post.

h) No applicant shall be appointed unless he/she satisfies the appointing authority that he/she is physically fit to discharge the duty that he/she may be called upon to perform.

i) Those candidates called for skill test or interview will have to appear before the Prl. District & Sessions Judge, Raichur in the premises of District Court, Raichur at their own costs. The candidate appearing for the skill test or interview are NOT ENTITLED FOR ANY T.A. OR D.A.

j) Certificate in respect of age relaxation (if claimed) be enclosed.

ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡಕಛೇರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೃಜಿಸಿದ 12 ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ (ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನವುಳ್ಳವರು) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (6) ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 29/06/2012 ರಂತೆ, ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977 ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಆದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ವಯ 1:5 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ 12 ಮಂದಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (7) ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಲಾಯಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 21/09/2012 ರ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಿಗದಿತ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ / ಗುಂಪುಗಳಡಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್ಅನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ, 12 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಚುರ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು. (This Final Selection list shall not confirm any right of appointment)
