As regards officers holding temporary posts, the system of issuing fresh payslips for drawal of increment will continue.

All the Heads of Departments and Drawing and Disbursing Officers are requested to take note of the above change in the procedure of issue of fresh pay slips in this regard and take action accordingly.

The Accountant General is requested to ensure that any event which has a bearing on the drawal of increment and effects the drawal of increment or postponement of the increment, the same is promptly intimated to the Drawing and Disbursing Officers concerned, so that he can take appropriate timely action based on the orders of the Competent authority.

The Secretaries to Government and the Heads Of Departments are also requested to inform the Drawing and Disbursing Officers concerned about the issue of any orders imposing penalty of withholding of increments, reduction of pay to a lower stage in the time scale, reduction of punishment to lower stage etc. under whom the officer is presently working without delay, so that the orders are effected in time.

ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅಭಿಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ 5 ವಲಯ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ 5 ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಜಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಒಳಾಡಳಿತ ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು-ಬಿ) COMMERCE AND INDUSTRIES SECRETARIAT

Sub: Sanction of infrastructure assistance, Incentives and Concessions to M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., to establish a green field project for manufacture, repair and overhaul of Helicopters in Gubbi Taluk, Tumakuru District. Ref: 1) Government Order No. CI 92 SPI 2014, dated: 07.05.2014.

PREAMBLE :

M/s Hindustan Aeronautics limited (HAL), is a premier Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India. The establishment of Overhauling and Repair Centre for Aircrafts & Helicopters by M/s Hindustan Aeronautics limited (HAL), in Bengaluru in 1940, heralded the Aerospace activities in Karnataka. Subsequently the Design and Development Centre, R&D Centre and Aircraft manufacturing facilities were established by HAL in Bengaluru. Over the last 75 years, M/s HAL has expanded its activities in Bengaluru with substantial investment, generating employment to about 20,000 persons as on date.

M/s HAL has now come up with a proposal for establishment of a new facility to manufacture, overhaul and repair of Light Combat Helicopter (LCH), Light Utility Helicopters (LUH), Naval Multi-role Helicopters (NMRH) and Indian Multi Role Helicopters (IMRH) with an investment of approximately `. 4000 crores in the project and generate employment to about 3000 persons).

M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has requested the following infrastructure assistances, incentives and concessions for their new project:

a. Allotment of around 610 Acres of Government Land at Bidarehallikaval, Nittur Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumakuru District, at a nominal cost of `.1/- per acre.

b. Allotment of Government Land for construction of two approach roads from BH Road to the proposed project location (apprx 200 Mtrs).

c. Direction to KPTCL to shift the HT Power lines passing through the site enabling Helicopter Flying Operations by HAL.

d. Direction to Water Resources Dept., to supply the required water of 34 lakh ltrs. per day to the project and township.

e. KPTCL to sanction 12 MVA power.

f. Incentives and concessions as per Aerospace Policy 13-23.

g. Concessional VAT/CST on the products and tax exemption for R&D work.

h. Permission for the peripheral road for security reasons.

The subject was discussed in detail in the Cabinet meeting held on 26.06.2014. Government has considered the recommendations of the Cabinet and hence the order.

GOVERNMENT ORDER NO. CI 47 SPI 2013, BENGALURU, DATED: 09.07.2014

In the circumstances explained in the preamble, Government is pleased to sanction the following infrastructure assistances, special incentives and concessions to the M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES:

A. Land:

Revenue Department to allot 610 acres of Government land at a concessional rate of Rs.1.00 lakh per acre at various Sy. Nos. of Bidarehalikaval, Nittur Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumakuru District.

B. Water:

Water Resource Department to allot 43.77 MCFT water to the project to be drawn from Kadaba Tank near Tumakuru nala of Hemavathi project. M/s HAL to pay for the infrastructure to be created by Water Resources Dept., at actual or to create the required infrastructure by itself and also to make necessary arrangements for storage for usage during November to May. M/s HAL to pay the water usage charges to M/s Cauveri Niravari Nigama Ltd.

C. Power:

BESCOM to sanction 12 MVA power to the project. KPTCL to shift the 3 HT lines passing through the area.

M/s HAL to bear the cost of shifting the 3 HT lines passing through the project site to KPTCL (`. 569.49 lakhs). M/s HAL to establish 2X10 MVA substation at their own cost (`. 800 lakhs approximately).

D. FISCAL INCENTIVES:

1) Concessional VAT as per FD notifications I & II No: FD 228 CSL 2013, dated: 14-11-2013 .

2) Reimbursement of CST to the extent mentioned in the Aerospace Policy 2013, till the date of introducing GST regime or for five years whichever is earlier.

3) VAT Loan as per Aerospace Policy to the extent of tax accrued to the State and VAT related incentives will be converted to SGST related incentives in same proposal.

OTHERS:

a) Environment Clearance:

M/s HAL to obtain environmental clearance for the project from the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India.

b) M/s HAL to provide employment to local persons as per the provisions of Aerospace Policy 2013-23 and employ a Kannadiga as HR Manager.

c) M/s HAL to promote local vendors as far as possible.

d) M/s HAL to discharge the CSR obligations as per the provisions of company Act, 2013.

4) Manager in the office of the Director of Municipal Administration 2.16% ಮೇಲೆ ಓದಲಾದ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ(3)ರನ್ವಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ರವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈ-ಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ) ಆದೇಶ 2013ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೈದ್ರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ನಗರಸಭೆ, ಪುರಸಭೆ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ವೃಂದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.75, ಶೇ.80 ರಷ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ವಯ ಹ್ಯೆದ್ರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 11 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 07 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ವಿಲೀನ/ಬಡ್ತಿ, ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು 04 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ತುಂಬಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಮೇಲೆ ಓದಲಾದ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ(4)ರನ್ವಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ರವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನಗರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೌಕರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 86 ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳು ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವೃಂದ/ಮೂಲ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ 23 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೈ-ಕ ವಿಶೇಷ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ 4 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟು 27 ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಖಾಲಿ ಇದ್ದು, ಪೌರ ಸೇವೆಯ ಅರ್ಹ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ವರದಿಯನ್ವಯ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಲು

ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ವಯ ವಿವಿಧ ವೃಂದವಾರು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವ ನೌಕರರುಗಳ ವಿವರ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ:

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ನಅಇ 91 ಇಎಂಸಿ 2014, ದಿನಾಂಕ:10-10-2014ರನ್ವಯ ಹೈ-ಕ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದ ಕಂದಾಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವೃಂದದ 2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಹಿರಿಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದ 2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹೈ-ಕ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ

ಮೇಲಿನ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿವರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಹೈ-ಕ ಭಾಗದ ವಿಶೇಷ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2 ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌರಸೇವೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವೃಂದದ ನೌಕರರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

1. ಕಛೇರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಿಂದ 3 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ವಿಲೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.

2. ಕಂದಾಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಹಿರಿಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ 1 ಹುದ್ದೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹೈ-ಕ ವಿಶೇಷ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರಿಸಿರುವ ಪೌರ ಸೇವಾ ನೌಕರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಎಂಎಎಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-2

Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 2971012 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ 5, 2015 ಭಾಗ 1 ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭವನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಜಮೀನು ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆಯಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವುಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಮೀನು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಭೈರಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.31ರ ಖರಾಬು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೆರೆ ಅಂಗಳದ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಭೈರಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಅಮಾನಿಕೆರೆಯು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವಂತಹ ಪ್ರದೇಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಕೆರೆಯ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರಸಭೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಇದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಕೆರೆಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಉಳಿದ ಕೆರೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದ ನಡುವೆ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ 30 ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದ ಬದು ಹಾದು ಹೋಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿರುವ ಜಮೀನು ಆಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ, ಈ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟು ಮತ್ತು ನೀರು ಬರುವ ಕಾಲುವೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾದಿ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ನೀರು ನಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲೂ ರೈತರು ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಒತ್ತುವರಿಯಿಂದ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ಕೆರೆ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

63.00 ಎಕರೆ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಅಮಾನಿಕೆರೆ ಅಂಗಳದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಗೊಳಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೆರೆಯ ಸ್ವರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಏನೂ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸೂಕ್ತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಬೇರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನಿರುಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮಿನಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಡಾ.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಭವನ, ಜಗಜೀವನರಾಂ ಭವನ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಅಮಾನಿಕೆರೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನಿನ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣವು ಖರಾಬು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೆರೆ ಅಂಗಳ ಎಂದು ಪಹಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬಿ-ಖರಾಬು ಜಮೀನಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1964ರ ಕಲಂ 68(1)ರಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ವಿರಹಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದೇ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಭೈರಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.31ರಲ್ಲಿ 32.00 ಎಕರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಲ್ಲೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.106ರಲ್ಲಿ 11.00 ಎಕರೆ ಸೇರಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 43.00 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೇಶನರಹಿತರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 67 ಎಲ್‌ಜಿಕೆ 2001 ದಿನಾಂಕ:27.10.2001ರಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಎಲ್.ಎನ್.ಡಿ./ಸಿಆರ್/2001-02 ದಿನಾಂಕ:13.11.2001ರಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ವಿರಹಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.01.2002ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಧಕವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಸಹ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಕಸಬಾ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಭೈರಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.31 ಖರಾಬು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೆರೆ ಅಂಗಳದ 63.00 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1964 ಕಲಂ 68(1)ರಂತೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕೆರೆ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ವಿರಹಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಸದರಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ/ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
