of opinion Whereas, the Government are that an industrial dispute exists between (1) Sri O. R. Arumughan , Alinkal Horuse , Oduvan- gadu, Mundoor , Nochippully P. O. Palakkad (2) Smt . Swayam Prabha w/o . O. R. Arumughan , Alinkal Veedu , Oduvangadu , Mundoor , Nochippully P. O., Palakkad and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri James Mathew, Vadakke- thadathil Veedu , Oduvangadu, Mundoor, Nochippully P. O. , Palakkad in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Whether the denial of employment to Sri James Mathew. Tapper by the Land Owners of Sri O. R. Arumughan and his wife Swayamprabha, Alinkal Veedu , Oduvangadu, Mundoor, Nochippully, Palakkad is justifiable ? If not , what relief he is entitled to P Sent.

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an dustrial dispute exist between The Chief Executive /sPastpin India Ltd. , Pattodi Nagar, Kanjikode , dakkad and the workman of the above referred stablishment Sri U. Krishna Kumar, sfo . eluswamy P, Krishna Nivas , Uthuvakkad, Pallatheri O., Palakkad in respect of matters mentioned the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for judication;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred ection 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947(Centr. 1 Act XIV of 1947 ) , the Government reby direct that the said industrial dispute be ferred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribynal , dakkad. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the vard within a period of three months .

Whether the dismissal from service of Sri U. Krishna Kumar, Electrician, Pastpin India Ltd. , Kanjikode by the management is justifiable ? If not , what relief he is entitled to ?
Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Govern- ment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Manager, Plantation Corporation of Kerala Ltd., Kodumon Estate, Nedumonkave P. O. , Koodal and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the General Secretary, Pathanamthitta Jilla Plantation Workers Union ( CITU) , Regn . No.578/85, Pathanamthitta P. O. in respect of mentioned in the annexure to this order; matters
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the General Manager, (Administration & Corporate Affairs ) , SDF Industries Ltd., Pampady, Thrissur and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri A. Rajeshkumar, Pallipatta House , Kaniyarkode , P.O. , Thiruvilwamala , Thrissur in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) theGovernment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

George, Mukkadayil House , (Jose Electricals ) , Krishnaswamy Ayyer Road, Ernakulam , Kochi - 35 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri K. J. Sebastian , Kuttickal House , Poochackal P. O. , Cherthala in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
that of Whereas, the Government are opinion an industrial dispute exists between The Manager , TheAleppey Company Ltd. , P. B. No. 2602, Alappuzha- 688 007 and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri K. Sivadas , Kottisseril House, Mannanchery P. O. , Alappuzha- 688 538 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to thisorder;
