Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of items for the Various Departments of Central Polytechnic College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by the remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cost of tender forms are only acceptable by Money Order or Cash to this office. As per the condition, the tender should be sent along with the tender on agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 50 and an earnest money deposit of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement, tender form and Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected.
Belated tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives present at that time. Further details can be had from the office.

ദർഘാസ് വ്യവസ്ഥയനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോ ടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള നി›ിത മാതൃകയി ലുള്ള ഒരു ഉടമ്പടിയും സാധന സാമഗ്രികളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താ ണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments required for Spice Lab in Electronics Engineering Department of Govt. Polytechnic College, Mattanur.
Estimate cost — ` 1,25,000.
The tenders should be superscribed No. B-1365/2010 for the purchase of equipments for Spice Lab in Electronics Eng. Department and address to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Mattanur-670 702. Last date for receipt of tender is 28-1-2011 at 2 p. m. and tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 28-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Govt. Polytechnic College, Mattannur obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 + VAT (12.5%) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 11 a.m. on 28-1-2011. Cheques, D.D., Postage Stampes, Postal order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be sent as per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 200 + VAT per copy.

Last date for receipt of tender is 28-1-2011 at 4 p. m. and tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 29-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
