क्रमांक एफ 6-4-2015- एक- ( 1 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल, मध्यप्रदेश राज्य सेवा परीक्षा नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

2. नियम -4 के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित नियम स्थापित किया जाए , अर्थात्: -
4. चयन सूची तैयार करने का प्रकार-
(1
) (क) (एक) प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर, विज्ञापित रिक्तियों के 15 गुना की संख्या में प्रवर्गवार अभ्यर्थियों को इस शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु सफल घोषित किया जाएगा , कि अभ्यर्थियों ने उतने न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णांक अर्जित किए हों, जितने कि आयोग द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किए जाएं। इसके अतिरिक्त, अन्य सभी अभ्यर्थियों को भी , जो " कट आफ अंकों " के बराबर अंक प्राप्त करते हैं , मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु अर्ह घोषित किया जाएगा । (दो) अनारक्षित, अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग , में आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की पृथक् सूचियां तैयार की जाएंगी ।
(ख)
महिलाओं एवं भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को सभी वर्गों में आरक्षण इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी नियमों तथा अनुदेशों के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। (ग) (एक) दिव्यांगजनों के विभिन्न प्रवर्गों ( दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ बहुविकलांगता) हेतु विज्ञापित पदों के लिए , ऐसे व्यक्तियों के लिए विज्ञापित रिक्तियों के 15 गुना की संख्या में अभ्यर्थियों को इस शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु सफल घोषित किया जाएगा मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020
136 ( 1) कि अभ्यर्थियों ने आयोग द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तीर्णांक प्राप्त किए हों । इसके अतिरिक्त ऐसे सभी अभ्यर्थी , जिनके प्राप्तांक संबंधित प्रवर्गों (दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ बहुविकलांगता) के "कट आफ अंकों " के बराबर हैं , मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु सफल घोषित किए जाएंगे ।
(दो) ऐसे दिव्यांगजनों को, जिन्हें विभिन्न प्रवर्गों में उनके गुणागुण के आधार पर पूर्व में ही चयनित किया जा चुका है , दिव्यांगजनों के लिए सफल अभ्यर्थियों के 15 गुना में भी संगणित किया जाएगा । (तीन) गुणागुण के आधार पर उपरोक्त उप-खण्ड (एक) के अधीन तैयार की गई इस सूची में सम्मिलित अन्य दिव्यांगजनों को विभिन्न प्रवर्गों (अनारक्षित, अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य पिछड़े एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग) में , जिससे कि वे संबंधित हैं, संबंधित प्रवर्ग के, न्यूनतम योग्यता वाले अभ्यर्थियों के स्थान पर समायोजित किया जाएगा ।
(घ) सभी पांच सूचियां बनाने के पश्चात् सफल अभ्यर्थियों की एक संयुक्त सूची तैयार की जाएगी और तत्पश्चात् परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा । यह सूची अनुक्रमांक अनुसार होगी ।
(2) (क) (एक) मुख्य परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर , विज्ञापित रिक्तियों की 3 गुना संख्या में प्रवर्गवार अभ्यर्थियों को इस शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए साक्षात्कार हेतु अर्ह घोषित किया जाएगा, अभ्यर्थियों को आयोग द्वारा यथा विनिर्दिष्ट न्यूनतम् उत्तीर्णांक प्राप्त करना चाहिए । इसके अतिरिक्त, अन्य सभी अभ्यर्थी जो " कट आफ अंकों" के बराबर अंक प्राप्त करते हैं , साक्षात्कार हेतु सफल घोषित किए जाएंगे । (दो) अनारक्षित , अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति , अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग में आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की पृथक् सूचियां तैयार की जाएंगी
(तीन) दिव्यांगजनों के लिए पद श्रेणीबार विज्ञापित न करते हुए प्रवर्गवार (दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ बहुविकलांगता) विज्ञापित किए जाएंगे। परिणामस्वरूप चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को उनके संबंधित श्रेणी में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा।
(ख) महिलाओं एवं भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को सभी वर्गों में आरक्षण इस संबंध में समय - समय पर जारी नियमों तथा अनुदेशों के अनुसार दिया जाएगा । (ग) (एक) दिव्यांगजन के विभिन्न प्रवर्गों ( दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ रिक्तियों) हेतु मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020

विज्ञापित रिक्तियों के लिए ऐसे दिव्यांगजनों की विज्ञापित समितियों की 3 गुना संख्या में अभ्यर्थियों को इस शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए साक्षात्कार हेतु अर्ह घोषित किया जाएगा कि उन्हें आयोग द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तीर्णांक प्राप्त करना चाहिए । इसके अतिरिक्त, वे सभी अभ्यर्थी, जो उनके प्रवर्गों (दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ बहुविकलांगता) के "कट आफ अंकों" के बराबर अंक प्राप्त करें, साक्षात्कार हेतु अर्ह घोषित किए जाएंगे ।
(दो) ऐसे दिव्यांगजन को जो विभिन्न प्रवर्गों में उनके गुणागुण के आधार पर पूर्व से चयनित किया जा चुके हैं, उनको रिक्तियों की 3 गुना में भी संगणित किया जाएगा ।
(तीन) गुणागुण के आधार पर ऊपर उप- खण्ड (एक) के अधीन तैयार की गई इस सूची में सम्मिलित दिव्यांगजनों के प्रवर्ग से संबंधित अभ्यर्थियों को उन विभिन्न प्रवर्गों (अनारक्षित / अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति/अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग) एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग से जिससे, कि वे संबंधित है, संबंधित प्रवर्ग के न्यूनतम योग्यता वाले अभ्यर्थियों के स्थान पर समायोजित किया जाएगा ।
(घ) समस्त चार सूचियां तैयार करने के पश्चात् सफल अभ्यर्थियों की एक सामान्य सूची अनुक्रमांकवार तैयार की जाएगी और तत्पश्चात् परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा ।
(ड.) मुख्य परीक्षा के परिणाम के साथ-साथ आयोग द्वारा , अनुप्रमाणन पत्र एवं उनकी पात्रता संबंधी दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तारीख अधिसूचित की जाएगी । समस्त सफल अभ्यर्थियों से अंतिम तारीख के पूर्व अनुप्रमाणन पत्र तथा उनकी पात्रता से संबंधित समस्त दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने की अपेक्षा की जाएगी। अनुप्रमाणन पत्र तथा दस्तावेजों की संवीक्षा के पश्चात् उन अभ्यर्थियों को, जो पात्र पाएं जाएं , साक्षात्कर के लिए अनुज्ञात किया जाएगा। आयोग द्वारा यथा अधिसूचित अंतिम तारीख को या उसके पूर्व अनुप्रमाणन-पत्र तथा दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने में असफल रहने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की अभ्यर्थिता समाप्त कर दी जाएगी ।
(3) (क) (एक) साक्षात्कार के पश्चात्, आयोग द्वारा अभ्यर्थियों को उनके द्वारा मुख्य परीक्षा तथा साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त कुल अंकों के आधार पर योग्यताक्रम में सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा । समान अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का योग्यताक्रम आयोग द्वारा आदेश द्वारा विहित मानकों 136 (3) मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020
के अनुसार अवधारित किया जाएगा । योग्यता सूची तैयार होने के पश्चात् प्रवर्गवार विज्ञापित पदों की संख्या के बराबर अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति के लिए सफल घोषित किया जाएगा।
(दो) प्रथमतः , अनारक्षित अभ्यर्थियों की सूची तैयार की जाएगी। इस सूची में अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति तथा अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग से सामान्य योग्यता के आधार पर उन अभ्यर्थियों को सम्मिलित किया जाएगा, जिन्होंने आवेदन/परीक्षा शुल्क में छूट तथा यात्रा व्यय प्रतिपूर्ति को छोड़कर संबंधित वर्ग को देय कोई लाभ/ शिथिलीकरण नहीं लिया है ।
इस हेतु प्रारंभिक तथा मुख्य परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार करते समय आरक्षित उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों की, सूची यह उल्लिखित करते हुए कि उन्होंने आरक्षित वर्ग को देय छूट का लाभ लिया है अथवा नहीं । तैयार की जाएगी । दोनों सूची परीक्षा शाखा द्वारा भर्ती शाखा को प्रदाय की जाएंगी ।
(तीन) द्वितीयतः , अनारक्षित, अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग से संबंधित अभ्यर्थियों की एक पृथक् सूची तैयार की जाएगी।
(चार) महिलाओं एवं भूतपूर्व सैनिकों से संबंधित अभ्यर्थियों को नियमों तथा इस संबंध में समय -समय में जारी अनुदेशों के अनुसार क्षैतिज आरक्षण दिया जाएगा ।
(पांच) दिव्यांगजनों के विभिन्न प्रवर्गों ( दृष्टिबाधित अथवा कम दृष्टि/ श्रवण बाधित अथवा कम सुनने वाले/ लोकोमोटर डिसेबिलिटी/ बहुविकलांगता) के लिए विज्ञापित पदों हेतु केवल उस दिव्यांगता प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों को चयनित किया जाएगा।
(छह ) ऐसे दिव्यांगजनों की, जो विभिन्न प्रवर्गों (अनारक्षित/ अनुसूचित जाति /अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग) में उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर पूर्व में ही चयनित हो चुके हैं, गणना दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के लिए आरक्षित पदों के लिए भी की जाएगी । मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020

(सात) अन्य दिव्यांगजनों , जो अपनी स्वयं की योग्यता के आधार पर चयनित नहीं हुए हैं, उन्हें उनसे संबंधित विभिन्न प्रवर्गों (अनारक्षित/ अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग ) में, संबंधित प्रवर्ग के न्यूनतम योग्यता वाले अभ्यर्थियों के स्थान पर समायोजित किया जाएगा ।
(ख) (एक) साक्षात्कार के पूर्व, साक्षात्कार के लिए अर्ह अभ्यर्थियों से विज्ञापित पदों के लिए वरीयता पत्रक प्राप्त किया जाएगा। एक बार वरीयता पत्रक प्रस्तुत कर दिए जाने पर पत्रक में कोई संशोधन या परिवर्तन करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
(दो) अभ्यर्थियों को केवल उन्हीं पदों के लिए अनुशंसा हेतु विचार में लिया जाएगा , जिसके लिए अभ्यर्थी द्वारा वरीयता दी गई है । जिन पदों पर अभ्यर्थी द्वारा वरीयता नहीं दी गई है उन पदों पर अभ्यर्थी की नियुक्तिकी अनुशंसा नहीं की जाएगी , भले ही वे योग्यता के आधार पर उन पदों पर चयन के लिए पात्र हों ।
(तीन) यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी द्वारा वरीयता पत्रक प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है या उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत वरीयता पत्रक में हस्ताक्षर नहीं है तो उसकी अनुशंसा करते समय सभी पदों पर विज्ञापन में दी गई सूची के अनुसार विचार किया जाएगा।
(ग) (एक) किसी विशिष्ट सेवा/ पद के लिए अभ्यर्थी की प्रवर्गवार अनुशंसा उनके द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों तथा उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत वरीयता पत्रक (यदि कोई हो) के अनुसार की जाएगी ।
(दो) यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी का वरीयता पत्रक में उसके द्वारा दिए गए पद की उच्चतर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर मुख्य सूची में चयन हो जाता है, तो उसको, वरीयता पत्रक के शेष पदों हेतु विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
घ ) (एक) अभ्यर्थियों के प्रारम्भिक/ मुख्य परीक्षा के परिणाम उनके ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र में उनके प्रवर्ग के रूप में वर्णित वर्ग में घोषित किए जाएंगे । **
(दो) आरक्षित प्रवर्ग (अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग ) के ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो सामान्य प्रवर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों की भांति बिना किसी शिथिलीकरण के चयनित 136 (5) मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020
होते हैं, उन्हें आरक्षित प्रवर्गों के लिए आरक्षित पदों के विरुद्ध समायोजित नहीं किया जाएगा । उन्हें अनारक्षित प्रवर्ग की रिक्तियों के विरुद्ध समायोजित किया जाएगा।
(तीन) किन्तु उक्त समायोजन केवल अंतिम चयन के समय होगा , प्रारम्भिक/ मुख्य परीक्षा के समय पर नहीं ।
(ड. ) (एक) मुख्य सूची में दिए गए अभ्यर्थियों की कुल संख्या के 25 प्रतिशत की सीमा तक प्रत्येक पद के लिए अनुपूरक (प्रतीक्षा ) सूची तैयार की जाएगी । ऐसी प्रत्येक सूची में नामों की न्यूनतम संख्या दो होगी , परन्तु वह मुख्य सूची की संख्या से अधिक नहीं होगी।
(दो) प्रतीक्षा सूची तैयार करते समय उपरोक्त उप-नियम (क) , (ख ) एवं (ग) लागू होंगे।
(तीन) मुख्य सूची की विधिमान्यता 12 माह होगी तथा अनुपूरक सूची 18 माह तक विधिमान्य होगी।
(चार) आयोग, इस संबंध में संबंधित विभाग के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त होने पर मुख्य सूची और अनुपूरक सूची की विधिमान्यता की कालावधि को 6 माह तक के लिए बढ़ा सकेगा ।
(पांच) मुख्य सूची में अधिसूचित अभ्यर्थी, यदि वे पदभार ग्रहण करने से इंकार कर देते हैं या विहित कालावधि में पदभार ग्रहण करने में असफल रहते हैं , तो वे नियुक्त नहीं किए जाएंगे।
(छह) प्रतीक्षा सूची की विधिमान्यता अवधि या एक वर्ष की अवधि (जो भी कम हो ) के दौरान मूल चयन सूची के अनुसार नियुक्ति आदेश जारी होने के पश्चात् अभ्यर्थी द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करने अथवा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के पश्चात् यदि त्यागपत्र/ मृत्यु या अन्य कारणों से पद रिक्त होते हैं तो उत्पन्न होने वाली रिक्तियों को नई रिक्ति न मानकर उन्हें प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा जा सकेगा । विभागों का यह दायित्व होगा कि प्रतीक्षा सूची के अभ्यर्थी को मूल चयन सूची के क्रम से भिन्न किसी स्थान पर नियुक्त न किया जाए ।

) (I) as On the basis of marks obtained in Preliminary Examination , category wise candidates numbering 15 times of the vacancies advertised will be declared successful for Main examination subject to the condition that candidates have scored minimum passing marks as may be specified by the Commission . In addition to this all the other candidates who get marks equal to " Cut Off Marks " will also be declared successful for the main examination . ,
(II ) Separate Lists of Candidates applied in Unreserved, Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section shall be prepared . Reservation shall be given to Women and Ex- Servicemen in all categories as per rules and instructions issued in this regard from time to time.

(III) Other Persons with disability included in this list prepared under sub - clause ( I ) above on the basis of merit , shall be adjusted to the various categories ( Un - reserved / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes /Others Backward Classes/ Economically Weaker Section) to which they belong by replacing the least meritorious candidates of the concerned category ..
(d) A common list of successful candidates shall be prepared after the preparation of all five lists , and there after examination result will be declared . This list will be roll number wise .
(2) ( a) ( I) On the basis of marks obtained in Main examination, category wise candidates numbering 3 times of the vacancies advertised shall be declared successful for Interview subject to the condition that candidates must have obtained minimum , passing marks 136 (9 मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2020
specified by the Commission . In addition to this all the other candidates who get marks equal to "CutOff Marks " will also be declared successful for the Interview .
(II) Separate Lists of Candidates applied in Unreserved , Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section shall be prepared .
(III) The post for the Persons with disability shall be advertised category wise (Visual or Low Vision/ Hearing or Low Hearing/ Locomotor Disability/ Multiple Disability) and not class wise . Consequently selected candidates shall be included in their respective class .
(b) Reservation shall be given to Women and Ex- Serviceman in all categories as per rules and instructions issued in this regard from time to time.
(c) ( I) For the posts advertised for various categories of Persons with disability ( Visual or Low Vision / Hearing or Low Hearing/ Locomotor Disability/ Multiple Disability) , candidates numbering 3 times of the vacancies advertised for such Persons with disability category shall be declared successful for the Interview subject to the condition that they must have obtained minimum passing marks specified by Commission . In addition to that , all those candidates who get marks equal to " Cut Off Marks" in their category (Visual or Low Vision/ Hearing or Low Hearing/ Locomotor Disability/ Multiple Disability) , shall be declared successful for Interview.

categories shall also be counted in 3 times of the vacancies .
(III ) The candidates belonging to the category Persons with disability included in this list prepared under sub clause ( I ) above on the basis of merit , will be adjusted to the various categories (Un - reserve /Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes / Others Backward Classes/ Economically Weaker Section) to which they belong by replacing the least merit candidates of the concerned category.
(d) After preparation of all the four lists , a common list of successful candidates will be prepared roll number wise and thereafter the result will be declared.
(e) Along with the result of the main examination last date for the submission of attestation form and documents related to their eligibility will be notified by the Commission . All successful candidates shall be required to submit attestation form and all documents relating to their eligibility before the last date . After scrutiny of the attestation form and documents , those candidates will be allowed to appear in the interview who have been found eligible . Candidature of those candidates will be cancelled who fail to submit attestation form and documents on or before the last date as notified by the commission .

After the interview the candidates will be listed by the commission in order of merit, on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by them, in the main examination and the interview . the commission by order . After the preparation of the merit list the candidates equal to the number of post advertised category wise will be declared successful for appointment .
(II ) Firstly, list of unreserved candidates will be prepared . This list will include those candidates on the basis of the common merit from Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section who have not taken any advantage / relaxation given to the concerned category except application /examination in relaxation fees and reimbursement of travelling allowance..
For this at the time of preparation of Preliminary and Main Examination result a list of passed reserved candidates shall be prepared mentioning they have taken any benefit of reserved category or not . Both the list will be supplied to recruitment section by Examination section .
(III) Secondly, a Separate list of the Candidates belonging to the Unreserved, Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section will be prepared.
(IV) Horizontal reservation will be given to the Candidates belonging to the Women and Ex- Servicemen as per rules and instructions issued in this regard from time to time .
(V) For the posts advertised for various categories of Persons with disability (Visual or Low Vision/ Hearing or Low Hearing/ Locomotor Disability/ Multiple Disability) only the persons of that disability category will be selected.

(VII) Other Persons with disability who have not selected on their own merit will be adjusted to the various categories ( Unreserved / Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backwards Classes/ Economically Weaker Section) to which they belong by replacing the least merit candidates of the concerned category.
(b) (I ) Before the interview , a preference sheet for the posts advertised will be received from the qualified candidates for interview . Once the preference sheet is submitted , no amendment or change will be allowed in the sheet.
(II) Candidates will only be considered for recommendation for those posts that are preferred by the candidate . Candidates will not be considered for the post they have not preferred even if they are eligible for the post on the basis of merit .
(III) If any candidate has not submitted the preference sheet or preference sheet submitted by them is not signed then while recommending him all posts will be considered as they are listed in the advertisement .
(c) ( I) Category wise recommendation of the candidates , for any specific service / post will be made according to the marks obtained by them and preference sheet (if any) submitted by them.
(II) If a candidate is selected in the main list on the basis of the higher priority of post given by him in the preference sheet , they will not be .

considered for the remaining posts of preference sheet .
(d)(1) Results of Preliminary/ Main Examination , the candidates shall be declared in the category mentioned as their category in their online application form.
(II) Candidates of reserved category (Scheduled caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backwards Classes/ Economically Weaker Section ) who get selected like general category candidates without any relaxation shall not be adjusted against the posts reserved for those reserved categories . They shall be adjusted against vacancies of unreserved category .
(III) But above adjustment will only be at the time of final selection , not at the time of preliminary/ main examination .
(e) (I) A supplementary (waiting) list for each post to the extent of 25% of the total number of candidates figuring in the main list shall be prepared . Minimum number of names will be two in each of such lists , but it shall not be more than the numbers of the main list .
(II) While preparing the waiting list the above sub- rules (a) , (b) and (c) shall be applied .
(III) Validity of Main list shall be 12 months and supplementary list shall be valid for 18 months .
(IV) Commission may extend the validity period of main list and supplementary list for 6 months on the proposal of department concerned in this regard.
(V) The candidates (s ) notified in the Main List shall not be appointed if they refuse to join the post or fail to join on the post in prescribed period .

(VI) During the validity period of the waiting list or a period of one year (whichever is less) if the posts are vacant due to resignation / death and other reasons after the candidate is not taking charge or joining after the appointment order is issued as per the original selection list , the vacancies arising may be filled from the waiting list by not considering them as a new vacancy. Departments will have the responsibility that the candidate of the waiting list is not appointed in any position other than the number of the original selection list .
