महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६.
क्रमांक टिपीएस.१२१९/१५०/प्र.क्र.७/१९/एमआयडीसी/नवि-१२.----- ज्याअर्थी, शासनाने नगरविकास विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस. १४९०/प्र.क्र. ३६५/९०/नवि-१२, दिनांक ४ जुलै १९९२ अन्वये रायगड प्रदेशाची प्रादेशिक योजना (यापुढे जिचा उल्लेख ""उक्त प्रादेशिक योजना"" असा करण्यात आला आहे), महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम १५ (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख ""उक्त अधिनियम"" असा करण्यात आला आहे) अन्वये मंजूर केली असून ती दिनांक १५ सप्टेंबर १९९२ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे, आणि रायगड प्रादेशिक योजनेसाठीची विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली (यापुढे जिचा उल्लेख ""उक्त नियमावली"" असा करण्यात आला आहे) शासनाने अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस.१४५०/१८७/प्र.क्र. २१/९०/नवि-१२, दिनांक १० सप्टेंबर १९९१ अन्वये मंजूर केली असून ती दिनांक १० डिसेंबर १९९१ पासून अंमलात आली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मुंबई शहराचा ताण कमी करण्यासाठी व पायाभूत/मूलभूत सोयी सुविधायुक्त असे नवीन शहर बसविण्याकरिता शहर व औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ मर्यादित (सिडको) (यापुढे जिचा उल्लेख ""उक्त महामंडळ"" असा करण्यात आला आहे) या महामंडळाची स्थापना शासनाने दिनांक १७ मार्च १९७० रोजी केली आहे व त्यानुसार उक्त महामंडळाने नवी मुंबई हे शहर वसविण्याचे काम केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त महामंडळाची विनंती विचारात घेऊन शासन नगरविकास विभागाने अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस. १२१९/१५०/प्र.क्र. ७/ १९/नवि-१२, दिनांक १९ जानेवारी २०१९ अन्वये उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ११३ चे पोट-कलम (३क) मधील तरतुदीनुसार सदर अधिसूचनेसोबत जोडलेल्या परिशिष्ट-१ मध्ये नमूद रायगड जिल्ह्यमधील रोहा, अलिबाग, मुरुड व श्रीवर्धन तालुक्यातील ४० गावांमधील क्षेत्र (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त गावे" असा करण्यात आला आहे) एकात्मिक औद्योगिक वसाहत नवनगर क्षेत्र म्हणून घोषित करून उक्त महामंडळास नवनगर विकास प्राधिकरण म्हणून घोषित करण्यात आले आहे (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्र" असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या प्रस्तावाच्या अनुषंगाने उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाने औषधे निर्माण उद्यान विकसित करण्यासाठी उक्त गावापैकी रोहा व मुरुड तालुक्यातील गावे उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्रामधून वगळण्याची विनंती नगरविकास विभागास केली आहे ;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक----कोकण विभागीय पुरवणी, ऑक्टोबर ९, २०२०/आश्िवन १७, शके १९४२आणि ज्याअर्थी, आवश्यक ती चौकशी केल्यानंतर व उक्त महामंडळाचा अहवाल विचारात घेतल्यानंतर उद्योग विभागाची विनंती मान्य करणे उचित होईल, असे शासनाचे मत झाले आहे ;
आणि त्याअर्थी, आता उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १६० मधील तरतुदीनुसार शासनास प्राप्त असलेल्या सर्व शक्तीस अनुसरून शासन उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्रापैकी सोबत जोडलेल्या परिशिष्ट-अ मध्ये नमूद रोहा व मुरुड तालुक्यातील गावातील क्षेत्र उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्रामधून वगळण्यात येत असून या गावातील क्षेत्राकरिता सिडकोची नवनगर विकास प्राधिकरण म्हणून असलेली नेमणूक रद्द करण्यात येत आहे.
२. सदरची अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून अंमलात येईल.
३. उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्रामधून वगळण्यात आलेल्या क्षेत्राची हद्द दर्शविणारा नकाशा नागरीकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ कार्यालयीन कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेमध्ये खाली नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयांमध्ये एक महिन्यांच्या कालावधीसाठी उपलब्ध राहील.----

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
No.TPS. 1219/150/CR-7/19/MIDC/UD-12.––Whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department has sanctioned the Regional Plan for the Raigad Region (hereinafter referred to as "the said Regional Plan") vide Notification No.TPS.1490/CR-365/90/UD-12, dated the 4th July 1992 as per the provisions of Section 15 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") which has come into force with effect from 15th September 1992 and the Development Control Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "the said Regulations") for Raigad Regional Plan has been sanctioned by the Government vide Notification No.TPS.1450/ 187/C.R.-21/90/UD-12, dated the 10th September 1991 which has come into force with effect from 10th December 1991 ;
And whereas, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Corporation') has been established on 17th March 1970 for the development of new city alongwith its necessary infrastructures to minimise the load on Mumbai city and accordingly the said Corporation has developed the city of Navi Mumbai ;
And whereas, considering the request of the said Corporation, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS.1219/150/C.R.7/19/UD-12 dated the 19th January 2019 has declared the area under the 40 villages from the Roha, Alibaug, Murud and Shriverdhan Taluka of Raigad District (hereinafter referred to as 'the said villages') as Integrated New Town Industrial Township and the said Corporation has been declared as the New Town Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'the said notified area') as per the provision of Sub-section (3A) of Section 113 of the said Act ;
And whereas, considering the request of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Industry department, Government of Maharashtra has requested the Urban Development Department to delete the villages from Roha and Murud Taluka from the said notified area, for the development of Aushadhe Nirman Udyan (Medicine Production Park) ;
And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and after considering the report of the said Corporation, the Government is of the opinion that the request of the Industry Department needs to be considered ;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers confferred under section 160 of the said Act and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby denotifies the area of villages from Roha and Murud Taluka, as described in the Schedule-A, from the said notified area and the CIDCO ceases to its function as New Town Development Authority, for this denotified area ;
2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the offficial Gazette.
3. A Copy of the plan showing the boundaries of the denotified area shall be available for inspection for the general public during office hours on all working days at the following offices for a period of one month:–
a) The Managing Director, City and Industrial Development Coporation, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
b) The Chief Executive Officer, Maharshtra Industrial Development Corporation, Andheri, Mumbai.
c) The Collector, Raigad.
d) The Joint Director of Town Planning, Konkan Division, Konkan Bhavan, Navi Mumbai.
e) The Assistant Director of Town Planning, Raigad-Alibaug Branch, Raigad.
