Modification Under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
No. TP-Co-MCG-DP (R)-Gondia-Modification-234-2020.—
The Development Plan of Gondia (Second Revised) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-2311-2187-CR-249 (B)-2011-UD-9, dated 4th April 2012 and came into force with effect from 15th May 2012.;
Now, the General Body of Gondia, Municipal Council has passed the Resolutions in Meeting dated 6th February 2020 as mentioned below to make modifications to sanctioned Development Plan under Section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Now, in pursuance of Section 37 (1) of the said Act, it is hereby notified that any person having any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed modifications may communicate in writing to the Municipal Council within a period of 30 (Thirty) days from date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The objections or suggestions recived from the public shall be considered by the Municipal Council, Gondia before submitting the proposal of modifications to the Govt. for sanction.

Minor Modification to the Development Plan Under Section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and

Modification :- The Development Plan of Arvi has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department vide Resolution No. TPS-2409-2615-C.R.-307(B)-09-UD-9, dated 21st October 2011 and it has came into force with effect from dated1st December 2011.

No. 54 to land for ESR and WTP., under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Land under Minor Modification is as follows.

Suggestions/objections from any person affected thereby with respect to the proposed modification are invited within 30 days from date of publication of this notice in Government Gazette will be considerd by the Municipal Council, Arvi before submitting it to the Government for sanction.
