MINOR MODIFICATION UNDER SECTION 37 OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.—
No. MCK-N.R.V.-D.P.-M-37-S.No.272-3,293-3,292(Part)-44-2021.—
Whereas, Development Plan of Katol has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department vide it's letter No. TPS 2406-3123-Case No.133-07-UD-9, dated 04th November 2008 and it has came into force with effect from 15th December 2008.
Whereas, the Planning Authority i.e. Municipal Council, Katol has now decided to make change modification in the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of Katol in respect of the purpose as per Municipal Resolution in following chart. This change will not change the character of the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of Katol.

MINOR MODIFICATION TO THE REVISED DEVELOPMENT PLAN UNDER SECTION 37(1) OF THE MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.—
No. 1180-Const.D-2021.—
The Revised Development Plan of Deoli, Municipal Council has been sanctioned by Govt. of Maharashtra, Urban Development Deptt. Mantralaya, Bombay vide No. TPS 2615-148-PR-86-2015-UD-9, dated 03rd May 2016 and come into force with effect from 3rd May 2016.
The Municipal Council, Deoli has started implementation of the Revised Development Plan under Urban Development Plan scheme. In view of this the Municipal Council Deoli vide it's Resolution No.04, dated 30 September 2021 has decided to modify the Revised Development Plan under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 in the following respects for public purposes. The following modification are of minor nature and does not change the character of Revised Development Plan.
(1) To cancel reservation of " Gymnasium and Swimming Pool " from Site No. 19.
(2) Change of reservation on Site No. 19 which is reserved for " Gymnasium and Swimming Pool " as " Residential Zone " for Sramsafalya Scheme & other Government Schemes.
A map showing the proposed minor modification is kept on the notice board of the Municipal Council for public inspection during office hours.
In pursuance of Section 37 sub-section (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, suggestions/objections from persons affected thereby with respect to the proposed modification are invited within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in Government Gazette which would be considered by the Municipal Council before submitting it to Government for sanction.
