महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१.
ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. आय. आय. ए. पॉलिसी -२०१०/ प्र. क्र. ७६८/ उद्योग-२ दिनांक २२ फे ब्रुवारी २०१३ अन्वये महाराष्ट्राचे धोरण, २०१३ जाहीर करणेत आले. (यापुढे उक्त धोरण असे नमूद के ले आहे.) आणि ज्याअर्थी, जे क्षेत्र शासनाचे भूसंपादन कायदा, १८९४ अथवा महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ अन्वये भूसंपादित झालेले नाही, त्याचे क्षेत्रफळ हे किमान ४० हेक्टर असेल, अशा खाजगी क्षेत्रावर एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकसित करण्याची योजना राबविण्याचा निर्णय महाराष्ट्र शासनाने घेतलेला आहे, की जी योजना उक्त औद्योगिक धोरणातील अनुसूची अ मधील परिच्छेद-४ (अ) व ४(ब) मध्ये नमूद आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३-(१ब) नुसार महामंडळास कोणत्याही औद्योगिक क्षेत्राला राजपत्रातील अधिसूचने(cid:४६२)ारे " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " म्हणून अधिसूचित करता येईल आणि अशी अधिसूचना काढल्यावर, महामंडळ हे, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ अन्वये अशा एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राकरिता विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण होईल ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी मे. महर्षी वेदिक हेल्थ प्रा. लि. यांनी अर्जान्वये प्रस्तावित मौजे. वहाणगांव, ता. मावळ, जि. पुणे येथील क्षेत्राला " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " म्हणून घोषित करण्याची महामंडळास विनंती के ली आहे ;

कर(cid:१८९)या(cid:१८०)या अधीन राहू न मे. महर्षी वेदिक हेल्थ प्रा. लि. यांचे प्रस्तावित मौजे वहाणगांव, ता. मावळ, जि. पुणे येथील
क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकासाला सहमती दर्शविली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाने त्यांची अधिसूचना क्र. आयडीसी २०१९/ प्र. क्र.४३४/उद्योग-१४, दिनांक १३ ऑक्टोबर २०२१ अन्वये मौजे वहाणगांव, ता. मावळ, जि. पुणे येथील ५२.८०९० हे.आर क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वये " औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " म्हणून जाहीर के ले आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, शासनाचे महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (सन २०१३ चा सुधारणा अधिनियम, १५) च्या कलम ४३ खंड-(१ब) अन्वये महामंडळास प्रदान के लेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून, निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार म्हणजे मु(cid:१७६)य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ या(cid:४६२)ारे उपरोक्त अधिसूचित झालेल्या मौजे वहाणगांव, ता. मावळ, जि. पुणे येथील खालील अनुसूचित उल्लेखिलेल्या औद्योगिक खाजगी क्षेत्रास " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे.
उक्त अधिसूचनेची प्रत व सोबत स्थळ निश्चिती चतु:सीमा दर्शविलेला नकाशा हा या अधिसूचनेचा भाग समजण्यात यावा.
तसेच सदर अधिसूचना ही महामंडळाचे www.midcindia.org या वेबसाईट वर उपलब्ध असेल.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
Whereas, Maharashtra Industrial Policy 2013, has been published by Government in Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No.III-Policy 2010/C.R.768/Industry-2, dated 22nd Februvary, 2013 (Herein referred as "the said Policy") ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing Integrated Industrial Areas on private lands admeasuring at least 40 Hect, not acquired under the Land Acquisition Act of 1894 or Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, in accordance with para 4(a) and 4(b) of the Schedule A appended to the said policy ;
And whereas, as per section 43(1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the Integrated Industrial Area and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such Integrated Industrial Area under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, M/s. MAHARISHI VEDIC HEALTH PVT. LTD. made an application requesting MIDC to notify their proposed project area in Village Wahangaon, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune as Integrated Logistic Park ;
And whereas, the High-Power Committee in its 131st meeting held on 17th February 2021 has
approved the proposal of an 'Integrated Industrial Area' proposed to be developed by,
M/s. MAHARISHI VEDIC HEALTH PVT. LTD. Village Wahangaon, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune
subject condition No. 1 to 3 mentioned in Revenue and Forest Dept vide Notification No.FLD2019
CN270/F-10, dated 8th October 2020 and applications of criteria's mentioned in the State Govt.
letter vide No. 2019/CN 02/Ind-8, dated 31st March 2020.
And whereas, vide its, Notification No.IDC-2019/CR 434/Ind-14, dated 13th October 2021 of Industries Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 52.8090 Ha area of Village Wahangaon, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune to be an 'Industrial Area' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Development Act 1961 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under clause (1B) of section 43 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. XV of 2013), the undersigned as Chief Executive Officer of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, hereby notify the area at Village Wahangaon, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune as per appended schedule as 'Integrated Industrial Area'.
A copy of this Notification and plan showing boundaries shall form part of this Notification.
