आिण, (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), मौ. देवपूर, िज. धुळ(cid:578) येथील स(cid:271)ह(cid:616) (cid:312).८०/५,८०/६ आिण ८०/७-५ एक(cid:563)ण (cid:550)े(cid:327) २.४० हे. या आरि(cid:550)त भूखंडाचे (यापुढ(cid:578) "सदर जमीन" असे वाचावे) मूळ मालक व भूखंडाशी संबंिधत (cid:271)य(cid:242)त(cid:558)ना सदर अिधसूचना र(cid:459) कर(cid:256)या(cid:247)या अनुषंगाने सुनावणीची संधी दे(cid:256)यात आली आहे ;

आता, (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) गृहिनमा(cid:593)ण व (cid:550)े(cid:327)िवकास (cid:332)ािधकरण, १९७६ (१९७७ चा महा. २८) मधील कलम (४१) मधील पोट-कलम (१) व द जनरल (cid:242)लाॅजेस अॅ(cid:242)ट, १९८१ मधील कलम-२१ मधील (cid:242)लाॅजेस अॅ(cid:242)ट (१/१९०४), (cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न सदर अिधसूचना सदर जिमनी(cid:247)या अनुषंगाने या(cid:465)ारे अंशत: र(cid:459) (rescind) करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
No. ADL-1103/664/Punarbandhani-18/GNB-1.— Whereas the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Notification. Housing Department No. ADL-1103/664/Punarbandhani-18/GNB-1, dated the 6th November 2013 (hereinafter referred as "the said Notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), decided to acquire the land bearing Survey Nos. 80/5, 80/6, 80/7-5, 85/1-a, 85/1-b and 85/1-c admeasuring 4.02 H.R. situated in Village Deopur, Taluka Dhule, District Dhule, for the purpose of construction of tenements for persons belonging to Economical Weaker Section, Low Income Group, Middle Income Group and Higher Income Group and to undertake Area Development Scheme (hereinafter referred to as "the said Schemes"), by the Nashik Housing and Area Development Board Nashik ;
And whereas the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, after receiving report of the Chief Officer, Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, is of the opinion that it is not viable to implement the said Schemes on the land acquired by the said notification ;
And whereas, the owners and persons interested in the Land bearing Survey Nos. 80/5, 80/6 and 80/7-5 admeasuring 2.40 H.R. situated in Village Deopur, Taluka Dhule, District Dhule, (hereinafter referred to as "the said land"), have been given an opportunity of being heard in respect of the proposal to rescind the said notification in respect of the said land ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to partially rescind the said notification so far as it relates to the said land as the said land is not required by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority for the purposes of the said Schemes ;
Now, therefore, the Government of Maharashtra, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977) read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (1 of 1904), hereby partially rescinds the said notification so far as it relates to the said land.
