क्रमांक टीपीएस-१६२१/११६१/प्र. क्र. १४८/२०२१/नवि-०९.--- ज्याअर्थी, संगमनेर नगरपरिषद शहराची दुसरी विकास योजना शासन नगर विकास विभागाकडील अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस-११०४/५५४/प्र.क्र. ६९/५ (अ)/नवि-९, दिनांक २२ नोव्हेंबर २००६ अन्वये भागश: मंजूर झाली असून ती दिनांक ५ जानेवारी २००७ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे (यापुढे "उक्त विकास योजना" असे संबोधले आहे ) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त विकास योजनेत बी.एड. कॉलेज ते माकट यार्ड गणेशनगर ते पुणे-नाशिक हायवेपयत १८.२८ मीटर रुंदीचा विकास योजना रस्ता (यापुढे "उक्त विकास योजना प्रस्ताव" असे संबोधले आहे) प्रस्तावित आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, संगमनेर नगरपरिषदेने नियोजन प्राधिकरण या नात्याने (यापुढे "उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण" असे संबोधले आहे ) त्यांच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेचा ठराव क्रमांक २०१, दिनांक ३१ जानेवारी २०२० नुसार उक्त विकास योजना प्रस्तावाखालील रस्त्याची रुंदी १२.२० मीटर ठेऊ न उर्वरित रस्त्याखालील जागा रहिवास विभागात बदलण्याचे ठरवून, त्याअनुषंगाने, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७ चे उप-कलम (१) मध्ये नमूद वैधानिक कार्यवाही पूर्ण करून ेरबदल प्रस्ताव अंतिम मंजुरीसाठी शासनास सादर केलेला आहे (यापुढे "उक्त ेरबदल" असे संबोधले आहे ) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, आवश्यक त्या चौकशीनंतर व संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांचा सल्ला घेतल्यानंतर, उक्त प्रस्तावाखालील उक्त ेरबदल प्रस्ताव काही बदलासह मान्य करावा, असे राज्य शासनाचे मत झाले आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त प्रस्तावित ेरबदलाअंतर्गत खाजगी रस्त्याखालील क्षेत्रासाठी संबंधित जमीन मालकांनी सन २०२२-२३ या वर्षातील बाजारमूल्यदर तक्त्यानुसार येणाया दराच्या ५ टक्के दराने येणाया अधिमूल्य रकमेपैकी शासनास देय असलेली अधिमूल्याची ५० टक्के रक्कम रुपये ३,१४,९५० सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, अहमदनगर शाखा, अहमदनगर यांचेकडील लेखाशीर्षामध्ये दिनांक ६ ऑगस्ट २०२२ रोजी जमा केलेली आहे आणि नियोजन प्राधिकरणास देय असलेली ५० टक्के अधिमूल्याची रक्कम रुपये ३,१४,९५० मुख्याधिकारी, संगमनेर नगरपरिषद, संगमनेर यांचेकडे दिनांक १० ऑगस्ट २०२२ रोजी जमा केलेली आहे.

भाग १ (नावि) २०३२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक -------- नाशिक विभागीय पुरवणी, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, सप्टेंबर १५ - २१, २०२२ / भा २४ - ३०, शके १९४४ त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७ (२) अन्वये व त्या अनुषंगाने असलेल्या इतर अधिकारांचा वापर करून उक्त विकास योजनेतील उक्त प्रस्तावाखालील उक्त ेरबदलास शासन पुढीलप्रमाणे मान्यता देत आहे आणि त्यासाठी उक्त विकास योजना मंजुरीची अधिसूचना दिनांक २२ नोव्हेंबर २००६ सुधारित करण्यात येत आहे ;

उक्त दिनांक २२ नोव्हेंबर २००६ रोजीच्या विकास योजना मंजुरीच्या अधिसूचनेच्या ेरबदल सूचीतील शेवटच्या नोंदीनंतर पुढील नव्या नोंदीचा समावेश करण्यात येत आहे.---

"बी.एड. कॉलेज ते माकट यार्ड गणेशनगर ते पुणे-नाशिक हायवेपयत १८.२८ मीटर रुंदीचा विकास योजना रस्ता पश्चिमेकडील बाजूने कमी करून रस्त्याची रुंदी १२.२० मीटर करण्यात येत आहे. सदरहू ेरबदलामुळे रस्ता रुंदीकरणातून वगळले जाणारे क्षेत्र सोबतच्या नकाशात दर्शविल्यानुसार लगतचा वापर विभागामध्ये / आरक्षणामध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात येत आहे. "

उपरोक्त मंजूर ेरबदल दर्शविणाया विकास योजना भाग नकाशाची प्रत मुख्याधिकारी, संगमनेर नगरपरिषद, संगमनेर, जिल्हा अहमदनगर यांच्या कार्यालयात, कामकाजाच्या दिवशी, कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ एक महिन्याच्या कालावधीसाठी उपलब्ध राहील.

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966

NOTIFICATION

No. TPS-1621/1161/CR-148/2021/UD-09.– Whereas, Second Revised Development Plan of Sangamner has been sanctioned partly by the Urban Development Department's vide Notification No. TPS-1104/554/CR-69/05 (A)/UD-9, dated 22nd November 2006 and has come into force with effect from dated 5th January 2007 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") ;

and whereas, in the said Development Plan, 18.28 meters wide Development Plan Road is proposed B.Ed. College to Market Yard Ganeshnagar to Pune-Nashik Highway (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan Proposal") ;

and whereas, the Municipal Council, Sangamner being the Planning Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide it's General Body Resolution No. 201, dated the 31st January 2020 has resolved to modify the said Development Plan proposal by reducing the width of the said Development Plan Road to 12.20 meters and to include the land in the Residential Zone, deleted from the said road and accordingly submitted to the Government for its final sanction a modification proposal as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said Proposed Modification") ;

and whereas, after making necessary enquiries and consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune the Government is of the opinion that the Proposed Modification should be sanctioned with certain changes ;

and whereas, the Land Owner of the land deleted from the road under the said proposed modification have deposited Rs. 3,14,950 towards the 50 per cent Government share of 5 per cent premium amount as per the value of the said land as prescribed in the Annual Statement of Rates (ASR) for the year 2022-23 in the Government Treasury on 6th August 2022 through the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Ahmednagar Branch, Ahmednagar and remaining 50 per cent of the 5 per cent premium amount of Rs. 3,14,950 payable to the Planning Authority has been deposited with the Chief Officer, Sangamner Municipal Council, Sangamner on 10th August 2022.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government hereby sanctions the said Proposed Modification and for that purpose amends the aforesaid Notification, dated 22nd November 2006 as follows.

In the Schedule of Modifications appended to the Notification, dated 22nd November 2006 sanctioning the said Development Plan the following new entry shall be added after the last entry –

ENTRY

"The width of 18.28 meters wide Development Plan Road from B.Ed. College to Market Yard Ganeshnagar to Pune-Nashik Highway is reduce to 12.20 meters and land thus released due to the reduction in the width of the road is included in the adjoining Zone / Reservation as shown on the plan".

A copy of the said Notification alongwith the part plan showing the aforesaid sanctioned modification shall be available for inspection of the General Public, in the office of the Chief Officer, Sangamner Municipal Council, Sangamner, district Ahmednagar during Office hours on all working days for a period of one month.

This Notification shall also be available on the Government's website www.maharashtra.gov.in

आणि ज्याअर्थी, राज्यात मंजूर असलेल्या प्रादेशिक योजनांमध्ये उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २० अन्वये वेळोवेळी कराव्या लागणाया जमीन वापराच्या ेरबदलासंदर्भाने करावयाच्या कार्यपद्धतीबाबत उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १५४ अन्वये शासन निर्णय क्रमांक टीपीएस-१८१५/प्र. क्र. ४९/१५/नवि-१३, दिनांक ६ मे २०१५ व दिनांक ४ जानेवारी २०१६ अन्वये शासनाने निर्देश दिलेले आहेत (यात यापुढे ज्यास "उक्त शासन निर्णय" असे संबोधले आहे) व त्या अनुषंगाने शासनाने "प्रस्ताव ाननी समिती" गठित केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त चांदशी व जलालपूर सीमेवरील ६९.० मीटर रुंदीचा रस्ता, पुढील अटींच्या अधीन राहून ३०.० मीटर रुंद करण्याचे प्रस्तावित असून त्या अनुषंगाने उक्त प्रादेशिक योजना सुधारित करणे आवश्यक असल्याचे उक्त प्रस्ताव ाननी समितीचे मत झाले होते व त्यानुसार उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २०, पोट-कलम (२) मधील तरतुदींनुसार उक्त प्रादेशिक योजना सुधारित करणे आवश्यक होते (यात यापुढे ज्यास "प्रस्तावित ेरबदल" असे संबोधले आहे) ;

(१) शासन निर्णय दिनांक ४ जानेवारी २०१६ मध्ये नमूद तरतुदींनुसार संपूर्ण क्षेत्रासाठी अधिमूल्य रक्कम भरणे बंधनकारक राहील. तथापि, सदरची अधिमूल्य रक्कम तसेच प्रक्रिया शुल्क हे संबंधित जमीन मालकांकडून कलम २० (४) ची अधिसूचना निर्गमित करणेपूर्वी वसूल करणे आवश्यक राहील.

(२) सदर रस्ता आखणीतून मुक्त होणारे क्षेत्र लगतच्या वापर विभागात समाविष्ट होईल.

(३) विषयाधीन जमिनींचे विकसन करताना व विकासपश्चात तेथील पाणीपुरवठा, सांडपाणी व्यवस्था, घनकचरा विल्हेवाट / व्यवस्थापन याकरिता योग्य ती स्वयंपूर्ण व्यवस्था अर्जदार यांनी करणे आवश्यक राहील.

(४) तसेच (पाण्याचा पुनर्वापर) व अशा स्वरूपाच्या संकल्पना सदर जमिनींचे विकसन करताना अंमलात आणण्यात याव्यात.

(५) भूजल खात्याने प्रस्तावित केलेल्या विहिरींसह अन्य पर्यायाद्वारे शुद्ध पाणी पुरेशा प्रमाणात विकसकाने उपलब्ध करणे बंधनकारक आहे.

आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १५१, पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये शासन निर्णय क्रमांक टीपीएस-१८१५/प्र. क्र. ४९/१५/नवि-१३, दिनांक ११ जून २०१५ नुसार कलम २० (२), २० (३) व २० (४) खालील अधिकार विभागीय सहसंचालक, नगररचना यांना प्रदान केलेले आहेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २० चे पोट-कलम (३) च्या तरतुदींनुसार सहसंचालक, नगररचना, नाशिक विभाग, नाशिक यांनी सूचना क्रमांक नावि/प्र.ा.स./प्रा.यो.नाशिक/कलम-२० (३)/मौजे चांदशी व जलालपूर, ता. नाशिक/६९.० मी./प्रा.यो.रस्ता/३८३, दिनांक २३ मार्च २०२० अन्वये उक्त प्रस्तावित ेरबदलाबाबत सर्व संबंधितांकडून विहित मुदतीत सूचना / हरकती दाखल करणायांना सुनावणी देण्याकरिता व त्यावरील अहवाल सादर करण्यासाठी सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, नाशिक शाखा, नाशिक यांना प्राधिकृत करण्यात आले होते ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, प्राधिकृत अधिकारी तथा सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, नाशिक यांनी वैधानिक कार्यवाही पूर्ण करून त्यांचा अहवाल सदस्य- सचिव यांचेकडे सादर केला आहे. तसेच प्रस्ताव ाननी समितीच्या दिनांक २७ जुलै २०२० रोजीच्या बैठकीत अर्जदार यांनी अधिमूल्य रक्कम जमा केल्यानंतर कलम २० (४) ची अंतिम अधिसूचना निर्गमित करण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, मौजे चांदशी, तालुका व जिल्हा नाशिक येथील गट नंबर ५८/१/२ (मोजणी नकाशानुसार) व ५८/१ (७/१२ उतायानुसार) मधील जमिनीतील प्रस्तुत सुमारे १२०६.०७५ चौरस मीटर ेरबदलाखालील क्षेत्र रस्ता सन्मुख असल्याने त्यांचे क्षेत्रासाठी अधिनियमाचे कलम २० (४) अन्वये अधिसूचना निर्गमित करण्याची विनंती जमीनमालक श्री. दिनेश कन्हैयालाल चोरडीया व इतर २ यांनी दिनांक १७ जून २०२२ रोजीच्या पत्रान्वये केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, नाशिक यांनी पत्र क्रमांक १८४१, दिनांक ५ जुलै २०२२ अन्वये उपरोक्त संबंधित जमीनमालक यांनी प्रकरणी आवश्यक ते प्रक्रिया शुल्क व अधिमूल्य रक्कम शासकीय कोषागारात जमा केली असल्याचे या कार्यालयास कळविलेले आहे ;

आता त्याअर्थी, याबाबतीत शासनाने प्रदान केलेल्या उक्त अधिकारांनुसार उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २०, पोट-कलम (४) अन्वये वर नमूद जमिनींच्या संबंधात, नाशिक शाखा कार्यालयाने भाग नकाशावर दर्शविलेल्या क्षेत्रामधील ेरबदलास खालीलप्रमाणे मंजुरी देत आहे व त्यासाठी उक्त प्रादेशिक योजना मंजुरीची दिनांक २१ जून २०१३ रोजीची अधिसूचना सुधारित करण्यात येत आहे.

उक्त प्रादेशिक योजना मंजुरीच्या अधिसूचनेसोबत जोडलेल्या ेरबदलाच्या अनुसूचीतील शेवटच्या नोंदीनंतर पुढील नव्या नोंदीचा समावेश करण्यात येत आहे.

नाशिक जिल्ह्याच्या मंजूर सुधारित प्रादेशिक योजनेतील मौजे चांदशी व जलालपूर, तालुका-जिल्हा नाशिक यांचे सीमेवरील ६९ मीटर रुंद (४५ मीटर + दोन्ही बाजूचे सेवा रस्ते १२ मीटर) प्रादेशिक योजना रस्त्याची रुंदी ३० मीटर इतकी सोबतच्या भाग नकाशात दर्शविल्यानुसार खालील अटींच्या अधीन राहून करण्यात येत आहे.

अटी : (१) सदर रस्ता आखणीतून मुक्त होणारे क्षेत्र लगतच्या वापर विभागात समाविष्ट होईल.

(२) विषयाधीन जमिनींचे विकसन करताना व विकासपश्चात तेथील पाणीपुरवठा, सांडपाणी व्यवस्था, घनकचरा विल्हेवाट / व्यवस्थापन याकरिता योग्य ती स्वयंपूर्ण व्यवस्था अर्जदार यांनी करणे आवश्यक राहील.

(३) तसेच (पाण्याचा पुनर्वापर) व अशा स्वरूपाच्या संकल्पना सदर जमिनींचे विकसन करताना अंमलात आणण्यात याव्यात.

(४) शुद्ध पाणी पुरेशा प्रमाणात विकसकाने उपलब्ध करणे बंधनकारक आहे.

वरीलबाबत उल्लंघन झाल्यास रेखांकन मंजुरी व अकृषिक परवानगी रद्द करण्यास पात्र राहील.

उक्त मंजूर ेरबदल दर्शविणारा नकाशा नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ खालील कार्यालयांत कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध राहील.

Notification

No. NKDN/P.S.C./R.P. Nashik/Section 20 (4)/Gat No. 58 pt./Mouje Chandshi, taluka Nashik/69.0 meter R.P. Road/1148/2022.– Whereas, the Government has sanctioned the Revised Regional Plan for Nashik district on dated 21st June 2013 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Regional Plan") under the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act") and has came into force with effect from 16th September 2013 and whereas, Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Regional Office, Nashik vide letter No. 885/2020, dated 5th March 2020 has given the recommendation to reduce the width of 69 meters wide (45+12+12) Regional Plan Road along the Shiv of Mauje Chandshi and Jalalpur, taluka and district Nashik to 30 meters ;

and whereas, the Government vide Resolution No. TPS-1815/CR-49/15/UD-13, dated 6th May 2015 and dated 4th January 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Government Resolution") has issued the directives under Section 154 of the said Act, regarding the procedure to be followed under Section 20 of the said Act, for making changes in the use of land in the areas of Sanctioned Regional Plans, and for that purpose constituted "Proposal Scrutiny Committee";

and whereas, the "Proposal Scrutiny Committee" constituted under the said Government Resolution, is of the opinion that the said 69 meters wide Regional Plan Road is proposed to be 30 meters wide and the land so released from the road alignment shall be included in the adjacent land use zone, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the said Act, subject to the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Proposed Modification") :–

(1) It shall be binding to deposit the premium amount as mentioned in Government Resolution, dated 4th January 2016. The Premium and Scrutiny Fee shall be collected from the concerned land owners before issue of Notification under Section 20 (4) of the said Act. (2) The land so released from the road alignment shall be included in the adjacent land use zone.

(3) Applicant / Developer shall make necessary self-contained arrangements to provide water supply, waste water treatment, solid waste disposal / management while developing the said land and after development of the said land at his own cost.

(4) It shall be necessary to develop the concept like Rainwater Harvesting, Water Recycling and Solar Energy while developing the said land.

(5) It is binding on the land developer to make available the pure water.

and whereas, as per the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 151 of the said Act, Government vide Notification No.TPS-1815/CR-49/15/UD-13, dated 11th June 2015 has delegated the powers under Sections 20 (2), 20 (3) and 20 (4) of the said Act to the concerned Joint Director of Town Planning ;

and whereas, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 20 of the said Act, Joint Director of Town Planning, Nashik Division, Nashik vide Notice No. NKDN/P.S.C./R.P. Nashik/ Sect. 20 (3)/Mouze Chandshi and Jalalpur, taluka Nashik/69.0 meters R.P. Road/383, dated 23rd March 2020 has published, the Notice regarding the Proposed Modification and Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik Branch, Nashik was Appointed to hear the suggestions / objections received within the stipulated period ;

and whereas, the Appointed Officer i.e. Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik Branch has submitted his report to the Member-Secretary also the Proposal Scrutiny Committee, in the meeting, dated 27th July 2020 accorded approval to this proposal and directed Member-Secretary to issue the Final Notification according to sub-section (4) of Section 20, after payment of the premium by the Applicant.

and whereas, the land bearing Gat No. 58/1/2 (as per measurement sheet) and 58/1 (as per 7/12 extract) of Mouje Chandshi, taluka and district Nashik area admeasuring about 1206.075 sq. mtrs. are fronting on the said road under modification and the owner of the said land Mr. Dinesh Kanhaiyalal Chordiya and others 2 vide his letter dated 17th June 2022 has requested to issue the Notification under Section 20 (4). and whereas, the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik Branch, Nashik vide his letter No. 1841, dated 5th July 2022 informed this office that, the concerned owner has submitted the required scrutiny fee and premium amount in the Government Treasury.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 20 of the said Act, Joint Director of Town Planning, Nashik Division, Nashik hereby sanctions the said Modification for the land shown by the Nashik Branch office on the part plan and for that purpose amends the aforesaid Notification, dated 21st June 2013 as follows.

In the said Regional Plan, the following new entry shall be added after the last entry of the Schedule of Modifications.

ENTRY

In the Sanctioned Revised Regional Plan of Nashik district the 69 meters wide Regional Plan Road shown on the boundary of Chandshi and Jalalpur, taluka and district Nashik is reduced to be 30 meters wide and the land so released from the road alignment shall be included in the adjacent land use zone as shown on the part plan, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions :–

(1) The land so released from the road alignment shall be included in the adjacent land use zone.

(2) Applicant / Developer shall make necessary self-contained arrangements to provide water supply, waste water treatment, solid waste disposal / management while developing the said land and after development of the said land at his own cost.

(3) It shall be necessary to develop the concept like Rainwater Harvesting, Water Recycling and Solar Energy while developing the said land.

(4) It shall binding on the land developer to make available the pure water.

In case of Non-Compliance, Layout Approval and Non-Agricultural Permission shall liable to be cancelled.

The Part Plan showing the abovesaid Sanctioned Modification shall be kept open for information of general public during the office hours on all working days at the following offices :–

(1) The Collector, Nashik.

(2) The Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik Branch, Nashik.

क्रमांक वशि-८२२०२२/३२८१/सन २०२२.---- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या तरतुदींनुसार तयार केलेल्या श्रीरामपूर शहराच्या मंजूर विकास योजनेस (दुसरी सुधारित) शासनाच्या नगरविकास विभागाकडील निर्णय क्रमांक टीपीएस-१६१८/ १३४४/प्र.क्र.२३२-अ/नवि-९, दिनांक २३ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ अन्वये भागश: मंजूर झाली असून ती दिनांक १४ एप्रिल २०१९ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे. तसेच वगळलेल्या (ई.पी.) क्षेत्राची विकास योजना शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस-१६१८/१३४४/प्र.क्र.२३२/ २०१८/ई.पी. मंजुरी/नवि-९, दिनांक १४ जानेवारी २०२१ अन्वये मंजूर झाली असून ती दिनांक २० ेब्रुवारी २०२१ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे.

आणि ज्याअर्थी, सदर श्रीरामपूर शहराच्या विकास योजनेत (दुसरी सुधारित) नगररचना योजना क्रमांक ५ (प्रा.) मध्ये वॉर्ड नंबर ७, मोरगेवस्ती येथील सिटी सव्र्हे नंबर २१४९ पैकी मधील जागेत आरक्षण क्रमांक ८२, "पब्लिक अॅमेनिटी " या प्रयोजनासाठी आरक्षित आहे. ज्याअर्थी, श्रीरामपूर नगरपरिषदेने मे. सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्रमांक २७, दिनांक ३१ ऑगस्ट २०२१ अन्वये आरक्षण क्रमांक ८२ "पब्लिक अॅमेनिटी " हे आरक्षण रद्द करून ते क्षेत्र निवासी (रहिवास) या प्रयोजनासाठी असा ेरबदल करणेबाबत प्रस्ताव महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ अन्वये ेरबदल करणेबाबत ठराव पारित केला आहे.

त्याअर्थी, नोटिसीद्वारे सर्व संबंधितांना सूचित करण्यात येते की, वरीलप्रमाणे ेरारबाबत काही सूचना / हरकती सादर करावयाच्या असतील त्या त्यांनी ही नोटिस महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत लेखी स्वरूपात नगरपरिषदेकडे सादर कराव्यात. विहित मुदतीत प्राप्त सूचना व हरकतींचा ेरबदलाचा प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे मंजुरीसाठी पाठविणेपूर्वी नगरपरिषदेत योग्य तो विचार करण्यात येईल.

क्रमांक वशि-८२२०२२/३२८१/सन २०२२.---- Whereas, the Development Plan of Shrirampur (Second Revised) Town Prepared under the Provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 has been Partly Sanctioned by Government in Urban Development Department under Resolution No. TPS-1618/1344/CR- 232-A/UD-9, dated 23rd October 2018 and came into force with effect from 14th April 2019 and Excluded Part of Development Plan of Shrirampur (Second Revised) Department Under Resolution No. TPS- 1618/1344/CR-232/2018/EP Sanction/UD-9, dated 14th January 2021 and came into force with effect from 20th February 2021.

and Whereas, in the said Development Plan of Shrirampur (Second Revised) a part of land bearing Town Planning Scheme No. 5 (Draft), City Survey No. 2149 (P) is reserved for Site No. 82, "Public Amenity". Whereas, the Municipal Council, Shrirampur has resolved under Resolution No. 27, dated 31st August 2021 to initiate modification No. I/S-37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to delete Site No. 82, "Public Amenity" and include it in Yellow Zone (Residential Zone).

Now therefore, Suggestions / objections if any to the said Minor Modification in the Sanctioned Development Plan, Shrirampur (Second Revised) are invited from the public in writing addressing to the Municipal Council, Shrirampur within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Suggestions /objections received within time limit will be taken into consideration before submitting the said minor modification for sanction to the Government. Plan showing the said modification to the Sanctioned Development Plan, Shrirampur (Second Revised) has been put for observation of the public on all working days during the office hours in the office of Municipal Council.
