क्रमांक निशि/केरो/२०२२/२४२/आठ/जा. ११३.-----शासनाने वाचा क्र. २ च्या पत्रान्वये नियंत्रक, शिधावाटप व संचालक, नागरी पुरवठा, मुंबई यांनी राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेलउद्योग यांच्याकडून सुधारित डेपो दर प्राप्त करून घेऊन त्याआधारे केरोसीनचे दर सुधारित करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी, असे आदेशित केले आहे ;
ज्याअर्थी, सुधारित एक्स-डेपो दराचा तक्ता सोबत पाठवून सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेमधील एक्स--डेपो दरामध्ये दिनांक १ सप्टेंबर २०२२ पासून सुधारणा केलेली असल्याचे राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेल उद्योग, मुंबई यांनी या कार्यालयास वाचा क्र. ४ च्या ई-मेल संदेशाद्वारे कळविले आहे ;
त्याअनुषंगाने सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेअंतर्गत वितरित करण्यात येणाया केरोसीनचा सुधारित कमिशनसह घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्री दर निश्चित करून त्याबाबत आदेश निर्गमित करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

PART-I
No. PL (APP)/Steno/2022/4199-5594.—Ms. Sonali Dilip Mane, candidate at Sr. No. 44 on the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant is hereby appointed as "Personal Assistant" in the Pay Matrix S-23 : 67700-208700, on the establishment of the High Court, Original Side, Bombay, with effect from the date she assume charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part II of this order.
PART-II
Conditions.—
1. Her appointment, if continued as Personal Assistant, shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring her to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, her services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.
2. The new "Defined Contribution Pension Scheme" prescribed under Government Resolution, Finance Department No.CPS-1005/126/SER-4, dated 31st October 2005,.
now renamed as New Pension Scheme (NPS) by Government Resolution, Finance Department No.CPS-2015/ (NPS)/PK.32/SER-4, dated 6th April 2015 shall be applicable to her.
3. Her seniority will be according to her position in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant.
4. Her appointment, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Original Side Service Rules, 2002 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.
5. Her appointment to the post of Personal Assistant shall be subject to the outcome of the verification of character and antecedents.
6. Her appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical authority.
7. She will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, she tenders resignation without giving prior notice.
8. In case the information submitted by her regarding her eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, her services would be terminated.
9. She has to submit the enclosed "Attestation form" duly filled in and Identity Certificate signed by the Authorised Officer, at the time of joining the post.
10. In case she fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this letter or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, her name will be struck off from the Select List.

11. In case they fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this letter or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, their name will be struck off from the Select List.
