NOTICE

No. NMC/TPD/ 2070-2023–

Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of Nagpur has been partially sanctioned by the Govern- ment under the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966. Section 31(1) Vide Urban Development Department Notification No. TPS-2496-2643-CR-300(a)-97-UD-9, Date. 7th January 2000 and came into force from 1st March 2000. Excluded part of Development Plan has been sanctioned vide Govt. Notification No. TPS-2400-1628-CR-200-2000-UD-9 Dated. 10th September 2001 and came into force from Dated 21 September 2001. Also Nagpur Municipal Corporation has been declared as a "Planning Authority" for Nagpur City except the area covered under seven schemes vide Government Notification No. TPS-2401-855-CR-76/UD-9, Dated 27th February 2002 and afterward Nagpur Municipal Corporation has been declared as "Planning Authority" for Nagpur City the areas covered under seven scheme vide Government Notification No. TPS-2419/1419/CR-154/2019/UD-9, Dated 27th August 2019 and also Nagpur Municipal Corporation has been declared as "Planning Authority" for Nagpur City except the areas covered under seven scheme vide Government Notification No. TPS-2419/1419/CR-154 (Part-1)/2019/UD-9, Dated 9th April 2021 NMC is a Planning Authority, for the proposed modification area.

Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited is propose to construct cement concrete road, ramps and ROB etc. at Mauza-Bhankheda and flyover connecting Mauza-Bhankheda to Lashkaribagh area.

Mauza-Bhankheda to Lashkaribagh (LC GATE NI-77) area connecting from Pachpavali flyover to Pahelwanshah Dargah road is 18.00 m wide Development Plan road, in the said road from Gupta Atta Chakki (NS-Sheet No. 138, Plot No. 107 and SS-Sheet No. 138, Plot No. 561) to Babbu Hotel (NS-Sheet No. 136, Plot No. 126 and SS-Sheet No. 136, Plot No. 117) proposed road widening of road 18.00 mt. to 23.00 mt. wide D.P. road in sanctioned revised development plan. It is necessary to implement the modi- fication proposal under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966 in the sanctioned revised development plan.

As per the proposal submitted by Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.

Gupta Atta Chakki (NS-Sheet No. 138. Plot No. 107 and SS-Sheet No. 138, Plot No.561) to Babbu Hotel (NS-Sheet No. 136, Plot No. 126 and SS-Sheet No. 136. Plot No.117) in Mouza Bhankheda (as shown in Development Plan) 18.00 m. Development Plan road, proposed to be widening 18.00 mt. to 23.00 mt. wide Development Plan road in sanctioned revised development plan of Nagpur modification proposed under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966, The Administrator and Commissioner of Nagpur Municipal Corporation has passed Administrative Resolution No. 219, Dated 28th December 2022 for the said proposed modification.

And thereafter, the Part Plan of the Revised Development Plan of Nagpur publish above said proposed modifications in Town Planning Department of the Municipal Corporation, at Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Administrative Building, B & C Wing, Third Floor, Mahanagarpalika Marg, Civil Lines. Nagpur- 440001 is open for public inspection on all working days during office hours. However, the citizens are informed that within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice submit their objection & suggestions to NMC. The Municipal Corporation will give hearing on the suggestions, objections received to the Municipal Corporation regarding the above proposed modification in the sanctioned revised development plan of Nagpur. After that, the said modification proposal will be submitted to the state Government for sanction.

PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF KORPANA UNDER SECTION 26 (1) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.

NOTICE

Whereas the Korpana Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 01, Dated 24th March 2021, has declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Korpana (hereinafter referred to as the said " Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of Section 23 (1) read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Nagpur Division, Supple- ment Part 1-A on 15-21 April 2021;

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 837, dt 21st July 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning/ Town Planner, Chandrapur Branch Chandrapur as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, as the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Chandrapur Branch, Chandrapur, After having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 26 July 2022 for Publication under Section 26 (1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said planning authority has passed Resolution number 2 dated 23nd December 2022 to published the said draft Development Plan under Section 26 (1) of the said act, for inviting sugges- tions / objections from the public.

Therefore, Korpana Nagar Panchayat hereby published the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26 (1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions./ objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof area kept open for inspection of the public at the following officer on all working days during office hours.
