क्रमांक नोंदणी-२०१७/अनौ. ३०/प्र.क्र. ५३४/म-१ (धोरण).— ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, शासन निर्णय, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग, क्रमांक सेझ-२०१७/प्र. क्र. १६०/उद्योग-२, दिनांक २२ नोव्हेंबर, २०१७ द्वारे, विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्राचे विकासक किंवा सहविकासक आणि जमीन मालक यांच्यामध्ये निष्पादित के लेल्या जमिनीच्या पहिल्या अभिहस्तांतरणाच्या व भाडेपट्ट्याच्या संलेखावर आणि विकासक किंवा सहविकासक आणि त्यातील युनिटे यांच्यामधील जमिनीच्या हस्तांतरणाच्या पहिल्या हस्तांतरणावर, आकारणीयोग्य असलेले नोंदणी शुल्क, विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र अधिनियम, २००५ (२००५ चा २८) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश, ' उक्त विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र अधिनियम ' असा के ला आहे) याच्या कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (१०) अन्वये भारत सरकारने विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र विकसित करण्यास दिलेल्या परवानगीच्या दिनांकापासून पंधरा वर्षांच्या कालावधिकरिता, त्यामध्ये विनिर्दिष्ट के लेल्या शतींवर, माफ करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, शासन निर्णय, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग, क्रमांक एसईझेड-२०१७/प्र.क्र.१६०/उद्योग-२, दिनांक २५ फे ब्रुवारी, २०२२ द्वारे, नोंदणी शुल्क माफीचा कालावधी विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र अधिनियमान्वये भारत सरकारने विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र विकसित करण्यास दिलेल्या परवानगीच्या दिनांकापासून पंधरा वर्षांवरून वीस वर्षांपयंत वाढविण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता, नोंदणी अधिनियम, १९०८ (१९०८ चा १६) महाराष्ट्र राज्यास लागू असताना, त्याच्या कलम ७८ च्या खंड (अ) द्वारे प्रदान के लेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ७९ द्वारे संलेखाची नोंदणी करण्यासाठी व त्याच्या प्रसिद्धीकरिता कलम ७८ अन्वये तयार के लेल्या आणि शासकीय अधिसूचना, महसूल व वन विभाग, क्रमांक आरजीएन-१५५८/६७७३१ - एन, दिनांक १७ जुलै, १९६१ अन्वये प्रसिद्ध के लेल्या शुल्काच्या तक्त्यात, उपरोक्त प्रयोजनांसाठी पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :—
भाग चार-अ—१७-१ (१) उक्त अधिसूचनेतील, शुल्काच्या तक्त्यातील, अनुच्छेद-१ मधील, नोंद ६४ मध्ये " पंधरा (१५) वर्षे " या मजकु राऐवजी, " वीस वर्षे " हा मजकू र दाखल करण्यात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
REGISTRATION ACT, 1908.
No.RGN-2017/UOR.30/C.R.534/M-1(Policy).— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Resolution, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SEZ- 2017/C.R.160/IND-2, dated the 22nd November 2017, decided to remit registration fees chargeable on the instrument of first conveyance of the land and lease executed between the Developer or Co-Developer of the Special Economic Zone and the land owner, and the first transaction of transfer of land between the Developer or Co-Developer and the Units therein; for a period of fifteen years from the date of permission granted to develop the Special Economic Zone by the Government of India under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as "the SEZ Act") on the conditions specified therein;
And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Resolution, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SEZ-2017/C.R.160/ IND-2, dated the 25th February 2022, extended the period of remission of registration fees from fifteen years to twenty years from the date of permission granted to develop the Special Economic Zone by the Government of India under the SEZ Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, for the aforesaid purposes, amends the Table of Fees prepared under section 78 and published under the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. RGN.1558/67731-N, dated the 17th July 1961, for registration of instruments and publishes the same as required by section 79 of the said Act, as follows, namely :—
In the said Notification, in the Table of Fees, in Article-I, in Note 64, for the words, brackets and figures " fifteen (15) years " the words " twenty years" shall be substituted.
