आणि ज्ााअर्थी, अनुसूची "तीन" मध्ो अधिक तपशीलवार वर्णन केलेले क्षेत्र हे बाधित कुटुंबिाांच्ाा पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहतीच्ाा प्राोजनासाठी "पुनर्वसाहत क्षेत्र" म्हणून निर्धारित केले असल्ााचे ााद्वारे घोषित केले जात असून, पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहत ाोजनेचा सारांश अनुसूची "चार" मध्ो विनिर्दिष्ट केला आहे ;

अधिसूचना

प्रकल्पाचे नाव : निम्न तापी प्रकल्प, पाडळसे, तालुका अमळनेर, जिल्हा धुळे

जिल्हा जळगाव.

प्रकल्प र्काााचे वर्णन : मौजे बोहरे, तालुका अमळनेर, जिल्हा जळगाव ोथील निम्न तापी प्रकल्पाच्ाा बुडीत क्षेत्रात ोणााा भूसंपादनाबाबत.

समाजाला मिळणारे लाभ : ाा प्रकल्पामुळे मौजे बोहरे, तालुका अमळनेर, जिल्हा जळगाव ोथील भूसंपादन होऊ न निम्न तापी प्रकल्प, पाडळसे, तालुका अमळनेर अंतर्गत ोणााा पाडळसे प्रकल्प कामास गती ोईल.

अनुसूची - तीन

बाधित व्ाक्तीचे विस्थापन करण्ाास भाग पाडणारी कारणे : सदर संपादित क्षेत्र हे शेतजमिनीचे असल्ाामुळे बाधित व्ाक्तीचे विस्थापन होत नाही व पुनर्वसन करण्ााचा प्रश्नच उदभवत नाही. अनुसूची - चार

सामाजिक परिणाम निर्धारण सारांश : भूमि संपादन, पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहत करताना उचित भरपाई मिळण्ााचा आणि पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क अधिनिाम, २०१३ चे कलम ६ (२) च्ाा परंतुकान्वो ज्ाा प्रकल्पांना र्पाावरण परिणाम निर्धारण अहवाल त्ाा-त्ाा वेळी अस्तित्वात असलेल्ाा कोणत्ााही कााान्वो आवश्ाक असेल, अशा प्रकल्पासाठी ाा अधिनिामान्वो विहित सामाजिक परिणाम निर्धारण अहवालाच्ाा तरतुदी लागू होणार नाहीत.

त्ाानुसार सदर प्रकल्पास दिनांक २५ मार्च २०१५ रोजी र्पाावरण, वन व हवामान बदल विभाग, भारत सरकार ाांचेकडील इंग्रजी पत्र क्रमांक -१/२०११/४२/२००९-- अन्वो र्पाावरणविषाक परवानगी प्राप्त आहे, त्ाामुळे सदर प्रकल्पासाठी सामाजिक परिणाम निर्धारण अहवाल करण्ााची आवश्ाकता नाही.

क्रमांक भूसंपादन / कावि / एसआर-२८ / सन २०२३.---- ज्ााअर्थी, भूसंपादन, पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहत करताना उचित भरपाई मिळण्ााचा आणि पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क अधिनिाम, २०१३ (२०१३ चा ३०) ााच्ाा कलम ३ च्ाा खंड (इ) च्ाा परंतुकाद्वारे प्रदान करण्ाात आलेल्ाा अधिकारांचा वापर करून काढण्ाात आलेली शासकीा अधिसूचना, महसूल व वन विभाग क्रमांक संकीर्ण-११/२०१४/ प्र.क्र. ७७/अ-२, दिनांक १९ जानेवारी २०१५ (ाात ाापुढे जिचा निर्देश "उक्त अधिसूचना" असा करण्ाात आला आहे) ााद्वारे असे अधिसूचित केले आहे की, उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम ३ च्ाा खंड (झ-अ) मध्ो व्ााख्ाा केलेल्ाा एखाा सार्वजनिक प्राोजनासाठी, एखाा जिल्ह्यातील १०,००० हेक्टरपेक्षा अधिक नसेल इतक्ाा क्षेत्राकरिता जमीन संपादन करण्ााच्ाा संबंधात, अशा जिल्ह्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी हे उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा प्राोजनासाठी समुचित शासन असल्ााचे मानण्ाात ोईल ;

आणि ज्ााअर्थी, उक्त अधिसूचनेनुसार समुचित शासन असलेल्ाा धुळे जिल्ह्याच्ाा जिल्हाधिकााांस ाासोबत जोडलेल्ाा परिशिष्ट "एक" मध्ो अधिक तपशीलवार वर्णन केलेल्ाा जमिनी (ाात ाापुढे ज्ाांचा निर्देश "उक्त जमिनी" असा करण्ाात आला आहे) सार्वजनिक प्राोजनासाठी (ाात ाापुढे ज्ााचा निर्देश "उक्त सार्वजनिक प्राोजन" असा करण्ाात आला आहे) आवश्ाक आहेत अथवा त्ाांची आवश्ाकता भासण्ााची शक्ाता आहे, असे वाटते. ज्ााच्ाा स्वरूपाचे विवरण ाासोबतच्ाा परिशिष्ट "दोन"मध्ो दिलेले आहे आणि म्हणून उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम ११ च्ाा पोट- कलम (१) च्ाा तरतुदींनुसार ााद्वारे असे अधिसूचित करण्ाात ोते की, उक्त जमिनींची उक्त सार्वजनिक प्राोजनासाठी आवश्ाकता भासण्ााची शक्ाता आहे ;

निाुक्त केलेल्ाा प्रशासकाचा तपशील

(अ) सदर क्षेत्र हे शेतजमिनीचे असल्ाामुळे पुनर्वसन करण्ााची आवश्ाकता नाही. सबब प्रशासक निाुक्ती प्रश्न उदभवत नाही.

त्ााअर्थी आता, असे घोषित करण्ाात ोत आहे की, उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम ११ च्ाा पोट-कलम (४) नुसार कोणतीही व्ाक्ती, ही अधिसूचना प्रसिद्ध झाल्ााच्ाा दिनांकापासून ते उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा प्रकरण-चार खालील र्काावाही पूर्ण होईल, त्ाा कालावधीपात उक्त जमिनींचा अथवा त्ाांच्ाा भागांचा कोणताही व्ावहार करणार नाही किंवा उक्त जमिनींवर कोणताही भार निर्माण करणार नाही ;

परंतु, उक्त जमिनींच्ाा अथवा त्ाांच्ाा भागांच्ाा मालकाने अर्ज केल्ाावर जिल्हाधिकााांस विशेष परिस्थितीची कारणे लेखी नमूद करून, अशा मालकास उपरोक्त तरतुदींच्ाा प्रवर्तनातून सूट देता ोईल ;

परंतु आणखी असे की, जर कोणत्ााही व्ाक्तीने ाा तरतुदींचे बुद्धिपुरस्सर उल्लंघन केल्ाामुळे तिला झालेल्ाा कोणत्ााही हानीची किंवा क्षतीची जिल्हाधिकााांकडून भरपाई दिली जाणार नाही ;

प्रकल्पाचे नाव : धुळे शहर मंजूर विकास ाोजना.

प्रकल्पाचे प्राोजन : मौजे देवपूर, तालुका-जिल्हा धुळे, स. क्र. ८०/५, ८०/६ व ८०/७/५ ाा जागेतील आरक्षण क्रमांक १३, पब्लिक पार्क संपादनाबाबत.

परिशिष्ट - ३

विस्थापनाबाबत तपशील

तसेच, उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम ११ च्ाा पोट-कलम (५) अनुसार, जिल्हाधिकारी, भूमि संपादन, पुनर्वसन व पुनर्वसाहत करताना उचित भरपाई मिळण्ााचा व पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क (महाराष्ट्र) निाम, २०१४ (ाात ाापुढे ज्ााचा निर्देश "उक्त निाम" असा करण्ाात आला आहे) ााच्ाा निाम १० च्ाा उप-निाम (३) द्वारे विहित केल्ााप्रमाणे भूमि अभिलेखाच्ाा अाावतीकरणाचे काम हाती घेणार असल्ााचे व पूर्ण करणार असल्ााचेदेखील घोषित करण्ाात ोत आहे ;

सदर प्रकल्पाच्ाा कामामुळे एकही व्ाक्ती / कुटुंब राहत्ाा घरातून विस्थापित होणार नसल्ााने विस्थापनाबाबतचा तपशील "निरंक" आहे.

सामाजिक परिणाम निर्धारण अभ्ाासाचे निष्कर्ष

सदर अधिसूचनेबाबत ज्ाा हितसंबंधित व्ाक्तींस आपल्ाा लेखी हरकती नोंदवावााच्ाा आहेत त्ाा, अधिसूचना प्रसिद्ध झालेचे दिनांकापासून ६० दिवसांच्ाा आत उपजिल्हाधिकारी, भूसंपादन सामान्ा, धुळे ाांच्ाा र्कााालाात नोंदवाव्ाात ;

समता शिक्षण संस्था, पुणे, डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर समाजर्काा महाविाला, मोराणे, धुळे ाांचेर्मात सामाजिक परिणाम निर्धारण अभ्ाास करणेत आलेला असून त्ाांनी दिनांक २६ डिसेंबर २०२३ रोजी अहवाल सादर केलेला आहे. सदर अहवालातील पान क्रमांक ४७ व ४८ वर सदर प्रकल्पाच्ाा सव्हक्षण आणि लोकांसोबत झालेल्ाा चर्चा व संवाद तसेच त्ाांनी दिलेल्ाा सूचनेनुसार लोकांच्ाा सुरक्षेची काळजी घेणे, विविध लहान-लहान व्ावसााासाठी गाळे / जागा देताना स्थानिक लोकांना प्राधान्ा देणे, महिला, बालक, अपंग आणि वृद्ध ाांसारख्ाा घटकांसाठीच्ाा आवश्ाक सोाीसुविधांची उपलब्धता करून देणे इत्ाादी बाबी

No. INP/T.P./E.Limit D.P./Mou.Talegaon/Gat No. 308-B/914/2023.--- Whereas, the Development Plan of Igatpuri Town (Additional Area) has been sanctioned by State Government, Urban Development Depertment under the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide notiﬁ cation No. TPS-1107/2334/CR-225/7/Ud-9, dated 11th December 2007 ;

and as such the Igatpuri Municipal Council, Igatpuri vide it's resolution No. 28, dated 28th October 2023 has decided to make following modiﬁ cation in the existing Development Plan under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Proclamation under Section 60 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966

PUBLIC NOTICE

No. NMRDA/TP/7/2024.– The Nashik Metropolitan Region Development Authority by it's Resolution No. 1, dated 2nd January 2024 has declared it's intention to prepare the Town Planning Scheme No. 1 (Industrial) for the area shown on the plan and situated in the Authority limits in accordance with the provisions of Section 60 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Now in accordance with the provisions of Section 60 (3) the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966 a copy of the declaration along with the plan showing the area to be included in the said Town Planning Scheme (shown in Pink verge) is kept open for inspection of the public at the Oﬃ ce of Nashik Metropolitan Region Development Authority during working hours on all working days.

Co-operation in this regards is solicited from the citizens.
