क्रमांक कक्ष-१/पीओएल-१/७४/२०२४.---- ज्ााअर्थी, नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकात (१) दिनांक १५ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी मकरसंक्रांत, (२) दिनांक ७ जानेवारी २०२४ ते दिनांक २६ जानेवारी २०२४ ाा कालावधीत सटाणा शहर व बागलाण तालुक्ाातील ग्रामदैवत संत शिरोमणी देवमामलेदार श्री. ाशवंत महाराज ाात्रा उत्सव व मुख्ा अतिथी हे नाशिक जिल्ह्यास भेट देणार आहेत. तसेच राज्ाातील स:स्थिती पाहता नाशिक ग्रामीण जिल्ह्यात राजकीा पक्ष, सामाजिक संघटना व कामगार संघटना मोच, निदर्शने, धरणे, कॅन्डल मार्च, रास्ता रोको आंदोलने, साखळी उपोषणे, ठिाा आंदोलने, बंद पुकारणे व उपोषण, आंदोलने, धार्मिक सण, आरक्षण मिळावे, महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे वतीने परीक्षा आाोजन व इतर र्कााक्रमांचे आाोजन करतात. तसेच काादा व सुव्ावस्थाविषाक घडामोडींच्ाा पाश्र्वभूमीवर देशात कोठेही जातीा घटना घडल्ाास, अशा घटनेच्ाा प्रतिक्रिाा नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकात उमटण्ााची शक्ाता असते. वरील कारणांवरून आंदोलने, मोच काढू शकतात. तसेच नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकातील मालेगाव शहर व ोवला शहर अतिसंवेदनशील असून मनमाड, सटाणा, चांदवड व इगतपुरी ही ठिकाणे संवेदनशील आहेत.

दिनांक ७ जानेवारी २०२४ चे ००.०० ते दिनांक २१ जानेवारी २०२४ चे २४.०० वाजेपावेतो मुंबई पोलीस काादा, १९५१ चे कलम ३७ (१) (३) चे आदेश लागू करण्ााची पोलीस अधीक्षक, नाशिक (ग्रामीण) ाांनी त्ाांचेकडील पत्र क्रमांक कक्ष-१४ / ३७ (१) (३) / १९४ / २०२४, दिनांक ४ जानेवारी २०२४ अन्वो विनंती केली आहे.

वरील अहवालावरून माझी खात्री झाल्ााने, खालील दर्शविलेल्ाा कालावधीत नाशिक (ग्रामीण) जिल्ह्यात (पोलीस आाुक्त, नाशिक शहर ाांची हद्द वगळून) पोलिसांना काादा आणि सुव्ावस्थेची परिस्थिती हाताळण्ाास मदत व्हावी व शांतता राहावी म्हणून मी, राजें वाघ, अपर जिल्हादंडाधिकारी, नाशिक, मला मुंबई पोलीस काादा, १९५१ चे कलम ३७ (१) (३) नुसार प्राप्त झालेल्ाा अधिकारांचा वापर करून खालील कृत्ो करण्ाास मनाई करीत आहे.

(क) शस्त्रे, सोटे, तलवारी, भाले, दंडे, बंदुका, सुरे किंवा शारीरिक दुखापती करण्ाासाठी वापरात ोतील किंवा प्राणघातक असतील, अशी इतर कोणतीही वस्तू बरोबर घेऊन रिणे अगर बाळगणे;

(ख) कोणताही दाहक पदार्थ किंवा स्ोटक पदार्थ विनापरवानगी बरोबर नेणे;

(ग) दगड किंवा क्षेपणास्त्रे, सोडावााची किंवा ेकावााची ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE उपकरणे अथवा साधने घेऊ न रिणे अगर बाळगणे;

ORDER

(घ) कोणत्ााही इसमाचे चित्राचे, प्रतिकात्मक प्रेताचे किंवा चित्राचे प्रतिकृतिक प्रदर्शन अगर दहन करणे;

(ड) विनापरवाना सार्वजनिकरित्ाा समाजात तेढ व क्लेश निर्माण होईल अशा घोषणा करणे, गाणी म्हणणे, वाे वाजविणे.

(च) सभ्ाता अगर नीतिविरुद्ध असतील अशी किंवा शांतता धोक्ाात आणतील अशी भाषणे करणे, हावभाव करणे अगर सोंग आणणे आणि तशी चिन्हे, लक लावणे किंवा इतर कोणताही जिन्नस अगर वस्तू ताार करणे अगर त्ााचा प्रसार करणेे.

हा आदेश शासनाच्ाा सेवेतील व्ाक्तींना व ज्ाांना आपल्ाा वरिष्ठांच्ाा आदेशानुसार कर्तव्ापूर्तीसाठी हत्ाारे बाळगणे आवश्ाक आहे अशा व धार्मिक र्कााक्रमातील इसमांना आवश्ाक असणारी शस्त्रे वापरण्ाास, तसेच शीख समाजाचे व्ाक्तींना कृपाण बाळगण्ाास प्रतिबंध असणार नाही.

तसेच मुंबई पोलीस काादा, कलम ३७ (३) अन्वो संबंधित तालुका र्कााकारी दंडाधिकारी ाांच्ाा नाशिक ग्रामीणकरिता No. EST/Leave/9514/2023.– Earned Leave for One (1) day on 13th December 2023 is hereby granted to Shri. N. R. Bhalgat, Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malegaon.

As per Section 39 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 1981, it is certiﬁ ed that above Judicial Oﬃ cer would have continued to oﬃ ciate in their respective post had they not proceeded on leave during the above period.

I, Vaibhav Shantaram Bhagwat, the Executive Engineer, Palkhed Irrigation Division, Nashik hereby, delineate area of operation of following WUA's and direct that the certiﬁ ed copy of the updated map and list of land holders and / or occupiers of said WUA's shall be displayed on the notice board of the oﬃ ces of Pimpalgaon Najik Grampanchayat, Niphad, tahasil oﬃ ce Vinchur 5-B Irrigation Section, Palkhed Irrigation Sub-Division, Vinchur, taluka Niphad, district Nashik and Division Oﬃ ce, Nashik.

I, Vaibhav Shantaram Bhagwat, the Executive Engineer, Palkhed Irrigation Division, Nashik hereby declare that no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land and system of supply of Water User's Association shall by binding on all the holders and occupiers of the lands under Management of Irrigation system by farmers.

(३) वसुली अधिकारी ाांनी मा. सहकार आाुक्त व निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र राज्ा, पुणे ाांचेकडील दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजीच्ाा परिपत्रकातील विहित प्रपत्रातील वसुलीची माहिती दरमाह तालुका उपनिबंधक / सहााक निबंधक ाांचे र्कााालाार्मात ाा र्कााालाास सादर करावी.

(४) अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्ाा व्ाक्तीची बदली झाल्ाास किंवा सेवानिवृत्ती झाल्ाास किंवा सेवेतून काढून टाकल्ाास किंवा त्ााचा मृत्ाू झाल्ाास, अशा अधिकााास प्रदान केलेले अधिकार आपोआप रद्द होतील. सदरची बाब निदर्शनास आणून देण्ााची जबाबदारी संस्थेचे अवसााक मंडळ, मॅनेजर आणि संबंधित वसुली अधिकारी ाांची राहील.

(५) मा. सहकार आाुक्त व निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र राज्ा, पुणे ाांचेकडील आदेश क्रमांक पतसंस्था/स.आ.-५/ खर्च/वसुली आदेश/८७२/२०१८, दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मधील तरतुदींनुसार वसुली अधिकारी ाांनी वसुलीबाबत र्काावाही करावी.

(६) वसुली अधिकााास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्ाानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व मा. सहकार आाुक्त व निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र राज्ा, पुणे ाांचेकडील आदेश, दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ो नमूद केल्ााप्रमाणे व दराने अंमलबजावणी खर्चाची हुकूमनाम्ााच्ाा / वसुली दाखल्ााच्ाा आदेशिकेचा खर्च ( ) रक्कम ााशिवाा इतर कोणतीही रक्कम वसूल करता ोणार नाही.

(७) वसुली अधिकारी ाांनी नमूद केलेल्ाा कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्ााचे निदर्शनास आल्ाास किंवा प्रदान केलेल्ाा अधिकारांचा गैरवापर करीत असल्ााचे निदर्शनास आल्ाास, प्रदान केलेले अधिकार काढून घेतले जातील व भविष्ाात असे कोणतेही अधिकार प्रदान करण्ाात ोणार नाही.

(८) शासन निर्णा क्रमांक संकीर्ण-१५०४/प्र.क्र. २३१/१५-स, दिनांक २३ नोव्हेंबर २००६ अन्वो वसुली अधिकााांना तीन सिंहाच्ाा राजमुेचा वापर करता ोणार नाही. वसुली अधिकााास त्ााच्ाा नावापुढे कोठेही "महाराष्ट्र शासन निाुक्त" आणि किंवा "सिव्हिल कोर्ट", "एक्झिक्ाुटिव्ह कोर्ट" ाा शब्दांचा अथवा तत्सम शब्दांचा वापर करता ोणार नाही.

(९) त्ााऐवजी वसुली अधिकााांनी त्ाांच्ाा नावापुढे "वसुली अधिकारी", (महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनिाम, १९६० व निाम १९६१ चे निाम १०७ अन्वो) असे लिहावे.

(१०) मा. सहकार आाुक्त व निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र राज्ा, पुणे ाांचेकडील परिपत्रक क्रमांक ४, सआ/काादा व वैधा.

र्काा/विशेष वसुली अधि. मोहर वापर/५१९/२०१९, दिनांक ६ जून २०१९ मध्ो निश्चित केलेल्ाा बकेच्ाा नावाच्ाा मोहरेचा वापर करण्ाात ाावा.

(११) वसुली अधिकााास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्ाात ोणााा वाहनावर "वसुली अधिकारी, दि शिरपूर मचटस को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बक लिमिटेड, शिरपूर, तालुका शिरपूर, जिल्हा धुळे" असा लक लावता ोईल.

(१२) वसुली अधिकारी ाांनी पगार जप्तीची र्काावाही करताना कर्जदाराच्ाा/जामीनदाराच्ाा पगार कपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीाकृत बका वा अन्ा बकांकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊ न परस्पर पगार कपात करता ोणार नाही. संंबंधित कर्जदार/जामीनदार ज्ाा आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे, त्ाा आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी ाांचेर्मात पगारातून कर्जवसूल करण्ााची र्काावाही करावी.

(१३) वसुली अधिकााास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्ाानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व हुकूमनाम्ााच्ाा / वसुली दाखल्ााच्ाा आदेशिकेचा खर्च ( ) ााशिवाा इतर कोणतीही रक्कम थकबाकीदाराकडून वसूल करता ोणार नाही.

तसेच प्रस्तुत खर्चाचा वापर वसुली अधिकारी / संस्था ाांनी वसुली दाखल्ाांची अंमलबजावणी करताना नोटिस ी, पोस्टेज, स्टेशनरी, जाहिरात खर्च व प्रवास खर्च ाासाठीच करावााचा आहे. ााव्ातिरिक्त इतर कोणत्ााही कारणासाठी खर्च करता ोणार नाही.

(१४) जप्ती व विक्री कामकाजाच्ाा संबंधाने मा. न्ााााला ाांनी दिलेल्ाा निदशाचे पालन करणेची जबाबदारी वसुली अधिकारी ाांची व्ाक्तीश: राहील.
