Whereas, the Development Plan of Umred Municipal Council, Umred, Dist. Nagpur (Second Revised) has been partly sanctioned by the Government vide in Urban Development Department३ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग एक-अ नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी, सप्टेंबर १८-२४, २०२५/भाद्रपद २७-आशि्वन २, शके १९४७ Notification No.TPS-2423-1522-CR-157-2024-DP Part Sanction-UD-9, dated the 15th July, 2025 and the Republished Development Plan of excluded parts of substantial natures modifications, has been published by the Government vide Urban Development Department's Notice No. TPS-2423- 1522-C.R157-2024-EP Publication-Corrigendum-UD-9, dated the 15th July, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notice"), under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, some corrections are required to be made in "Schedule-B" appended to the said Notice ;
Now therefore, this Corrigendum is being issued to amend "Schedule-B" appended to the said Notice, as mentioned in the Table below and the said Notice in being amended accordingly.-

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Karanja (Ghadge) Nagar Panchayat as
per section 23(1) read with section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
No.NPK-Const.-542-2025.–
Government of Maharashtra in Urben Development Department, vide it's Notification dated 30th March, 2015 constituted Karanja (Ghadge) Nagar panchayat. It is necessary to prepare the Development Plan for the area of Nagar panchayat as per section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned development of the said area.
Hence, the Karanja (Ghadge) Nagar Panchayat by it's Resolution No. 03, dated 29th May, 2025 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of section 23(1) read with section 21(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.
The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Karanja (Ghadge) Nagar Panchayat is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Nagar Panchayat, as required under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

The suggection/objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.
