नगरपारिरषदो प्रशासकीयो आदोेश क्रं. २२८ विदोनाक ३० ऑक्‍टीाेबर २०२५ अन्वायोे सदोर मांजुर विवाकास योजनेमांध्योे मांहाराष्ट्र प्रादोेविशक विनयोजन वा नगररचोना अविधाविनयोमां, १९६६ चोे कलमां ३७ अन्वायोे खालील प्रमांार्णे विकरकोळा बदोल करर्णेचोे ठरविवाले आहे.
पाचोरा शहराच्योा दोुसरी सुधारीत + वाढीवा हद्दीच्योा मांजुर विवाकास योजनेतील सर्व्हेहे क्रमांाक १०७/२/अ (गटी क्रमांाक २५३ पाैकी) एकूर्ण क्षेत्र (७/१२ प्रमांार्णे) २.६० हे. आर जमांीन शेती (Agricultural & Allied user Zone) योा प्रयोजनातून वागळाून रविहवास प्रयोजनासाठी करण्योाचोा इरादोा आहे.
नगरपारीषदोेने उपारोक्‍त प्रस्ताविवात केलेला बदोल दोशणविवार्णारा नकाशा सही, विशक्‍क्‍योाविनशी वा विदोनाक सहीत नगरपारिरषदो कायोाणलयोीन वाेळाेत जनतेच्योा अवालोकनार्थण ठेवार्णेत आला आहे. त्योाबाबत कोर्णास सूचोना अर्थवा आक्षेपा घ्योावायोाचोे असतील त्योानी ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र तसेचो स्र्थाविनक वा विजल्हा पातळाीवारील वाृत्तपात्रात प्रविसद्ध झालेपासून एक मांविहन्योाचोे आत विनम्न स्वाक्षेरीकार योाचोेकडेस लेखाी पाठवार्व्हेयोात. वारील मांुदोतीमांध्योे आलेल्योा हरकती वा सूचोनाचोा विवाचोार प्रस्ताविवात बदोल मांहाराष्ट्र शासनाकडे मांजुरीसाठी पाठविवाण्योापाूवाी नगरपारिरषदोेमांाफेफत करण्योात योेईल.

Maharashtra regional and town Planning act, 1966.
Out No. / T.P/PMC/2743/ 2025.— This notice is to inform the citizens that The Development plan of Pachora City District Jalgaon (Second Revised + Additional area) has been sanctioned by the government under the provision of section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Urban Development Department Notification No.TPS-3510/2772/CR-186/2011/UD-9, dated 3rd April, 2012 and has come into force with effect from 15th May, 2012 and the republished Development Plan of the excluded part of substantial nature modification has been sanctioned vide Notification No. TPS-3512/301 (N)/CR-32 (B)/2013/UD-9, dated 20th February, 2015 and has been come in force with effect from dated the 15th May 2015
The Pachora Municipal Council has taken a provisional decision to include 2.60 Hectare R. area of land of Survey No. 107/2/A (GAT No. 253) in the Development Plan of Pachora for Residential purpose by Administrative Order No. 228, dated 30th October, 2025.
However as per section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning act, 1966 any person who wishes to object/suggest to the inclusion of 2.60 Hectare R. of the total area of land of Survey No.107/2/A (Gat No. 253) of Mauje, Pachora from the Agricultural Zone (Green – No Development Zone) to the Residential Zone (Yellow- Development Zone) as per the approved Development Plan, may object in the writings to the Chief Officer Pachora Municipal Council within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. It should be noted that objections received after the deadline will not be considered.
