मांा. शासनाने सन १९६४ मांध्ये तत्कालिलन पनवीेल नगरपरिरषदोेची मांूळ नगररचीना येोजना क्र. १ आदोेशा क्र. TPS/१४६३-M, लिदोनाक ७/७/१९६४ अन्वीये मांजूर झाली असून लिदोनाक १/६/१९६४ पासून अमांलात आली आहे. तद्नतर, नगररचीना येोजना क्र. १ (प्रथमां फेरबदोल) प्रारुप लिनवीाडा शासनाने TPS/१४७५/१४३९ /UD-६, लिदोनाक २०/७/१९७६ अन्वीये प्रलिसद्ध केला असून अलिसूचीना क्र.
TPS/१७०५/१३२/प्र.क्र.३४/ ०८/नलिवी-१२, लिदोनाक ३१/८/२००९ अन्वीये पनवीेल नगररचीना येोजना क्र. १ (प्रथमां फेरबदोल) मांजूर केली असून लिदोनाक १५/९/२००९ पासून अमांलात आली आहे. सदोर स्किकमांचीे व्हेरिरएशान प्रथमां फेरफेार क्र. १ सन २००९ साली अलितमां मांजूर झाले असून बी-फेॉमांम नुसार अलितमां भाूखंडा क्र. ३०८ (मांूळ भाूखंडा क्र. ३०५) वी अलितमां भाूखंडा क्र. ३०९ (मांूळ भाूखंडा क्र. ३०६) मांध्ये खंालीलप्रमांाणे नमांूदो आहे:—

*४ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, जानेवारी २०, २०२६/पौर्ष ३०, शके १९४७ मांा. कायेामसन अलिकारी, नगरलिवीकास लिवीभाग, नलिवी-१२ येानी जा.क्र. लिटीपीएस-१२२५/७६०/प्र.क्र.८५/२५/नलिवी-१२, लिदो. २५ ऑक्टीोबर, २०२५ च्येा पत्रान्वीये 'Maharashtra Act No. XLIV of २०२५ अतगमत M.R. & T.P. (Amendment) Act, २०२५ द्वारे मांहेाराष्ट्र प्रादोेलिशाक लिनयेोजन वी नगररचीना अलिलिनयेमां, १९६६ मांील लिवीलिवी कलमांामांध्ये सुारणेा करण्येात आल्येा असून, सदोर सुारीत अलिलिनयेमांाच्येा तरतुदोी शासन राजपत्र असारणे क्र. ७८, लिदोनाक २९/८/२०२५ रोजी प्रलिसद्ध करण्येात आल्येा असून, लागू झाल्येा आहेत. अलिलिनयेमांातील सदोर सुारणेनुसार कलमां ९१ च्येा मांूळ तरतुदोी बदोलण्येात (substituted) आल्येा आहेत. त्येानुसार कलमां ९१(१) मांध्ये खंालीलप्रमांाणे नमांूदो आहे.
९१(१) If after the final scheme has come into force, the Planning authority considers
that the scheme is defective on account of an error, irregularity or informality or that the
scheme needs variation or modification of a minor nature, the Planning Authority may, by
notification in the Official Gazette, prepare a draft of such variation and publish a notice
in the Official Gazette, and in such other manner as may be prescribed stating that a draft
variation has been prepared.
उपरोक्त शासन राजपत्र असारणे क्र. ७८, लिदोनाक २९/८/२०२५ रोजी प्रलिसद्ध करण्येात आलेल्येा कलमां ९१(१) नुसार अलितमां भाूखंडा क्र. ३०९ वी सदोलिभामये क्र. ४ नुसार अलितमां भाूखंडा क्र. ३०८ मांध्ये नगररचीना येोजना पनवीेल क्र. १ (प्र.फे.) अलितमां चीे स्किकमां बुक वी नकाशामांध्ये वीरीलप्रमांाणे दोुरुती करण्येाचीे प्रतालिवीत आहे. येाबाबत नागरीकाना सूचीना वी हेरकती द्यावीयेाच्येा असतील त्येानी हे जालिहेर प्रकटीन महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्येा राजपत्रात प्रलिसद्ध झाल्येापासून ३० लिदोवीसाच्येा मांुदोतीत लेखंी वीरुपात मांहेानगरपालिलकेच्येा कायेामलयेात कायेामलयेीन वीेळेत सादोर करावीे. सदोर प्राप्त सूचीना वी हेरकती प्रतावीाचीा लिवीचीार मांहेानगरपालिलका अलितमां मांजुरीच्येावीेळी करणेत येईल वी मांुदोतीनतर प्राप्त झालेल्येा हेरकती सूचीना लिवीचीारात घेतल्येा जाणेार नाहेीत.
उपरोक्त दोुरुतीबाबतची मांालिहेती नागरीकाच्येा मांालिहेतीतवी वी अवीलोकनाथम मांहेानगरपालिलकेच्येा कायेामलयेीन वीेळेत उपलब् करून ठेवीण्येात आलेली आहे.
