योजनेचाे प्कसद्ीकरण.

क्रमांक/नपंदे/नगररचना/२६५५/२०२५-२६.— ज्याअर्थी, देवरुख नगरपंचा्यतीने (्यापुढे "उक्त नन्योजन प्ानिकरण" असे ननददेनिलेले), नतच्या अनिपत्याखालील क्ेत्ाची (्यापुढे "उक्त क्ेत्" असे उल्लेखलेली), महाराष्ट्र प्ादेनिक नन्योजन व नगररचना अनिनन्यम, १९६६ (्यापुढे "उक्त अनिनन्यम" असे ननददेनिलेली), चे कलम २१(२) चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३(१) मिील तरतुदीनुसार प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना, देवरुख (्यापुढे "उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना" असे उल्लेखलेली) त्यार करण्याचा इरादा ठराव क्र.५४ नदनांक ३० जानेवारी २०२४ अन्व्ये जाहीर करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र,असािारण भाग-२ मध्ये नदनांक जानेवारी ३१, २०२४ रोजी प्नसद्ध केली आहे ;

आनण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अनिनन्यमाच्या कलम २४ च्या तरतुदीस अनुसरून देवरुख नगरपंचा्यतीने उक्त क्ेत्ासाठी उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना त्यार करण्यासाठी सहा्यक संचालक, नगररचना, रत्नानगरी, िाखा रत्नानगरी ्यांची "नगररचना अनिकारी" म्हणून आदेि क्र.३५२/२०२४-२५, नदनांक १२ जून २०२४ अन्व्ये नेमणूक केली आहे ;

आनण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अनिनन्यमातील तरतुदीनुसार, नगररचना अनिकारी तर्ा सहा्यक संचालक, नगररचना रत्नानगरी, िाखा रत्नानगरी ्यांनी, उक्त अनिनन्यमाचे कलम २५ अन्व्ये नवद्यमान जमीन वापर नकािा त्यार केल्यानंतर, उक्त क्ेत्ाची उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना त्यार करून ती उक्त नन्योजन प्ानिकरणाकडे उक्त अनिनन्यमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्व्ये प्नसद्ध करण्यासाठी हस्तांतरीत केली आहे ;

आनण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नन्योजन प्ानिकरणाने उक्त अनिनन्यमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्व्ये उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना जनतेकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागनवण्याकररता प्नसद्ध करण्यासाठी ठराव क्र.०१ नदनांक २७ जानेवारी २०२६ पाररत केलेला आहे.

भाग दोन-२३— १२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, जानेवारी २९, २०२६/माघ ९, शके १९४७ त्याअर्थी, उक्त नन्योजन प्ानिकरण उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजना, नवकास ्योजना अहवालासह उक्त अनिनन्यमाच्या कलम २६ (१) अन्व्ये नागररकांकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागनवण्यासाठी प्नसद्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू ्योजनेसंबंिीचे नकािे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्या नदविी का्यायाल्यीन वेळेत नागररकांच्या अवलोकनार्या, खाली नमूद केलेल्या का्यायाल्यात उपलब्ि आहेत.

१. मुख्यानिकारी, देवरुख नगरपंचा्यत,

२. सहा्यक संचालक, नगररचना, रत्नानगरी, िाखा रत्नानगरी.

उक्त प्ारुप ्योजनेतील तरतुदीसंबंिी नागररकांच्या काही सूचना/हरकती असतील तर त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्नसद्ध झालेल्या नदनांकापासून ३० नदवसांच्या आत मुख्यानिकारी , देवरुख नगरपंचा्यत ्यांचेकडे लेखी स्वरुपात कारणांसह पाठवाव्यात. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्नसद्ध झाल्याच्या नदनांकापासून ३० नदवसांचे आत नगरपंचा्यतीकडे प्ाप्त झालेल्या सूचना/ हरकती नवचारात घेतल्या जातील.

उक्त प्ारुप नवकास ्योजनेचे नकािे व तपनिलाच्या प्ती ्योग्य िुल्क आकारून देवरुख नगरपंचा्यतीच्या का्यायाल्यात नागररकांना उपलब्ि होऊ िकतील.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Devrukh Nagar Panchayat Under Section

26(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

क्रमांक/नपंदे/नगररचना/२६५५/२०२५-२६.— Whereas the Devrukh Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No.⁵⁴, dated ³⁰th January ²⁰²⁴, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Devrukh (hereinafter referred to as the had "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of section ²³(¹) read with section ²¹(²) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, ¹⁹⁶⁶ (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on January 31, 2024 ;

And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No.352/2024-25 dated 12th June 2024 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri Branch, Ratnagiri As "Town Planning Officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan of the said area ;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning Ratnagiri Branch, Ratnagiri after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 16th October 2025 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.01, dated 27th January 2026 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.

Therefore, Devrukh Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning Ratnagiri Branch, Ratnagiri.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Devrukh Nagar Panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Devrukh Nagar Panchayat.
