01. This Reference is referred to this Tribunal vide Order dated 13-03-2023. Matter is taken on Today's Board by consent of both Parties vide Application Exh.- C-7.
02. This Reference was referred for Mediation vide Order at Exh.- 0-9. Accordingly, the Mediation Report is received at Exh.- 0-11, thereby stating that, the Matter is settled in Mediation. Mediation Report is accompanied with Withdrawal Pursis at Exh.- CU-1, stating that parties have settled this Matter amicably and the Parties do not want to pursue their claims in this Reference. As such, prayed for Disposal of Reference as settled. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following Award.
