त्याअर्थी, आता, महुाराष्ट्र नांगरापरिराषदा, नांगरापंचौायताी औद्योविगक नांगराी अविविनांयम, १९६५ (१९६५ चौा महुा. ४०) कलमे १७ आवि ३२१ द्वाराे दानां कराण्याता आलेल्या अविकारांचौा आवि यासींदाभागता त्यासी सीमर्थीग कराऱ्या इतारा सीग अविकारांचौा ापरा करूनां, महुाराष्ट्र शासीनां, राज्य विनांडूक आयुक्तांशी विचौाराविविनांमय करूनां, महुाराष्ट्र नांगरापाविलका विनांडूक विनांयम, १९६६ च्या विनांयमांमध्ये आखी सीुारा करुनां, याद्वाराे पुढूील विनांयम तायारा कराीता आहुे :—

१. या विनांयमांनांा महुाराष्ट्र नांगरापाविलका विनांडूक (सीुारा) विनांयम, २०२६ असीे म्हुण्याता येईल.

२. महुाराष्ट्र नांगरापाविलका विनांडूक विनांयम, १९६६ च्या विनांयम १६ मध्ये, उप-विनांयम (४) ऐजी, खीालील उप-विनांयम सीमाविष्ट कराण्याता येता आहुे :—

"(४) (i) त्यानांतारा, विनांडूक विनांगय अविकाराी उमेदारांचौी नांाे खीालील क्रमानांे लाूनां, नांमुनांा-७ मध्ये विनांडूक लढूाऱ्या उमेदारांचौी यादाी काविशता कराेल.:-

(ब) दाुसरा गट.— भाराता विनांडूक आयोगानांे मान्यता विदालेल्या ज्या इतारा राज्याताील राज्यताराीय पक्षांांनांी राज्य विनांडूक आयोगाकडे नांदाी केली आहुे अशा पक्षांांचौे उमेदारा.

(क) वितसरा गट.— राज्य विनांडूक आयोगाकडे नांदाी झालेले अमान्यताप्ता राजकीय पक्षां यांचौे उमेदारा.

(ड) चैौथा गट.— अपक्षां उमेदारा

(ii) राीलमाे त्येक गटाताील उमेदारांचौा क्रम लातानांा ताो मराठी भाषेताील ागनांुक्रमानांुसीारा लाण्याता या. उमेदारांचौा क्रम लातानांा र्थीम त्यांचौे आडनांां (आडनांा नांसील्यासी नांां), त्यानांतारा नांा त्यानांतारा पत्ता विचौाराता घ्या."

NOTIFICATION

Municipal councils, nagar panchayats and industrial townships act, 1965.

No.MCO-2025/C.R.534/UD-14.— Whereas, it is expect further to amend the Maharashtra Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats Election Rules, 1966, framat under the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) for the purpose of conduct of the election of Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats ;

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; and for that purpose to dispense with the condition of previous publication thereof as required by sub-section (3) of section 321 of the said Act.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17 and 321 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, in consultation with the State Election Commissioner, makes the following rules, further to amend the Maharashtra Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats Election Rules, 1966 as follows, namely :—

1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats Election (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

2. In rule 16 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats Election Rules, 1966, for sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :—

"(4) (i) The returning officer shall be thereafter publish the list of contesting candidates in Form-VII by arranging the names of candidates in the following order:-

(a) First Group.— Candidates of the National Parties and the State-level Parties in Maharashtra recognised by the Election Commission of India and registered with the State Election Commission.

(b) Second Group.— Candidates of State-level Parties of other States recognised by the Election Commission of India and registered with the State Election Commission.

(d) Fourth Group.— Independent candidates.

(ii) The names of candidates in each of the above groups shall be arranged in alphabetical order in Marathi beginning with the surnames (in respect of candidates having surnames) followed by their names and addresses as stated in the nomination papers.".
