त्योाअर्थी, उपुराोक्त फेराबदेल देशाणविर्णारा उक्त विकासा योजनाेचा भाग नाकाशा नागपुूरा महानागरा प्रदेशा विकासा प्राविकरार्ण, ेशाना राोड, सादेरा, नागपुूरा - ४४०००१ योा कायोाणलयोात कामकाजाच्योा साण विदेशाी कायोाणलयोीना ेळेत जनातेच्योा विनारिराक्षर्णासाठी खुला ठीेण्योात आला आहाे. तसाेच सादेरा साूचना प्राविकरार्णाच्योा www.nmrda.org योा साकेतर्थीळारा उपुलब् करूंना देण्योात योेत आहाे. तराी नागरिराकाना साूविचत कराण्योात योेते की, हाी साूचना महाराष्ट्र शासाना राजपुत्रात प्रकाविशात झाल्योाच्योा ताराखेपुासाूना एक मविहान्योाचे कालाीत विकासा योजनाेतील उपुराोक्त फेराबदेलाच्योा साबात ज्योा साूचना विकंा हाराकती नागपुूरा महानागरा प्रदेशा विकासा प्राविकरार्णाकडे प्राप्त हाोतील, त्योारा नागपुूरा महानागरा प्रदेशा प्राविकरार्णाकडूना साुनार्णी देण्योात योेईल. तद्नातरा फेराबदेलाचा उक्त प्रता शासानाकडे मजुराीत सादेरा कराण्योात योेईल.

Modification under Section 37 of MaharaShtra regional and town Planning act, 1966
NOTICE
No. D.P. (NMRDA)-Notification-Sec 37-9068-2026 .--
Whereas, the Development Plan of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority has been partially sanctioned by the Govt. vide Urban Development Department Notification No. TPS- 2416-CR-122(a)-2016-UD-9, Dated 5th January, 2018 and came into force from dated 9th February, 2018. Excluded part of Development Plan has been sanctioned by Government vide its Notification No. TPS-2416-CR-122(b)-EP-2016-UD-9, Dated 21st February, 2019. (hereinafter referred to as "said Development Plan");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land bearing Khasara No. 54 of Mouza- Pawangaon, Tah-Kamptee, Dist. Nagpur is situated in East-B Urban Sector and is included in site no. East B-SH001 (Slaughter House), Proposed 60.0 m. wide D. P Road, Proposed 18.0 m. wide D. P Road, Proposed 24.0 m. wide D.P Road widening & rest of it is included in Residential Zone (hereinafter referred to as "said Land");
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी, जुलै १०, २०२६/आषाढ १९, शके १९४८ ३And whereas, as per Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority has decided to exclude the land included in the "East B-SH001 (Slaughter House)" (area approx. 3.13 Ha.) from the above reservation and to be included in the "Residential Zone" by retaining the proposal of 24.0 m. proposed Road widening. The Planning Authority and Appropriate Authority for the said reservation is Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority. The Authority has passed Resolution No. 3(vii)-11-04-05-2026 on dated 4th May, 2026 to make the aforesaid modification;
Therefore, the part of said Development Plan showing the aforesaid modification are kept open at the office of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Station Road, Sadar, Nagpur-440001 for inspection by public during office hours on all working days. This Notice shall also be available on the this office website www.nmrda.org The suggestions and objections which may be received to Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority in respect of the said modification to the Development Plan within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette will be heard by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority before submitting the said modification proposal, to the State Government for sanction.

NOTICE

Proposed Road Widening" Zone (hereinafter referred to as "said Land");
And whereas, as per Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority has decided to exclude the said land fromमहाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी, जुलै १०, २०२६/आषाढ १९, शके १९४८ ५ the Agriculture Zone and to be included in the "Residential Zone" by retaining the proposal of 24.0 Mt. D. P. Road Widening. The Planning Authority for the said land is Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority. The Authority has passed Resolution No. 3(v)-11-04-05-2026 on dated 4 th May, 2026 to make the aforesaid modification;
Therefore, the part of said Development Plan showing the aforesaid modification are kept open at the office of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Station Road, Sadar, Nagpur-440001 for inspection by public during office hours on all working days.
