Whereas, the Development Plan of Arni City has been partly sanctioned under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Notification of the Urban Development Department Government of Maharashtra, Government Resolution No. TPS- 2718-1837-C. R. 167- 2018-Part Sanction-Navi-30, dated 2nd December, 2021, and the said Development Plan has come into force after 30 days from the date of publication of the notification in the Government Gazette;
The General Body of Municipal Councii, Arni, Dist. Yavatmal, vide Resolution No. 11, dated 16th June, 2026, has resolved under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to carry out the following modification in the Sanctioned Development Plan as detailed below.---
