S UBJ ECT—Constitution of Implementation Committee for monitoring and review of "Strengthening of State Statistical System Project", a component of World Bank funded Odisha State Capability and Resilient Growth Policy Programme.
No. 1267—PC-STC-OSS-0002/2024-P.—An Implementation Committee is hereby constituted to monitor and review the progress of implementation of "Strengthening of State Statistical System Project", a component of World Bank funded Odisha State Capability and Resilient Growth Policy Programme with following members:—
2. Composition of the Implementation Committee :
i. OSD-cum-Special Secretary to Government, Planning . . Chairman & Convergence Department.
ii. Additional Secretary to Government, Finance Department . . Member (State Nodal Officer, World Bank Project)
iii. Chief Executive Officer, Odisha Computer Application Centre . . Member iv. Director, Economics & Statistics, Odisha
. . Member v. Joint Director, Directorate of Economics & Statistics . . Member- (Nodal Officer of DE&S).
Convenor The Implementation Committee may co-opt representatives from any other Departments/ Agencies as Members, as and when required.
3. Functions of the Implementation Committee :
a. To provide strategic guidance, direction, co-ordination with the World Bank and other Departments for successful implementation of the project.
b. Submission of proposal to High Level Steering Committee (HLSC) on the policies, 2 d. Monitor physical and financial progress and achievement under the project. e. The Implementation Committee shall meet on monthly basis or as and when required.
ORDER—Ordered that the Notification be published in an extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette.
