NOTIFICATION: Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974). Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) as Special Executive Magistrate for the area specified in column (3) of the Table and empowers them to exercise all the powers of the District Magistrate under the said Code.
