The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby designates one or more Civil Courts as specified in column (2) of the Table to be the Special Courts with the local limits of the area to exercise jurisdiction over the areas specified in column (5) of the said Table and to try a Suit under the provisions of the said Act in respect of contracts relating to infrastructure projects.
