The Government of Puducherry is hereby informed that all Health Institutions which are providing services of CT/MRI/B Scan (Ophthalmology) are to be registered under section 18 of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Technique (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (hereinafter called as Act).
