Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 (No. 13 of 1970), read with sub-rule (3) of Rule 40 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Rules, 1974, and with the Consent of the Government, vide O.M. No. 1-4/CS(Hg)/2013, dated 18-10-2023, notice is hereby given that a Comprehensive Development Plan, 2041 for the Yanam Planning Area has been prepared for the entire Yanam region of 30.00 sq.kms.
