the Commissioner of Food Safety, Union territory of Puducherry, having taken note of the interest of public health, hereby prohibits production, storage and sale of Colour Cotton Candy/Candy Floss or Hard Candy or any food items containing Rhodamine-B in the Union territory of Puducherry, for a period of one year from the date of issue of order.
