Notice of attachment to Thiru M.R. Muthuraman, son of Thiru Rathinavelu partner of M/s. Nehru Service Centre, Kanniyakovil, Puducherry. Take notice that as you have not paid or shown sufficient cause for the non-payment of the sum of 5,15,06,305 *(Rupees five crores fifteen lakhs six thousand three hundred and five only) although the said sum has been duly demanded in writing from you. Therefore, the landed properties/building belonging to you as described in the Annexure is/are hereby placed under attachment.
