1 ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਮੰਗੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਵਾਲ 7 ਸੈਕਟਰ ਅਫਸਰ ਏ.ਸੀ.ਈ.U., (ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕ ਤੋਂ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ (ਰਿਲੇਸ਼ਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ)/ ਪੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ.ਪੀ. ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ)

ਨੋਟ:
1. ਜੇਕਰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ, ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮਾਂ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੈਜ਼ਿਗਨੇਟਡ ਅਫਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕੇਸ ਹੋਵੇ, ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
2. ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਐਕਟ/ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ।
3. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੇਰੈਂਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਉਂਟੇਬਿਲਟੀ ਇਨ ਡਲੀਵਰੀ ਆਫ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਐਕਟ, 2018 ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਜਨਰਲ), ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੋਡਲ
( 30 )PART I] PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., JANUARY 19, 2024 (PAUSA 29, 1945 SAKA) 31 ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਐਕਟ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
4. ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਕੱਤਰ/ਵਧੀਕ ਸਕੱਤਰ/ਸੰਯੁੁਕਤ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਹੈਡਕੁੁਆਟਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੋਡਲ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
5. ਜਨਤਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁੁਆਰਾ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ,ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
6. ਇਹ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

No. 5/3/2019-2GR2/148.-The Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify new service, designated officers, and appellate authority and stipulated time-limit for the purpose of Section 3 of the Punjab Transparency and Accountability in Delivery of Public Service Act, 2018 as detailed below:

NOTE:
a) In case services are sought through Sewa Kendras, an additional period of two days would be added to the above said given time limit and in such cases the Designated Officer and the In-charge of the Sewa Kendras, as the case may be, would be jointly and severally responsible for the delivery of such service.
b) The time fixed for delivery of services would start from the expiry of notice period, wherever prescribed under the Act/Rules.
c) For all purposes with regard to the implementation of the Punjab Transparency and Accountability in Delivery of Public Service Act, 2018, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) of the concerned district shall be the Nodal Officer in the district for all the departments whose services are notified under the Act ibid.
d) The Special Secretary/Additional Secretary/ Joint Secretary of the concerned Administrative Department, as the case may be, shall be the Nodal Officer of the respective Departments at the State Headquarters.
e) The Government fee of public services, as notified by the concerned department, shall be applicable.
f) This issues with the approval of competent authority.
