जयपरु , अक्टू बर 24, 2025 संख्या प.11(8)नविवि/2020 :-भारत सरकार से "Compliance Reduction and Deregulation" के संबंध में प्राप्त अनशंषाु के अनसरणु में अन्य राज्यों के प्रचलित प्रावधानों का अध्ययन कर राज्य सरकार की अधिसचनाू क्रमांकः प.11(8)नविवि/2020 दिनांकः 14.10.2024 (cid:217)वारा अधिसचितू विकास प्रोत्साहन एवं नियत्रंण उपविधियां (Development Promotion & Control Regulations) में उल्लेखित विभिन्न भू-उपयोगों की तालिकाओं में असंगत (Non Compatible) उपयोगों/गतिविधियों की तालिकायें निम्नानसारु जोड़ी जाती हैं:-

1. तालिका-1 आवासीय भू-उपयोग (Residential Land Use) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ग)

(ग) असंगत (Non-Compatible) भू-उपयोग/गतिविधियां

• Commercial Activities:

Warehousing and storage go‐downs of inflammable and non-inflammable goods, Wholesale markets, Weigh Bridge, Oil/Gas Depot/Godown and LPG refilling plants, Junk Yard

• Public & Semi-Public Activities:

Solid Waste Landfill site (Dumping Site)

• Industrial Activities:

Industries (except MSMEs of White and Green Categories classified by CPCB/RSPCB), Quarrying and mining activities, Brick/Lime Kiln/stone crusher, Storage/processing and manufacturing of explosive materials

• Other Activities:

Slaughterhouse, Bone Processing Mill

2. तालिका-2 सामान्य वाणिज्यिक (General Commercial) व्यावसायिक के न्द्र (DC/CC) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ख) एवं तालिका 2ए थोक व्यापार(Wholesale) वेयरहाउसिंग एवं गोदाम (Warehousing & Godown) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ग) (ख) एवं (ग) असंगत (Non-Compatible) भू-उपयोग/गतिविधियां1172 jktLFkku jkt&i=] फरवरी 04] 2026 Hkkx 6 ¼[k½ • Commercial Activities: Warehousing and storage go‐downs of inflammable goods, Oil/Gas Depot/Godown and LPG refilling plants, Junk Yard

3. तालिका-3 औ(cid:217)योगिक भू-उपयोग (Industrial Land use ) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ग) (ग) असंगत (Non-Compatible) भू-उपयोग/गतिविधियां

• Residential Activities:

Independent Residential, Multiple Dwelling Units, Flats, Group Housings, Farmhouses (except affordable housing, hostel, dormitories and Industrial township)

• Public & Semi-Public Activities:

Solid Waste Landfill site (Dumping Site)

• Industrial Activities:

Quarrying and mining activities, Brick/Lime Kiln/stone crusher,Storage/processing and manufacturing of explosive materials

• Other Activities:

Slaughterhouse, Bone Processing Mill

4. तालिका-4 सार्वजनिक/अ(cid:217)र्ध-सार्वजनिक सविधाऐं

ु (Public/ Semi-public facility ) सार्वजनिक उपयोग

5. तालिका-5 आमोद-प्रमोद ( Recreational, parks/Open Spaces/ Play Ground/ Stadium/ Mela Ground)

6. तालिका-6 ट्रान्सपोर्ट नगर, ट्रक टर्मिनल, बस टर्मिनल (Transport Nagar/Truck Terminal/Bus

Terminal) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ख) (ख) असंगत (Non-Compatible) भू-उपयोग/गतिविधियां

• Commercial Activities:

Warehousing and storage go‐downs of inflammable goods, Oil/Gas Depot/Godown and LPG refilling plants, Junk Yard

• Public & Semi-Public Activities:

9.तालिका-9 उच्च मार्ग विकास नियंत्रण क्षेत्र (Highway Development Control Zone) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ख)

(ख) असंगत (Non-Compatible ) भू-उपयोग/गतिविधियां

• Quarrying and mining of gravel, sand, clay and stone • Brick/Lime Kiln • Processing, manufacturing and value addition of explosive materials

10.तालिका-10 मिश्रित भू-उपयोग/मिश्रित उपयोग (Mixed Landuse/ Mixed Use) में निम्नानसारु तालिका (ख)
