IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Printing and Stationary, Technical Service Rules, 1995 :
THE UTTAR PRADESH PRINTING AND STATIONERY,
TECHNICAL SERVICE (FIRST AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025
1–(1) These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Printing and Stationery, Short title and commencement

(2) They shall come into force at once.
Insertion of new rule in Rule 3
2–In the Uttar Pradesh Printing and Stationery Technical Service Rules, 1995 hereinafter referred to as the said rules after sub rule 3(a) the new sub rule 3(aa) shall be inserted as follows :–
'Act' means the Uttar Pradesh Public Service (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes) Act, 1994.
3–In the said rules, for existing rule-6, set out in column-1 below, the rule as set Substitution of Rule 6
