Whereas; the Police Inspector, Calangute Police Station, has submitted a list of abandoned/ /unattended vehicles found lying in the jurisdiction of the Calangute Police Station.

And whereas; the said vehicles are breeding grounds for mosquitoes which causes rise in the vector borne diseases and thus leads to health hazard to the staff of Calangute as well as staff of Saligao Police Station and also to the general public who visits the Police Station.

Now, therefore, I, Ajit Roy, District Magistrate, North Goa District, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 26 of the Indian Police Act, 1861 call upon all the persons interested in the said vehicles to submit their claims (if any) to the Office of the Deputy Collector & Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mapusa, Bardez-Goa, within a period of 06 (six) months from the date of publication of this proclamation.

If no objections/claims are received within the stipulated time, the vehicles will be forfeited in favour of the State Government and shall be disposed by public auction as provided under law and no further claims will be entertained from any No. 4/40/ABN-VEH/MAG/2021/2826

Whereas, the Chief Town Planner has notified the Regional Plan for Goa—2021 (Part), under Section 17 read with Section 15 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), as approved by the Government,-

(i) in respect of the Canacona and Pernem Talukas vide the Government Notification No. 29/8/925 OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 39 23RD DECEMBER, 2021

     /TCP/2010/RP-21/4106  dated  24-11-2010,           And whereas, the said Regional Plan came into
     published  in  the  Official  Gazette,  Series  II operation  in  respect  of  such  parts/areas  on  and
     No. 35, dated 25-11-2010;                        from  the  date  of  publication  of  the  aforesaid
                                                      respective  Notifications  in  the  Official  Gazette;
 (ii) in  respect  of  the  Sattari  Taluka  alongwith
     Settlement  Level  Plan  of  twelve  Village       And whereas, the Chief Town Planner (Planning)
     Panchayats and one Municipal Council, Ponda      has  received  requests  from  the  applicants  as
     Taluka  alongwith  Settlement  Level  Plan  of   specified  in  column  (2)  of  the  Table  below,  under
     eighteen Village Panchayats excluding Usgao      sub-section  (1)  of  Section  16B  of  the  said  Act,  for
     Village  Panchayat  and  Quepem  Taluka          change of existing zone of their respective land to
                                                      the  zones,  as  specified  in  columns  (6)  and  (7)
     alongwith  Settlement  Level  Plans  of  eleven
