The lands description of which are given in the Schedule below are required for the public purpose widening of National Highway No.5 in the stretch from Km. 387/700 to Km. 419/200 (Visakhapatnam - Bhubaneswar Section) in the District Khurda, in the State of Orissa, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands for the aforesaid purpose
